Acoustic and Aerodynamic Effect of Three Different Excised Canine Larynx Models
目的:构建三类离体狗喉实验模型,分别模拟三类疾病(双侧假声带肥厚、双侧声带下唇肥厚、双侧声带麻痹),通过声学与空气动力学的测量,分别分析狗喉发声特性的变化。 材料与方法:分别在双侧假声带与双侧声带下唇注射一定量的果糖溶液,制作双侧假声带肥厚、双侧声带下唇肥厚两类模型疾病,每一类疾病模型都分为轻度与重度肥厚组。通过对双侧声带麻痹模型行不同阶段的手术方式,模拟各种手术方式的影响。收集的参数有发声阈压、发声阈气流、信噪比、声强、平均气流率、基频和共振峰,并计算声门阻力。 结果:(1)双侧假声带肥厚:正常狗喉和重度肥厚模型相比,声强的增加具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在其余两两比较的情况中,声...Objective: The study aimed to explore the effects of false vocal folds hypertrophy and subglottal hypertrophy to the changes of aerodynamic outcomes and voice quality. 术前嗓音训练在声带息肉显微手术患者嗓音恢复中的效果观察
目的:探索术前嗓音训练对声带息肉显微手术患者嗓音恢复的作用。方法:将26例频闪喉镜下诊断为声带息肉,需行支撑喉镜下声带病损切除术的患者随机分为对照组与实验组,每组13例。对照组行手术治疗,实验组除了手术治疗外,在术前1周进行嗓音训练强化课程,对照组和实验组均采用同组人员同种方法进行手术。同时进行术前术后的频闪喉镜评估。采用Ling WAVES声学设备收集、分析同一患者术前24~48h与术后14d的声学参数值(包括不规则度、气息音、总体严重程度、频率微扰、振幅微扰)。使用SPSS 19.0软件进行分析。结果:术前实验组与对照组5项嗓音参数的组间差异无统计学意义,术后实验组气息音与频率微扰明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义;不规则度、总体严重程度、振幅微扰的组间差异无统计学意义。对照组组内术前与术后比较,患者的总体严重程度与频率微扰在术后明显好于术前,差异有统计学意义;不规则度、气息音、振幅微扰的组间差异无统计学意义。实验组组内术前与术后比较,5项嗓音参数,患者术后都明显好于术前,均差异有统计学意义。实验组和对照组术后的频闪喉镜检查均显示声带息肉切除干净,未见残留。结论:术前嗓音训练有助于显微手术后的嗓音恢复,术前嗓音训练与手术的联合干预是治疗声带息肉的有效方式。国家自然科学基金(No:81371080
The role of acoustic analysis of fundamental frequency in differentiating arytenoid dislocation from vocal fold paralysis
目的:分析环杓关节脱位和声带麻痹患者的持续元音声学参数值,探讨两者持续元音的声学特性及其在鉴别环杓关节脱位和声带麻痹中的价值。方法:收集33例单侧声带运动障碍患者的持续元音信号,元音采用/a/音,通过喉肌电图检查分为环杓关节脱位组和声带麻痹组,每组再按性别分为男性组和女性组。采用MDVP软件分析持续元音信号,获得扰动参数基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、基频(Fo)和软发音指数(SPI);采用SPSS软件中的成组设计的秩和检验进行结果分析。结果:1在扰动参数的分析中,无论是男性还是女性,两组间Fo比较均差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对单侧声带运动障碍的患者采用持续元音的客观声学分析,结果不论是男性还是女性,环杓关节脱位组的Fo平均秩次均大于声带麻痹组。这为声学分析方法用于鉴别这两组研究对象提供了理论依据。Objective:Analysis of the sustained vowels of acoustic parameters in arytenoid dislocation and vocal fold paralysis.To investigate their acoustic characteristics and evaluate the role of this acoustic analysis method in differentiating arytenoid dislocation from vocal fold paralysis.Method:Thirty-three cases with unilateral vocal cord movement disorders were collected.All cases were divided into arytenoid dislocation group and vocal fold paralysis group through the laryngeal electromyography.Each group was further devided into male group and female group.The voice signals of sustained vowel of/a/were measured using the software MDVP and obtain the acoustic parameters(Jitter,Shimmer,SPI and Fo).The acoustic characteristics between the two groups were observed and compared.Results were analyzed using Rank sum test for group design.Result:There were significant differences in Fo between arytenoid dislocation group and vocal fold paralysis group in both male and female group(P0.05).Conclusion:Mean rank order of Fo in arytenoid dislocation group is greater than vocal fold paralysis group in both the male and the female group.Fo is of value in differentiating arytenoid dislocation from vocal fold paralysis.This provides a theoretical basis for the acoustic analysis method to identify these two diseases.国家自然科学基金资助(NSFC编号:81371080
6H-SiC高压肖特基势垒二极管
在可商业获得的N型6H-SiC晶片上,通过化学气相淀积,进行同质外延生长,在此结构材料上,通过热蒸发,制作Ni/6H-SiC肖特基势垒二极管。测量并分析了肖特基二极管的电学特性,结果表明,肖特基二极管具有较好的整流特
