    A Study on the Impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Technological Innovation Performance of SMEs——Based on the Perspective of Knowledge Acquisition and Integration

    在文献回顾的基础上,文章探讨了中小企业创业导向、知识获取与整合能力和技术创新绩效的关系,并通过对长三角地区的462份中小企业有效样本问卷调查,使用SPSS18和AMOS20.0分析测试创业导向对技术创新绩效的直接和间接影响。结果表明,创业导向中的风险维度对技术创新绩效的直接影响在引入知识获取与整合变量后都变弱了,此时通过知识获取与整合创业导向间接影响技术创新绩效。知识获取与整合可以作为创业导向风险维度与技术创新绩效之间关系的中介变量,而通过知识获取与整合并不影响创业导向创新维度和前瞻维度对于技术创新绩效正向影响,因此,知识获取与整合在这种关系中起着部分中介的作用。On the basis of literature review, the paper explores the relationship among entrepreneurial orientation, capability of knowledge acquisition and integration and technological innovation performance of SMEs.It applies SPSS18 and AMOS20.0 to analyze and test direct and indirect effects of entrepreneurial orientation on technological innovation performance, based on the survey of 462 valid samples of SMEs in Yangtze River Delta region.The results show that the direct impact of the risk dimension of entrepreneurial orientation on technological innovation performance is weakened after the introduction of knowledge acquisition and integration of the variables.The entrepreneurial orientation impacts indirectly technological innovation performance through knowledge acquisition and integration.Knowledge acquisition and integration can be a mediating variable between entrepreneurial orientation and technological innovation performance.Knowledge acquisition and integration does not affect innovative dimension and forward-looking dimension of entrepreneurial orientation, which have positive impacts on technological innovation performance.Therefore, knowledge acquisition and integration plays partially a mediating role in this relationship.江苏省教育厅高校哲学社会科学基金项目(2013SJB6300110); 国家自然科学基金项目(71203100); 南京中医药大学公共管理开放项目; 经贸管理学院院级课

    Digital Image Analysis of In-Vessel Visual Inspection(II)

    [[abstract]]Visual Inspection is one of the non-destruction testing (NDT) and the features of visual inspection are direct and rapid. In it’s application to RPV and internals, the In-Vessel Visual Inspection (IVVI) is performed periodically to monitor the integrity of the reactor and internals. Due to the high radioactivity, the IVVI is performed remotely by an underwater camera imaging system. The trained inspector can use a monitor to watch the underwater reactor structures in real time or for post-analysis. However, the critical lighting condition and the distortion of the imaging system bring some difficulties in judging the defect’s size and whether the defect is active or not. We need a new tool to quantify the messages buried inside those IVVI images. In the recent years, the innovation of computer technology makes digital image analysis technique more accessible for engineers and scientist in varied research fields. We hope to apply the digital image processing to the IVVI application. The proposed works in this year include the following topics: (a) IVVI image digitization for permanent storage, (b) Virtual reality for the integration of IVVI images and real position, (c) Camera self-calibration for IVVI images from different image systems at different time, (d) Automatic measurement of the MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) of the imaging system by computer vision. In this research project, image analysis of IVVI images would be beneficial to normal operation of the nuclear reactor.

    [[abstract]]隨著資訊科技的進步,目前全像影像技術的發展與電腦資訊日漸緊密,以 電腦計算產生之全像圖(CGH)技術也逐漸受到重視,近來更有將全像的技術 應用在可燒錄式光碟片上,在光碟片上記錄全像圖,可以使達合理品質全像影像 的輸出步驟得以簡化。另一方面光碟片本身就有記錄資料的功能,在光碟片上產 生全像圖也可以增加光碟片的美觀以及防偽功能。故本研究主要將全像的技術應 用在光碟片上並進行圖案加密以提高附加價值,將影像內資料隱藏的技術運用在 光碟片上全像圖中,並研發出適合光碟片上的全像圖加密製程,分析整合出光碟 片上之全像防偽方式;並擬將此流程做為影像顯示及簡易型全像影像輸出之推廣 教育展示內容。

    An Ultrasonic Technique for Characterization of Biodegradable Polymers

    [[abstract]]An ultrasonic technique was used to measure material property change during hydrolytic degradation of a biodegradable copolymer, 50/50 poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide). Six groups of 3 copolymer buttons were immersed in 60℃ distilled water for 0, 1.5, 3.0, 6.0, 10.0 and 24.0 hours. A longitudinal wave generated by a 20MHz transducer and a pulser/receiver card was directed per-pendicularly to copolymer disk at 20℃. The reflected signals coming back to transducer were recorded and saved through a data acquisition board. The longitudinal wave speeds and attenuation coefficients of the disks undergoing various exposures to a water bath were calculated by the cross-correlation method nand fast Fourier transformation (FFT) of the digitized waveform data. The wave speed decreased by a factor on one third and the attenuation coefficient increased up to four times within 24 hours in the 60℃ water bath. The results suggest that the ultrasonic technique provides a useful method for the study of hydrolytic degradation of poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) in a non-destructive manner.

    [[abstract]]以產品攝影的角度來說,由於所拍攝相片為二維之影像,因此只能利用採光、景深 等拍攝技巧來表現物體的立體感。然而隨著數位點矩陣全像片(Dot matrix hologram) 技術之發明,透過控制光柵排列角度的不同,使得人眼可以在不同角度觀看到所設定之 影像,產生縮放、流動、景深及立體等視覺效果。 因此本研究主要目的是希望將產品攝影中的拍攝技巧與點矩陣全像片表現立體作 有效的整合,藉由拍攝式影像技術來建構點矩陣全像片之圖樣原稿,並透過實際輸出 後,針對全像片及攝影時之環境參數作較深入的探討,進而提供產品攝影一個創新的學 習工具,並發展教具及教案,融入課程當中。透過壓印、燙金、射出成型等複製技術, 所設計之全像產品除了本身即具有藝術表現及防偽功能外,透過與產品之整合,可以有 效提升其附加應用價值。
