    梯形花键具有导向性好、自动定心等特点,在低速、大转矩传动领域有一定的应用。应用齿廓法线法对梯形花键轴的滚刀齿廓进行了公式解析,同时对其成型刀具截型进行了公式推导。分析梯形花键副的应力集中问题,提出并计算了替代梯形外花键的渐开线齿形,并计算了齿廓偏差,为相关零件的国产化及使用提供一定的参考
