    A Study of Visual Representation and Involvement on Baidu Sponsored Links Effects

    目前,搜索引擎上的关键字广告——赞助商链接的视觉表现形式以文本为主,图片式、动画式的赞助商链接没有得到大范围推广。究其原因,部分是由于视觉表现形式对赞助商链接效果是否存在积极的影响,至今仍未明确。本研究以百度为搜索平台,通过设计三种不同形式的赞助商链接,分别为文本形式、静态图片形式和动态图片形式,并通过指导语控制,让192名学生被试分别处于广告高卷入和低卷入状态,继而对他们的广告反应进行测量,以此来考察视觉表现形式和卷入对赞助商链接效果的影响,帮助赞助商链接改进。实验结果显示:①接触动态图片形式赞助商链接的被试,品牌回忆好于文本形式的被试;接触静态图片形式赞助商链接的被试,品牌再认低于文本形式...At present, for the visual representation, the sponsored links are given priority to the text.     目的构建人类免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV-1)整合酶(IN)表达载体用于双分子荧光互补技术筛选多肽药物。方法PCR扩增HIV-1 IN的全长基因序列,将目的片段插入至pBiFc-VN173载体中,并对重组质粒pBiFc-VN173-IN进行双酶切及测序鉴定。将重组质粒pBiFc-VN173-IN和对照组质粒pBiFc-VN173分别转染HEK293T细胞,采用Western blot法和免疫荧光细胞化学染色法检测IN的表达。结果通过高保真PCR、载体构建和鉴定,成功获得IN表达载体pBiFc-VN173-IN。与对照组相比,通过Western blot法和免疫荧光细胞化学染色法证实转染质粒pBiFc-VN173-IN载体的HEK293T细胞表达IN。结论成功构建了IN表达载体,该载体可用于和IN相互作用的多肽药物的双分子荧光互补技术筛选。福建省教育厅中青年教师教育科研项目(JAT171033

    用色谱和光谱两种方法对金鱼总色素和色素组分进行了研究。研究结果表明,红鲫、草金鱼和红龙睛等红色金鱼总色素光谱在可见光区(472nm附近)有一个吸收峰,黑鲫和黑龙睛等黑色金鱼在可见光区(450nm和472nm附近)有两个吸收峰出现,且红色金鱼所含色素组分以红色(虾青素)为主,黑色金鱼所含色素组分以杏黄色和橙色为主,其他色素组分为辅。金鱼黑色色斑形成是由于黑色素存在时,其他各色素组分的颜色被掩盖的结果;金鱼其他各种色斑的形成则是由于其体内各色素组分以不同比例相互搭配组合的结果。亲缘关系越近的金鱼其总色素组成就越相似,红鲫和黑鲫均含有四种近乎相同的色素组分,红龙睛和黑龙睛均含有六种近乎相同的色素组分,草金鱼虽也含有四种与红鲫和黑鲫相近的色素组分,但Rf值略有差异。据此推测,红鲫和黑鲫、红龙睛和黑龙睛可能分别具有较近的亲缘关系,而草金鱼则可能是介于黑鲫和龙睛鱼之间,且与黑鲫具有较近的亲缘关系。该研究有望为金鱼增色饵料的研制与开发提供理论依据,使金鱼的观赏价值和经济价值得到进一步提高。The study was conducted to investigate the total pigment components of different breeds of goldfish by spectrophotometer and thin-layer chromatography.The results showed the spectrum of total pigment of Red color crucian.Grass goldfish and Red Dragon-eye had one absorption peaks in visible region(472nm). The spectrum of total pigment of Black carp and Black Dragon-eye had two similar absorption peaks in visible region(450nm and 472nm).The pigment components of different breeds of Red color goldfish were mainly Red pigment(astaxanthin). The pigment components of different breeds of Black color goldfish were mainly apricot or orange pigment.The black spots of goldfish may be formed when melanin covered other pigment,other color spots may be formed when the pigment component of all kinds were mixed in proper proportions.The more the relation of color spots is close,the more the total pigment component is similar.Red color crucian and Black carp had same pigment components of four kinds,Red Dragon-eye and Black Dragon-eye had the same pigment components of six kinds,although there are four pigment components,which are close to the ones in Red color crucian and Black carp in the body of Grass goldfish,but Grass goldfish's RF has slight difference with Red color crucian and Black carp.As above,Red color crucian and Black carp,Red Dragon-eye and Black Dragon-eye probably are close relatives,respectively,and the category of Grass goldfish may possibly fall between Black carp and Dragon-eye,which has a closer relative with Black carp.This study will give help to the research and development of goldfish color-adding diet and further enhancement of goldfish ornamental value and market value

    Literature review on family influence on smoking behaviour among adolescents

    Background: Smoking has long been one of the principal causes for morbidity and mortality and is ranked as the third leading cause for preventable health deaths in the world, posting serious threat to public health. Most smokers start smoking during adolescence. Adolescence describes teenagers aged 13-19 years old which can be considered as the transitional period from childhood to adulthood, about 88% of adult smokers who smoke daily started their smoking behavior by age of 18 years old and 68.2% of smokers started smoking below age of 20 in Hong Kong. Therefore, there is an urgent need to direct the public health effort towards the prevention of smoking in adolescents. It has been found that family has important influences on smoking behavior among adolescents. Objective: The objective of this review is to examine the effect of family influences on adolescents smoking behavior, particularly the association of parenting style, parental smoking and adolescent smoking behavior. Methods: he online databases PsycINFO, Medline and EMBASE were searched by using keywords “adolescents smoking” or “youth smoking” and “family influence” or “parental influence”. The last search was done on 10th August, 2013. Total 13 English articles, of which 10 were cross-sectional studies and 3 were longitudinal studies, were included in this review. Results: Literature showed authoritative parenting style could reduce the risk of smoking among adolescents; all studies showed authoritative parenting style, disapproval to smoke with higher level of parental monitoring could reduce risk of regular smoking behavior among adolescents. On the other hand, results from articles examining the association of parental smoking and smoking behavior among their children were almost homogenous. Adolescents who lived with smoking parents were more likely to initiate the smoking behavior compared to those with non-smoking family members. Meanwhile, studies showed adolescents from single-parent families were more likely to smoke when compared with those came from complete family. A negative association between single parent and daily smoking was observed among the adolescents. Conclusion: Future campaigns on smoking prevention should increase the involvement of family members, encourage parents to quit smoking and act as role model to their children; parents are suggested to practice authoritative parenting which will increase the acceptance of adolescents to their rules and suggestions and thus, avoid them from smoking. On the other hand, adolescents from single-parents are more likely to attain smoking and should increase awareness. More local researches, with randomized control trial studies, are needed in the future to examine family influences that fit the situation in Hong Kong.     Stability of Total Pigment in Grass Goldfish (II)——Effects of pH, Vitamins and Organic Compounds

    草金鱼总色素光谱吸收峰在400~600nm,系类胡萝卜素色素。在不同酸碱度、维生素和有机物作用下,该观赏鱼总色素稳定性各不相同。环境pH值过高或过低对该色素具有强烈的破坏作用,中性pH值溶液利于该色素的有效保存;Vc和VE对该色素具有保护作用,但是当Vc剂量不适时,该色素遭到严重破坏,VK对该色素具较强的破坏作用;乳酸对该色素具有增色作用,苯甲酸、草酸、柠檬酸,丙二酸和反丁烯二酸对该色素具有保护作用,乌头酸、水杨酸、顺丁烯二酸、亚油酸、萘乙酸、溴丙酸和苹果酸对该色素具有破坏作用,其中以苹果酸的破坏作用最强。淀粉对该色素具有保护作用,葡萄糖和蔗糖则具有破坏作用,其中以蔗糖的破坏作用最强。研究结果提示:在提取、保存该色素以及配制增色饵料时,要特别注意避免不良因素的影响,确保试验结论的正确和增色效果的良好。Carotenoid, as the total pigment in grass goldfish (Carassius aurutus), had spectral absorption peaks at 400~600 nm and varied with pH, vitamins and organic compounds in stability. The carotenoid was destroyed at high or low pH and dosage of vitamin C, while it can be well conserved in neutral condition and in vitamin C and E. Lactic acid, benzoic acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, malonic acid, amylum, and fumaric acid had the effect of protection of the pigment while aconite acid, salicylic acid, maleic acid, linoleic acid, glucose, sucrose, naphthylacetic acid, bromopropanoic acid and malic acid destroied the pigment
