椭圆声学超材料模型构建与带隙分析
通过在一个元胞内引入多个椭圆散射体可以构成多振子椭圆声学超材料,本文研究了椭圆散射体不同排列方式下振子间的耦合作用,以及这种耦合作用对能带结构的影响,并通过对振动模态的研究阐明了带隙产生的物理机制。研究表明,当散射体为椭圆时,相同散射体不同的排列方式对应不同的能带结构,带隙结构与椭圆散射体的数量以及散射体之间的耦合相关,随着散射体数量增加带隙结构将趋于一致
新型压电导电材料阻尼特性研究
采用共混法以环氧树脂为基体,PMN为压电相,分别添加不同质量分数的铜粉、铝粉、碳纳米管、石墨以及两相混合物作为导电相,制备压电导电复合材料,探究不同导电相对压电导电材料阻尼特性的影响。实验结果表明:当Al含量为20%时,Al/PMN/Epoxy复合材料损耗因子峰值达到0.78,明显优于添加其他相的压电导电阻尼材料
癌相关成纤维细胞促进胃癌细胞迁移与侵袭
目的本研究旨在探讨癌相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)对胃癌细胞迁移与侵袭能力的影响及作用机制。方法采用酶消化法分离培养正常成纤维细胞(NFs)及癌相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)并进行特征指标鉴定。收集两种细胞的条件培养基(NFs-CM、 CAFs-CM),分别作用于胃癌细胞系AGS及MGC803,利用细胞划痕实验检测胃癌细胞迁移能力;Transwell小室迁移及侵袭实验评价胃癌细胞迁移与侵袭能力;光学显微镜观察胃癌细胞形态变化;荧光定量PCR检测胃癌细胞中“上皮-间质”转化(EMT)相关指标的表达变化。结果我们成功分离培养NFs及CAFs;与NFs-CM 组相比,CAFs-CM组胃癌细胞的迁移与侵袭能力均增强(P < 0.05),胃癌细胞形态由扁圆的上皮细胞形态演变为梭形的间质细胞形态,胃癌细胞中上皮细胞标志E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)表达降低,间质细胞标志波形蛋白(Vimentin)和 N-钙粘蛋白(N-cadherin)表达上升(P < 0.05)。结论CAFs可通过调节EMT进程促进胃癌细胞迁移与侵袭
喷印柔性压力传感器试验研究
柔性压力传感器是智能机器人和生物医疗等典型应用领域中的关键部件。针对10~50 kPa中等压力下对柔性压力传感器的高灵敏度、良好压力分辨率和快速响应需求,提出在PDMS基底上直写喷印石墨烯纳米片(GNPs)/多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)构建S型折线图案化敏感单元,结合封装层微结构阵列,制备中压高灵敏度、低检测限的柔性压力传感器。试验结果表明,在压力为0~15 kPa和15~40 kPa的条件下,该传感器灵敏度分别为0.114 kPa–1和1.41 kPa–1,响应/恢复速度快(约100 ms/50ms)。同时,其也可检测低至约3Pa的微小压力。同时,该传感器更是能对不同发声进行准确的区分识别,对不同的指压信号进行精确稳定反馈。可见,喷印制造柔性压力传感器将为语音识别、人工假肢、制备高性能电子皮肤和医疗康复器件等提供可能的优选方案
Evaluation on difference of therapeutic efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and Pills in treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause based on Greene Climacteric Scale
目的:在前期加味逍遥丸治疗围绝经期情绪障碍具有比较优势的基础上,基于grEEnE量表探讨其颗粒剂和丸剂不同剂型间疗效差异。方法:经筛选后患有情绪障碍的围绝经期女性75例随机等分为A、b、C3组,分别对应采用帕罗西汀、加味逍遥丸和加味逍遥颗粒剂治疗8周。所有患者在治疗前后各进行1次grEEnE及其子因子评定,并在观察期结束时进行TESS评定。结果:grEEnE总分差及其焦虑、抑郁因子分差:3种治疗方法均能改善,且相互间无显著差异;grEEnE性因子和血管因子分差:后二组均优于A组(P<0.01);TESS评分:与A组比较,b、C组均有统计学意义(P<0.01),评分均小于A组,且后二组间无显著差异。结论:加味逍遥的2种剂型间疗效无显著差异,考虑到帕罗西汀的不良反应,治疗该病加味逍遥的2种剂型都值得推荐。Objective: To investigate the difference in therapeutic efficacy between Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and pills based on the preliminary research of treating emotional disorder during perimenopause with Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Greene Climacteric Scale.Methods: 75 female patients with emotional disorder during perimenopause were slected and randomly divided into 3 groups as group A, B and C.Patients in the 3 groups were treated with paroxetine, Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules respectively for 8 weeks.Greene and Greene factors assessment were carried out in all the patients before and after treatment, and the TESS assessment was carried out at the end of the observation period.Results: The three therapies all could improve the gap in total score of Greene and its factors as anxiety and depressed, and the difference among these three groups was no significant.The factors of Greene and gap in score of vascular factors of group B and C was better than that of group A(P<0.01).The difference in TESS score between group A and group B and C was significant(P<0.01), while the difference between group B and group C was not significant.Conclusion: The difference in curative effect between the two formulations was not significant.Because of the adverse reactions of paroxetine, in the treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause, the two formulations of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder were worth to be recommended.国家自然科学青年基金项目(No.81302960)~
CCCCC pentadentate chelates with planar Möbius aromaticity and unique properties

We present the first examples of pentadentate chelates with all binding atoms of the chelating agent being carbon atoms, denoted as CCCCC chelates. Having up to five metal-carbon bonds in the equatorial plane has not been previously observed in transition metal chemistry. Density functional theory calculations showed that the planar metallacycle has extended Craig-Möbius aromaticity arising from 12-center–12-electron dπ-pπ π-conjugation. These planar chelates have broad absorption in the ultraviolet-visible–near-infrared region and, thus, notable photothermal performance upon irradiation by an 808-nm laser, indicating that these chelates have potential applications in photothermal therapy. 过氧亚硝酸根离子检测探针、其制备方法及应用
本发明公开了一种过氧亚硝酸根离子检测探针、其制备方法及应用。该检测探针包括:荧光纳米材料,以及与之结合的具有氧化还原性的酶;所述的酶能够被过氧亚硝酸根离子选择性氧化形成氧化态的酶,且当所述荧光纳米材料在被激发光辐射后,处于激发态的电子会被转移至所述氧化态的酶而不能回到基态,导致所述荧光纳米材料的荧光淬灭。本发明提供的过氧亚硝酸根离子检测探针采用无机发光材料作为荧光团,其发光强,稳定性好,不易光漂白,且在其表面修饰具有氧化还原性的酶后,能够被ONOO‑选择性氧化,同时不会受到其他活性氧(ROS)或活性氮(RNS)的干扰,具有优良的特异性

Semi-analytical model for elastoplastic impact of sphere on plate
During the impact of a sphere on a large plate, the initial kinetic energy can be dissipated through two mechanisms: the plastic work done at the contact point and the flexural wave dissipated throughout the plate. To date, no model has adequately accounted for energy loss from both factors. In this paper, we propose a new model for the elastoplastic impact of a sphere on a large plate by combining the vibration of large plates with the elastoplastic contact model. By solving the governing equation, we demonstrate that such impacts are controlled by two non-dimensional parameters: one related to the plate's flexibility and the other to the material's yielding stress. Furthermore, we derive semi-analytical solutions for the maximum impact depth, maximum contact force, and the coefficient of restitution. The solution is verified by experimental tests from literature, and comparison shows well agreement. Additionally, we discuss the competitive mechanisms of energy dissipation through local plastic deformation and flexural wave propagation
Menger Fractal Acoustic Metamaterials with Double-Negative Property
We construct new three-dimensional fractal acoustic metamaterials by adopting Menger structure, which have the double-negative property with a single structure. By adopting the finite element method and S-parameter retrieval method, the effective parameters of the acoustic metamaterials with different fractal orders are researched separately. The results show that with the increase of the fractal orders, the frequency ranges of negative effective parameters become wider. Furthermore, with the increase of the fractal order, the structure become lighter, which shows a promising application in engineering
