    内蒙古大兴安岭南麓山区绵羊胰阔盘吸虫及中华双腔吸虫流行病学的调查

    本调查研究发现在内蒙古大兴安岭南麓山区中亦普遍存在胰阔盘吸虫(Eurytrema pancreaticum)和中华双腔吸虫(Dicrocoelium chinensis)二病原。调查了共 11地点的羊队,此二吸虫的感染情况如下:浩特饲羊场:胰阔盘吸虫32%(16/50),中华双腔吸虫8%(4/50);扎旗种畜场:40%(6/15)、66.7%(10/15);突泉保石乡羊队:51.4%(19/37)、21.6%(8/37);中旗杜尔基苏木牧场:10%(1/10),30%(3/10);中旗杜尔基西里花牧场:50%(4/8),62.5%(5/8);前旗绿水种畜场:0(0/20),0(0/20);索伦马场公羊群:40%(2/5),60%(3/5);索伦马场三队:43.8%(7/16),25%(4/16);索伦马场二队:80

    内蒙古大兴安岭南麓山区绝大多数羊群均感染有胰阔盘吸虫(Eurytrema pancrea-ticum)和中华双腔吸虫(Dicrocoelium chinensis)。经调查前者染感率为10%~84%(平均43.9%),后者为8%~92%(平均33.5%)。以感染比较严重的突泉双城水库羊队的放牧地点进行流行病学调查。该山区此二吸虫的贝类宿主是枝小丽螺(Canesella virgo)。山上采获的蜗牛不多,胰阔盘吸虫感染率为6.18%,中华双腔吸虫为11.29%。山下草场蜗牛密度大,它们感染分别为2.8%和6.03%。胰阔盘吸虫昆虫宿主中华草螽(Conocephalus chinensis)主要捕获于山下草场,感染率为5.26%;中华双腔吸虫的昆虫宿主黑玉蚂蚁(Formica gagates),山上的1965只蚂蚁中检出144粒本吸虫囊蚴,山下草场397只蚂蚁中检出4751粒本吸虫囊蚴

    β-actin is required for mitochondria clustering and ROS generation in TNF-induced, caspase-independent cell death

    Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha induces caspase-independent cell death in the fibrosarcoma cell line L929. This cell death has a necrotic phenotype and is dependent on production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the mitochondria. To identify genes involved in this TNF-induced, ROS-dependent cell death pathway, we utilized retrovirus insertion-mediated random mutagenesis to generate TNF-resistant L929 cell lines and we subsequently identified genes whose mutations are responsible for the TNF-resistant phenotype. In one such resistant line, beta-actin was disrupted by viral insertion, and subsequent reconstitution of P-actin expression levels in the mutant line Actin(mut) restored its sensitivity to TNF Resistance to TNF in Actin(mut) cells is signal specific since the sensitivity to other death stimuli is either unchanged or even increased. Comparable NF-kappaB activation and p38 phosphorylation in TNF-treated wild-type and Actin(mut) cells also indicates that reduced expression of actin only selectively blocked some of the TNF-induced cellular changes. Actin cleavage involved in apoptosis does not occur in TNF-treated L929 cell death, as in HeLa cells. Consistent over-expression of a caspase-cleaved product, a 15 kDa actin fragment, had no effect on TNF-induced necrosis of L929 cell. By contrast, TNF-induced mitochondria clustering and ROS production were dramatically reduced in Actinmut cells, indicating that actin-deficiency-mediated TNF resistance is most likely due to impaired mitochondrial responses to TNF stimulation. Our findings suggest that a full complement of actin is required for transduction of a cell death signal to mitochondria in TNF-treated L929 cells

    Studies on the synthesis and inhibitory effect of yttrium complex with retinoic acid on leukemia HL-60 cell

    在避光、无水、无氧条件下合成了维甲酸钇的配合物;;通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热及热重分析对配合物的结构和性质进行了表征;;其分子式为Y(RA)3·4H2O.采用MTT比色法及NBT还原试验分别研究了该配合物及全反式维甲酸(HRA)对HL-60细胞增殖的影响.结果表明;;二者均具有抑制HL-60细胞增殖及诱导其分化的作用;;尤其配合物对HL-60细胞的作用很明显;;优于全反式维甲酸(P<0.01).In order to explore a pathway for developing novel antitumor drugs of retinoic acid, a new complex of yttrium with all-trans retinoic acid has been synthesized in absolute ethanol, without oxygen in darkness and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR, UV and thermal analyses. Its formula is best described as Y(RA)3·4H2O. The inhibitory e?ects of HRA and its yttrium complex on HL-60 cell line have been investigated by using MTT colorimetric assay and NBT reductive assay. The result showed that HRA and Y(RA)3·4H2O both have inhibitory and di?erentiation-inducing e?ects on HL-60 cells.     准噶尔荒漠120种植物粘液繁殖体的甄别与比较

    用粘沙法对准噶尔荒漠22科81属120种植物进行了粘液繁殖体的甄别和粘沙能力比较试验,结果表明:①共有22种植物具有粘液现象,占总数的18.33%,集中于菊科、十字花科和车前科;②综合浇水2 mm和水浸20min两种处理结果发现,分泌粘液粘沙后种子重量变化较大的植物有盐生车前、光苞独行菜、庭荠和栉叶蒿等,且对于大多数物种来说,水浸20 min处理时的粘沙量明显高于浇水2 mm处理时的粘沙量;③两种处理结果所得粘沙量大小排序稍有不同,进行平均后得到的顺序是:盐生车前>光苞独行菜>庭荠>栉叶蒿>独行菜>抱茎独行菜>条叶庭荠>条叶车前>小果亚麻荠>小车前>亚麻荠>全缘独行菜>毛果群心菜>播娘蒿>群心菜>四齿芥>油蒿>甘新念珠芥>大蒜芥>多型大蒜芥>棱果芥>山柳菊叶糖芥;④除群心菜、条叶车前、小车前外,其他19种植物的未粘沙种子单粒干重均小于1 mg;粘沙能力与种子单粒干重之间没有显著关系,而单粒干重<0.5 mg的种子其粘沙能力相对较强;⑤粘液繁殖体是某些荒漠植物降低位移、适应流沙或干旱环境的一种有效手段,但在粘沙能力和适应不同粘液溶出条件等方面表现出物种之间的差异性

    国家重大科研项目“夏商周断代工程”,在1996年5月正式启动,迄今已有半年多的时间,取得了一些初步的成果。这一项目是将自然科学与人文、社会科学相结合,进行多学科交叉研究,以期在夏商周年代学方面作出新的开拓。项目已经设立了三十几个专题,其间一个很重要的专题是晋侯稣(苏)编钟的研究。晋侯苏编钟是近年发现的最有价值的青铜器之一,出自山西曲沃北赵晋侯墓地的8号墓。1992年,该墓遭受盗掘,编钟的前14件流散到香港。同年12月,由上海博物馆抢救收藏。编钟的最后2件留于墓内,经清理出土,1994年在发掘简报中发表。最近,上海博物馆马承源馆长撰有专文,公布了前14件有关材料,并有详细的论述。这组编钟刻有长篇铭文,十分珍异,所以在邹衡先生最早提及之后,即引起学术界的广泛关注。特别是钟铭标有周王纪年和一系列历日,在已著录的青铜器铭文中得未曾有,为探讨西周年代学的若干疑难问题提供了新的依据。不过,编钟及其铭文需要讨论的地方很多,学者见仁见智,看法容有不同。“夏商周断代工程”项目办公室为了配合编钟的专题研究,邀请部分专家笔谈,以收集思广益之效。这个想法获得《文物》编辑部的支持,又承上海博物馆提供编钟首件彩版(见《文物》本期封底),都是我们非常感谢的
