    大陆居民赴台湾旅游需求波动性研究

    研究大陆居民赴台旅游波动规律,能够科学预测区域旅游发展趋势和制定有效的旅游政策。本文从经济周期波动的视角,分别采用季节调整法和bP滤波法对大陆赴台旅游人次数进行短时段和长时段分析,然后用趋势回归分析等方法对人次数进行预测。研究结果表明:从短期看,大陆赴台旅游存在明显的季节性波动特点;从长期看,大陆赴台旅游的周期长度相对稳定,4年左右为一个波动周期,波动幅度较大且呈现逐渐增大趋势。另外,经济发展水平、旅游政策,对大陆赴台旅游的长期波动存在重要影响,旅游促销、内地居民闲余时间安排等因素将对大陆赴台旅游的短期波动产生直接影响

    Modelling and Segmenting the Future Value of Cruise Tourists: Empirical Study of China Mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan

    自20世纪80年代以来,现代邮轮旅游作为一种休闲度假方式,已经成为欧美国家中产阶级出游的重要选择之一。深入了解中国邮轮旅游者的特点并进行市场细分,有助于推动中国邮轮旅游市场开发。本研究根据顾客终身价值理论,测算了邮轮旅游者的未来价值,并通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析研究了邮轮旅游者的消费偏好,建立了邮轮旅游者未来价值评估模型。基于中国大陆、香港和台湾邮轮旅游者的相关数据,通过AMOS21.0对邮轮旅游者未来价值模型进行了检验,发现了对邮轮旅游者未来价值有显著影响的因素;通过R13.0软件进一步对显著影响邮轮旅游者未来价值的因素进行了潜类分析,识别出了未来价值较高的邮轮旅游市场,进而为有效地市场开发提供依据。Abstract: Since the 1980s, modem cruise, as a leisure vacation, has become one of the most popular options for middle-class in Europe and North America. According to the theory of customer lifespan value, our research estimated the future value of cruise tourists, and upgraded the previous research scale of foreign cruise tourists' preference by exploratory factors analysis and confirmatory factors analysis, in order to build the model of cruise tourists' future value. Based on the dataset of cruise tourists from China mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, the measurement model of cruise tourists' future value was tested through structural equa- tion modelling in program of AMOS21.0. Ultimately, our study found some significant impact factors of cruise tourists' future value and applied the empirical result into cruise market segmentation, using of R13.0 to do latent cluster analysis of the significant determinants of cruise tourists' future value, in order to recog- nize the most valuable segment and efficient marketing strategy.Specific results show that the cruise tourism income level, revisit frequency, the route length, consume preference for infrastructure and recreational facilities have a significant positive impact on the future value of cruise tourists.     An Exploration of the Influence Factors on Tourism Experience Memory:A Research Based on Tourism in China

    随着体验经济时代的带来,旅游体验的重要性也越发凸显。而在旅游结束后,如何让游客对这种体验有深刻和生动的记忆则是尚未被重视的问题,这种关于体验的记忆将会影响旅游者对旅游目的地的满意度以及未来旅游地的选择决策。文章对在中国旅游情景下影响旅游体验记忆的因素进行探索,尝试去填补有关旅游体验记忆两要素再现性和生动性之间关系研究的空白。通过对国内5大旅游城市的问卷调查,共回收有效问卷748份,并利用结构方程模型进行了验证。结果表明:愉悦感、新奇感和参与感对旅游体验记忆的再现性有显著的正向影响,其中,愉悦感的影响最大,新奇感次之,参与感最小;只有特色化对旅游体验记忆的生动性有显著的正向影响;同时,旅游体验记忆的再现性对生动性也有正向显著影响。Tourist experience is more and more important in the tourism industry. Traditional tourism industry, which is merely targeted at providing tourism products, can no longer meet the demand of tourists. It has been known that tourism experience has a significant effect on the satisfaction of tourists. Meanwhile, such experiences will be kept as memory in the mind of tourists, and that memory will have an influence on tourists' future decision.However, there is rare research focus on the exploration of the factors which affect the tourism experience memory. Meanwhile, the relationship between the two dimensions of tourism experience memory, recollection and vividness, is still not clear. This paper tries to explore the factors influencing the formation of tourism experience memory in the context of China tourist,and figure out the relationship between recollection and vividness.Based on the literature review we propose our research model. We choose hedonism, novelty,involvement and local culture as the main factors influencing tourism experience memory. In the meanwhile, we suggest that the recollection of tourism experience memory has a significant on vividness. We collect questionnaires from tourists in five cities and received 748 valid questionnaires. We use structural equation model to conduct our empirical analysis.Conclusions: 1) Hedonism, novelty and involvement have a positive effect on the recollection of tourism experience memory; among them hedonism has the strongest influence. This result indicates that, a tourism experience with strong hedonism, novelty and involvement can make tourist recollect this memory more easily. 2)Local culture has a positive influence on the vividness of the tourism experience memory. Vivid tourism experiences can make the tourism experience memory more vital.3) Recollection of tourism experience memory has a positive influence on vividness. This indicates that a vivid tourism experience memory is based on the recall of the overall tourism process

    An Empirical Examination of Continuance Intention of Tourism APP:Based on the Context of Smart Tourism

    智慧旅游成为旅游业发展的新途径,而旅游APP则是实现智慧旅游的重要工具之一,如何让旅游者采纳并持续使用旅游APP是智慧旅游发展的关键所在。文章共收集有效问卷544份,运用结构方程模型(SEM)对假设模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:服务质量、信任、满意度和感知有用性均对旅游者的持续性使用意愿有显著的正向影响,其中,服务质量的影响最大。转换成本在感知有用性、信任和满意度与持续性使用意愿的关系中起到正向的调节作用。该研究填补了关于旅游APP持续性使用意愿相关研究的不足。同时,文章建议移动旅游运营商相比于打价格战,更应该专注于旅游APP本身,通过提升服务质量、顾客满意度和产品实用性以及建立良好的品牌认知度,来提高旅游者使用黏性、培养忠诚用户,使整体移动旅游市场朝着健康有序的方向发展。With the development of the tourism industry,smart tourism,which aims to cater to the individual needs of tourists and offers high quality services to reach a high user satisfaction level,has been one of the development directions in the tourism market.Meanwhile,the popularity of mobile devices and application programs(apps) has highlighted the potential of the mobile tourism market.As a result,most tourism service providers aim to create their own tourism apps and attract tourists to install these apps on their smart phones.Attracting tourists to use these apps is difficult for these providers.On the one hand,to gain new customers requires huge costs(including marketing costs and so on).On the other hand,the app market competition in this field is fierce.A lot of homogeneous apps have flooded the market to seek share,which has resulted in tourists lingering between different apps without loyalty.Therefore,we ask: Which factors regarding app design impact use intention and loyalty the most?Prior research in the field of tourism apps has focused on the pre- adoption behaviors of tourists,while a small amount has explored the post-adoption behavior of customers. Maintaining the loyalty of customers is of crucial importance to tourism service providers. Therefore, it is vital to understand the factors that affect the continued use by tourists of travel apps.This paper aims to analyze the factors that influence the continued use of tourism apps in the context of smart tourism. On the basis of reviewing the literature, we made research hypothesis H1 to H12, and chose service quality, trust, satisfaction and perceived usefulness as the four main independent variables and take switching cost as the moderator in the research model. To validate the model, we designed several questions measuring tourists' attitude to the usage of a tourism app. We collected data by sending out questionnaires to users and 544 valid questionnaires were sent back. First we tested the reliability and validity of the data. Then we used a structure equation model to forge an empirical analysis. The results show that service quality, trust, satisfaction and perceived usefulness have significant positive effects on continued use intention, and switching cost plays a positive moderator role in the relationship between continued use intention and trust, satisfaction and perceived usefulness. These results fill the vacancy of continued use behaviors by visitors in the tourism economy. At the same time, they give suggestions on marketing strategies to increase user loyalty.Based on the empirical analysis of the research model, we uncover a number of important findings about the continued use intention of mobile tourism applications. In addition, our results have both theoretical and practical contributions. First, we believe that our study provides comprehensive insight and evidence into a tourist's adoption intentions from post usage behavior. Second, compared with falling into an endless price war, our research shows that service providers should concentrate on the tourism app itself, such as enhancing service quality, user satisfaction and usefulness. The tourism market must be led in a healthy and sustainable way; however, there are several limitations in our research. For one, cultural influence should be taken into consideration and our results may not be generalized for other cultural settings.     基于3-RRRS机构的新型并联机床构型及运动建模

    提出了一种基于3-RRRS机构的并联机床构型。RRRS是由3个R副和1个S副组成的支链。3-RRRS机构在上下平台之间连接移动平台,实现移动平台相对于下平台的六维运动;安装在移动平台上的动力头完成机床的加工操作。RRRS运动支链的每个R副配备1个驱动动力,共有3个驱动;整个运动支链系统有9个驱动,具有从属驱动特性,使并联机床具有较大的工作空间和较好的运动动态特性。首先,介绍了新型机床的模块化结构;其次,对基于3-RRRS机构的机床进行建模分析,给出了机床操作中各机构变量的运动和控制模型;最后,给出计算实例,并用运动仿真对计算结果进行了验证。相关工作为后续设备的实际使用提供了理论依据
