北京鸭、金定鸭及其杂种酯酶同工酶的研究
对北京鸭、金定鸭及其杂种大土北鸭酯酶同工酶的研究表明:同种鸭的胚胎与雏鸭及成鸭的酶谱存在较显著差别,表现了该同工酶的表达具有发育阶段特异性;在同样发育阶段同种鸭不同组织的酶谱也存在一定差异;这种组织特异性与组织的功能有密切关系;北京鸭与金定鸭酯酶同工酶表达在个体发育过程存在明显种质差异,这与二者不同经济性状特征的差异相一致;大土北鸭个体发育中酯酶同工酶表达接近于北京鸭,显示该杂种鸭酯酶同工酶性状较大程度继承北京鸭的遗传性福建省自然科学基

STUDIES ON CONDITIONS of CAROTENE PRODUCTION BY Rhodotorula SR COS-5
研究碳源、氮源和添加剂对红酵母(rHOdOTOrulASP.)COS-5产胡萝卜素的影响,并通过正交试验优化其产胡萝卜素的培养基组成。结果表明,COS-5产胡萝卜素的适宜培养基:蔗糖50g、蛋白胨5g、酵母膏5g、桔子皮15g、盐酸硫胺素0.002g、定容1l,PH6.0.250Ml三角瓶装培养基30Ml。在上述条件下28℃振荡培养96H,细胞生物量为27.5Mg干重/Ml发酵液,胡萝卜素含量达492.7μg/g干重细胞。COS-5胡萝卜素在474.4nM、338.6nM和310.2nM处有吸收峰,色素的主要成份为β-胡萝卜素。Effect of carbon source, nitrogen source and additives on caretene production of stain Rhodotorula sp.COS-5 were inveshgated.The compositions of medium were optimized with orthogonal test The results showed that the optimal medium was as follows (g/L): sucrose 50, peptone 5, yeast except 5, orange skin 15, thiamine 0.002, initial pH6.0.The optimal medium volume in 250 mL flask was 30 mL.27.5 mg dry cell / mL medium and 492.7 μg carotene / g dry cell were produced by strain COS-5 with above-mentioned conditions after growing at 28℃ for 96h.Carotene produced by stain COS--5 has absorption peaks at 474.4 nm, 338.6 nm and 310.2 nm The major component of pigment of COS--5 is β-carotene
