[[alternative]]Study on the Factors of Leisure Participation and Barriers for Junior High School Teachers in Hsin Chu City and County
[[abstract]]The purpose of this study is to understand the leisure styles, participation, and barriers of junior high school teachers. The results of this study are valuable for offering suggestions of planning leisure activities for junior high school teachers and retirees.
The data was collected through questionnaires sent to 401 junior high school teachers from 18 schools in Hsin Chu City and County. A total of 350 questionnaires are completed and analyzed in this study.
The descriptive statistics, t-test, one-factor analysis of variance, and correlative analysis are used to determine the relationships between independent & dependent variables. The study results are shown as follows:
1.Leisure participations are significantly related to teacher’s gender, ages, marriage statuses, senior status, administrative position, and fields of courses teaching. However, leisure participation is not influenced by the school location.
2.Leisure barriers are highly correlated to teacher’s gender, ages, marriage statuses, senior status, administrative position, and fields of courses teaching, but not the school locations.
3.The most popular leisure activities for junior high school teachers are indoor activities. Time is the most significant barrier for leisure activities.
The results of this study indicate that the majority of junior high school teachers are involved in indoor leisure activities, for example, playing chess. Participating in more outdoor sports activities would benefit junior high school teachers for better health and quality of life.
Divalent Vaccine of Infectious Bursal Disease Virus-Like Particle Carrying Infectious Bronchitis S1 Protein Expressed by E. Coli
雞傳染性華氏囊病(IBD)及傳染性支氣管炎(IB)皆為高度傳染的病毒性疾病,且對養雞界造成嚴重之經濟損失。因IBD病毒VP243蛋白質顆粒對華氏囊B細胞及巨噬細胞有親合力,本計畫擬採用大腸桿菌系統來表現IBD病毒VP2432和IB病毒S1的融合蛋白質,藉由VP243對免疫細胞的親和力來增加此二蛋白質激活免疫反應的機會,進而提高對此二病毒的免疫力,也希望經由此一系統的建立能快速而有效的將雞場爆發之突變種基因製成疫苗來免疫保護未感染的雞隻。Avian infectious bronchitis (IB) and infectious bursal disease (IBD) are highly contagious and usually cause economic loses in poultry industry in Taiwan. Due to the high affinity between IBD VP243 protein particle and immune cells such as bursal B cells and marcrophages, the fusion protein of S1-VP243 prepared by cloning IB S1 protein on the N terminal of IBDV VP243 protein and expressed by E. coli system will be able to stimulate various immune cells and increase humoral and cellular immune responses against both of IB and IBD infections. Moreover, a rapid response system against emerging infectious will be established by vaccinating health chickens with vaccines prepared by cloning antigens obtained from the emerging pathogen on on the N terminal of IBDV VP243 protein
新巴塞爾資本協定與銀行風險的關係:全球實證
[[abstract]]本研究採用2001至2008年間全球94個國家,共887家商業銀行為樣本。檢視新巴塞爾資本協定中三大支柱對銀行風險的影響。此外,為了進一步探討不同國家政府治理的角色,我們利用政府治理與三大支柱指標的交乘項,評估對銀行風險承受程度的影響。實證結果顯示在開發中國家,新巴塞爾資本協定中的第一支柱,對於銀行資本的要求將有助於降低銀行風險承擔程度。在工業化國家,則是以第三支柱的市場紀律,將有助於降低銀行風險的承擔程度。另外在探討政府治理的角色,相較於工業化國家,開發中國家其貪污指標對於三大支柱對風險的影響最大。而在工業化國家,則完善的法規制度環境,將有助於第一支柱與第三支柱降低風險的效果
介质型脉冲高能中子探测器
首次报道一种基于反冲质子法和高速带电粒子在物质表面引起二次电子发射的高能中子探测方法 ,研制成功的新一代强流脉冲高能中子探测器 ,即介质型脉冲高能中子探测器 .与传统的强流脉冲中子探测器相比 ,该探测器对中子的探测及信号的传输过程是在介质中完成的 ,因而不需要真空和高压也可以正常工作 ,并具有多项优异的物理性能 .该探测器的输出信号来自于高能中子在聚乙烯转换靶产生的高能反冲质子和这些质子穿越电荷收集极表面时产生的部分二次电子 .选择适当的卡阈吸收片和电荷收集极材料 ,二次电子在探测灵敏度中的份额及其随能量的变化可由实验测
