    Experimental Study on Flow Characteristics Around a Triangular Prism

    本文为实验研究不同截面尺度比H的三棱柱绕流流场特性。主要关注雷诺数Re和柱体截面尺度比H对三棱柱绕流流场中阻力系数、斯特劳哈尔数St和涡街流向输运速率Ulocal等重要尾流参数的影响。实验在厦门大学FMPL实验室中的循环拖曳水槽中进行。实验中应用氢气泡显示技术,该技术即能定性分析流场特性又能揭示流场中分离点位置。结果表明,在实验雷诺数范围内,分离点均位于最大横向宽度对应的顶点(这里称“横顶点”),即分离点位置固定。应用粒子成像测速技术(PIV)对三棱柱绕流流场进行定量测量,结合本征正交分解法得到尾流场相干结构。研究发现前二阶模态流场结构代表流场中卡门涡街结构,第三阶模态流场结构可表征尾流场中自...The present thesis work is an experimental investigation on the near wake flow characteristics of a triangular prism with different aspect ratios of cross section.     POD Analysis of a Slit Circular Cylinder Near Wake

    利用粒子成像测速技术(particle image velocimetry,PIV),在水槽中探究缝隙对圆柱流场结构的影响,应 用频谱分析和本征正交分解(proper orthogonal decomposition, POD)方法,研究了开缝圆柱流场相干结构.实验 Reynolds数范围内,缝隙的“ 吹吸”作用从根本上改变了圆柱绕流近区尾流结构,前6阶模态形态是流场中最主要 的相干结构. 第1,2阶模态形态控制着圆柱绕流流场涡街相继脱落过程,1或2阶模态系数为尾迹涡的固有频率; 第3, 4阶模态形态控制着脱落旋涡沿流向方向能量运输;第5, 6阶模态形态中的同向涡旋结构作用于旋涡缓慢 脱离柱体这-过程,并对旋涡能量起着衰减作用.Flow around a slit circular cylinder was investigated in a water tunnel with particle image velocimetr^^(PIV) tech-nique, power spectrum analysis, proper orthogonal decomposition ( POD) method and other techniques for data processing. The experimental results show- that the flow in the slit demonstrated periodic motion. This oscillating vent-flow has greatly al-tered the near wake flow- features within a certain range of Reynolds number. The total turbulence kinetic energ^^(TKE) almost contributes from the first six modes. The first and second POD modes control the vortex shedding alternately process. The third and fourth POD modes control the process of vortex energy transition along the flow direction. The interaction of co-rotating vortex pair in the fifth and sixth POD modes effects the vortex energy during the vortex shedding process

    液质联用研究人重组干细胞因子一级结构

    通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)和质谱技术,对人重组干细胞因子(rhSCF)分子进行分析,以确证其一级结构.将rh-SCF样品胰酶酶切,HPLC-RPC分离,基质辅助激光解吸附电离-飞行时间串联质谱仪(MALDI-TOF-MS)对rhSCF的酶切肽段进行解析,并对rhSCF的O-糖基化和N-糖基化位点进行了分析.结果:(1)rhSCF分子质量得到测定;(2)rhSCF的一级结构得到确认,测定的肽质量谱的覆盖率达到94%,分子中有两对二硫键;(3)鉴定了样品中的N-糖基化位点,并对rhSCF产品的O-及N-连接糖型上的糖结构进行初步探讨.结果显示:rhSCF一级氨基酸序列和二硫键形成位置与理论上一致,糖基化特性符合毕赤酵母表达蛋白的糖基化特点

    虹鳟免疫诱导型基因Cathelicidin2启动子功能分析

    本研究通过实时荧光定量PCR实验对虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)Cathelicidin2(Cath2)基因的转录模式进行了分析。结果显示,该基因在鳃、头肾等与机体免疫防御功能密切相关的组织内转录,在细菌和病毒感染后,转录水平均显著升高。对基因上游调控序列进行启动子和转录因子结合位点预测,发现该启动子具有真核生物典型的TATA盒和CAAT盒结构,基因上游直至第一内含子区域内,密集存在多个免疫相关转录因子结合位点,其中,2个核因子κB(Nuclear factor kappa B,NFκB)预测结合位点均位于核心启动子正链区域。在草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)肾组织细胞系内,绿色荧光蛋白和萤火虫荧光素酶基因都能够在该启动子驱动下表达,表明其具有启动子活性,且启动子活性在受到免疫诱导后增强,包括细菌脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharides,LPS)模拟的细菌感染和聚肌胞苷酸(Polyinosinic polycytidylic acid,Poly I:C)模拟的病毒感染。双荧光素酶报告基因检测显示,启动子活性在与NFκB转录因子表达时,增强至4.39倍,证明Cath2基因受NFκB通路调控。研究表明,虹鳟Cath2基因能够在多种免疫刺激诱导下表达,其启动子可以应用为免疫诱导型的基因工程元件,驱动外源免疫基因在鱼体内适时表达,抵御外界病原感染,同时,避免非必要条件下的过度表达形成生长负担。国家科技支撑计划项目(2015BAD25B01);;中国水产科学研究院基本科研业务费专项(2015C007)共同资助~

    Control method for aircraft wake vortex based on Rayleigh-Ludwig instability

    在飞机飞行的过程中尾涡会伴随着升力产生,威胁后机的飞行安全.在简化机翼模型上添加扰流片,通过一个矩形翼以引入一个与主翼尾涡大小不同、方向相反的小涡,构建尾流自消散四涡系统,以期诱发尾涡的rAylEIgH-ludWIg相交不稳定性.通过改变扰流片的大小形状,调整模型的攻角和拖曳速度,采用粒子图像速度场仪测量系统定量研究在低雷诺数下单主翼尾涡发展特性以及双涡相互作用特性.研究表明:在未添加扰流片时,尾涡环量在45个翼展内相对于初始环量基本保持不变;在添加扰流片的情况下尾涡的环量衰减可以达到35%~55%,而未添加的基本翼型的尾涡的环量则几乎保持不变,这说明添加适当的扰流片能诱发尾涡的rAylEIgH-ludWIg相交不稳定性,加速尾涡的消散,当小涡和主涡的初始环量比为-0.489、初始距离比为0.5时,45个翼展范围内,尾涡环量衰减55.9%.本文系统性的实验结果可以为低尾流机翼的设计提供参考依据.The aircraft wake vortex is an inherent flow phenomenon due to the lift generation mechanism,which has a negative impact on the flight safety.By adding a set of specially designed spoiler,a rectangular wing was designed to generate a pair of weaker vortices,which had different sizes and opposite direction compared to main wing vortices,thereby constructing a self-destructive four-vortex wake system to induce Rayleigh-Ludwig instability.Under different experimental conditions,in terms of changing the size or shape of the spoiler,towing speed and angle of attack,the wake vortex development of the test model,that both with and without spoiler,as well as the circulation analysis,were acquired particle image velocimetry( PIV) measurements under the low Reynolds number.The study demonstrates that the decrease in circulation was 35% to55% in 45 wingspans when spoilers are introduced,whereas the counterpart of the baseline airfoil,without spoilers,is nearly kept steadily,which reveal the application possibility of Rayleigh-Ludwig instability in alleviating the wake vortex.As the initial circulation ratio equals to- 0.489 and the initial distance ratio is0.5,the circulation of the primary vortex reduce most significantly( 55.9%) in 45 wingspans.Results would provide a scheme in the design of airfoils with weaker vortices.国家自然科学基金(11072206

The structure of C50H10 is identified through NMR, mass spectrometry, and IR and Raman spectroscopy as a D5h symmetric closed-cage molecule with five pairs of fused pentagons stabilized by ten hydrogen atoms. UV/Vis and fluorescence spectrometric analyses disclose its optical properties as comparable with those of its chloride cousin (C50Cl10).     Damage to mangroves from extreme cold in early 2008 in southern China

    通讯作者Author for correspondence (E-mail: [email protected])2008年初,我国南方19个省经历了50年一遇的持续低温雨雪冰冻天气。极端气候对华南沿海各省的红树林区造成不同程度的危害。2008年3月,在我国南方各省红树林区的10个代表性地点,对这次寒害造成的红树植物伤害程度进行了系统的调查。结果表明:冬季低温对红树林的影响极为显著,特别是在低纬度的海南、广西和广东湛江,由于极端低温正值夜间退潮,对红树林的影响更为显著;在纬度较高的福建,本地红树种类秋茄(Kandelia obovata)、桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)和白骨壤(Avicennia marina)及引种的木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)等,由于长期适应于冬季较低的气温或在种植前经过抗寒锻炼,具有较强的抗寒能力。各地主要红树植物中,广布种秋茄、桐花树和白骨壤最为耐寒,其耐寒性均大于红树科的木榄、海莲(Bruguiera sexangula)和红海榄(Rhizophora stylosa)。海桑(Sonneratia caseolaris)对温度的敏感性最强,抗寒能力最低,因此,即使在其原产地海南也受到较为严重的寒害,在纬度更高的引种地出现大面积受害甚至全部死亡,而从孟加拉国引种的无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)却显示出一定的抗寒能力。同一地点的红树植物幼苗的抗寒能力低于大树。此次寒害也造成了苗圃场的种苗大量死亡,成熟的植株提前落花落果,这势必会影响后继一两年内红树林的自然更新和人工造林。因此,在未来红树林造林或人工引种中,一定要考虑到红树植物的抗寒能力。国家自然科学基金(30671646和30700092);厦门大学“闽江学者”启动基

    应用粒子成像测速(particle image; velocimetry,PIV)技术对尺度比H为45°的三棱柱在不同雷诺数Re下的尾流场进行定量测量,结合本征正交分解法研究尾流场相干结构,同时; 利用时间空间关联法确定了不同雷诺数下涡街流向运输速率的变化情况.研究发现前二阶模态流场结构代表流场中卡门涡街结构,第三阶模态流场结构可表征尾流场; 中自由剪切层形态,且该形态对雷诺数相对敏感.Re=;400{R_e} =; 400工况下,三棱柱绕流流场中自由剪切层形态出现不稳定现象,抑制了自由来流与尾流区内流体间的动量交换,使得尾流区内流体恢复系数减弱,尾流场中阻; 力系数Cd{C_d}突增.Particle image velocimetry was used to quantitatively measure the wake; field under different Reynolds numbers for triangular prisms with a; scale ratio of 45°,and the coherent structure of the wake field was; studied by using the proper orthogonal decomposition method.The; time-space cross correlation method is used to determine the influence; of the vortex streamwise transport rate on the Reynolds number. Analysis; of coherent structures of the flow field using proper orthogonal; decomposition method indicates that the last two order modes of flow; structure are on behalf of the Karmen vortex structure,the third order; mode structure could represent the free shear layer morphology which is; sensitive to the Reynolds number.The free shear layer exhibits unsteady; phenomenon with the condition of Reynolds number around 400,which; retards the exchange of fluid between the free flow and the wake region,; leading to a weakened fluid recovery coefficient and a sudden increase; in the drag coefficient
