    Species composition and seasonal variation of netz-phytoplankton in the eastern marginal China seas

    为揭示中国东部陆架边缘海浮游植物群落季节变化规律,根据2006年6–7月、2007年1–2月、2007年11月和2009年4–5月在中国东部陆架边缘海域(25.00°–39.00°n,118.00°–129.00°E)进行的综合采样调查,对调查海域网采浮游植物(网孔直径77μM)的物种多样性和分布特征进行了研究。4个航次共鉴定出浮游植物4门70属257种(不包括未定名种),其中硅藻是主要功能群,其次是甲藻,主要的优势种为骨条藻(SkElETOnEMA SPP.)、细弱海链藻(THAlASSIOSIrA SubTIlIS)、囊状海链藻(T.SCrOTIfOrMIS)、伏氏海线藻(THAlASSIOnEMA frAuEnfEldII)、菱形海线藻(T.nITzSCHIOIdES)、具槽帕拉藻(PArAlIA SulCATA)、洛氏角毛藻(CHAETOCErOS lOrEnzIAnuS)、旋链角毛藻(C.CurVISETuS)、尖刺伪菱形藻(PSEudO-nITzSCHIA PungEnS)和夜光藻(nOCTIluCA SCInTIllAnS)。浮游植物细胞丰度为0.02x104–31,350.21x104CEllS/M3,最低值出现在冬季黄海海域,最高值出现在春季长江口邻近海域。4个季节的浮游植物细胞密度呈现春季>夏季>秋季>冬季的趋势,浮游植物各生物多样性指数的等值线均呈现西北–东南走向。The abundance and seasonal variation of phytoplankton were studied in the eastern marginal China seas(25.00°–39.00° N, 118.00°–129.00° E).Based on surveys in June and July 2006, January and February 2007, November 2007 and April and May 2009, we analyzed the species composition, community structure, and cell density of netz-phytoplankton(mesh size 77 μm).A total of 257 phytoplankton species were identified, belonging to 70 genera and 4 classes.Bacillariolhyta was the dominant functional group, followed by Pyrrophyta.The dominant species were Skeletonema spp., Thalassiosira subtilis, T.scrotiformis, Thalassionema frauenfeldii, T.nitzschioides, Paralia sulcata, Chaetoceros lorenzianus, C.curvisetus, Pseudo-nitzschia pungens and Noctiluca scintillans.The cell density of the phytoplankton ranged from 0.02×104 cells/m3 in the Yellow Sea in winter to 31,350.21×104 cells/m3 in the Yangtze River in spring.Overall phytoplankton cell density showed the following seasonal trend: spring > summer > autumn > winter.国家自然科学基金(41276128;41476116); 国家重点研究基础发展计划973项目(2010CB428704

    利用膜萃取-气相色谱/微分离子迁移谱(ME-GC / DMS)对水中的1,4-二恶烷污染物进行了检测。考察了射频电压、采样流速、膜渗透时间、Trap 预富集时间等参数对检测二恶烷的影响规律。结果显示:在优化条件下,二恶烷的定量线性范围为2.0~20.0μg / L,检出限为0.67μg / L。实验证明,二恶烷与5种氯代烃的混合物在 ME-GC /DMS 的二维分离谱图中得到特异性响应,增加了识别的准确性。该研究为发展现场实时监测地下水中污染物的方法提供了重要参考

    多羟基环己基手性β-氨基酸及其衍生物具有重要的药物、生物和合成用途.本文对从内消旋cis-1,2,3,6-四氢邻苯二甲酸酐经去对称化得到的内酯关键中间体(2)的绝对构型进行了确定,并通过邻二羟基化和内酯开环,经两步反应以45%的产率从化合物(2)高立体选择性地合成了光学活性的(1R,2S,3R,4S,6R)-2,3,4-三羟基-2-(苄氧羰基氨基)-环己烷甲酸苄酯(6).Polyhydroxy cyclohexyl-β-amino acids and their derivatives have important pharmaceutical,biological and synthetic applications.This paper describes the determination of the absolute configuration of the key lactone intermediate(2),obtained by cinchonine mediated desymmetrization of cis-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride(1),and its application in the stereoselective synthesis of a polyhydroxy cyclohexyl-β-amino acid derivative(6).In order to determine the absolute stereochemistry of the lactone intermediate,compound(2)was treated with K2CO3 in benzyl alcohol to provide the ring opened product(3) which was converted to its C4 p-bromobenzoate(4) whose absolute stereochemistry was determined as(1S,4S,6R) by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis therefore proved the configuration of the lactone intermediate(2).Catalytic dihydroxylation of the lactone intermediate(2) with OsO4 and NMO provided the desired dihydroxy compound(5) which underwent alcoholisms with benzyl alcohol in the presence of K2CO3,providing the target compound,(1R,2S,3R,4S,6R)-2,3,4-trihydroxy-cyclohexyl-β-amino acid derivatives(6),in 2 steps in 45% overall yield in a highly stereoselective manner,which highlighted the usefulness of the lactone intermediate(2) in the asymmetric synthesis of polyhydroxy cyclohexyl-β-amino acid derivatives.国家自然科学基金(20372056)资

    搭建了一套纳升级电喷雾-离子源离子迁移谱仪。首先,分别对尾吹气流速、溶剂流速等影响仪器去溶剂化效果的参数进行了研究和优化。在此基础上,用一系列胺类化合物对该仪器的去溶剂化效果、分辨能力以及灵敏度进行了表征。实验结果表明,该仪器能够对电喷雾离子液滴实现完全去溶剂化;三辛胺的检出限可以达到10μg/L。最后,将该仪器用作高效液相色谱的检测器,在无需衍生化的条件下对胺类混合物样品进行检测。由三乙胺、二乙胺以及丁胺组成的混合样品被成功分离并测定。该系统对三乙胺、二乙胺以及丁胺的线性响应范围均达到近两个数量级

    研究了5个培养体积(50、100、200、400、1000 mL)和2个温度(20℃、25℃)下大型溞(Daphnia magnaStraus)种群动态和两性生殖的变化,结果表明:(1)在相同培养体积下,随温度升高,大型溞首次抱卵时间缩短、首次产幼溞时间提前。在相同温度下,大型溞首次抱卵体长随培养体积的增大而增大。20℃和25℃下,1000 mL组大型溞首次抱卵体长分别是(2.54±0.02)mm和(2.71±0.01)mm。(2)在一定时间内,大型溞种群数量快速增加。但在较小培养体积下大型溞种群增长明
