大型ヘリカル装置のIC聾アンテナと加熱特性

Ion－cyclotron heating was applied to the Large Helical Device by using single, trap loop antennas located at the outward side of the toroid. Good experimental results were obtaine with adequate plasma　confining configurations and antenna conditionings．Loading resistance of the antenna was2－8Ohm and　this was a sufficiently large value. Various heating characteristics were investigated by changing the　heating modes, ion species and magneticfield configurations．The minoriy-ion heating mode resulted in the best heating performances，and the heatin gcharacteristics largely depended on the cyclotron resonance positions．There were some unique features due to the heliotron configuration．These results showed the　effectiveness of the ICRF heating in a helical device and the appropriateness of the ICRF antenna design　in the LHD

The Game for Implementing Safety Investment Guarantee System in Coal Enterprises

通过建立政府、保险公司、同业协会与煤炭企业安全投资行为，以及煤炭企业安全管理与煤炭企业员工之间的博弈模型，并对其均衡结果进行分析，论证了政府、保险公司、同业协会、企业员工与煤炭企业安全投资行为之间的制约性和保障性，为构建煤炭企业安全投资保障机制提供了理论依据。This paper analyzes the equilibrium of a game among the government, insurance companies, and coal enterprises as well as the equilibrium of a game between the safety management department and the employees of the coal enterprise in the face of high costs of implementing safety investment guarantee system in coal enterprises. We demonstrate the incentive compatibility and individual rationality conditions for the game among the government, insurance companies, and coal enterprises. These results offer a theoretical foundation for implementing the safety investment guarantee system in coal enterprises.作者单位：山东工商学院会计学
