    利用gCMS定性及gCfId定量,测定了1993年11月采自厦门西海域8个站位的表层沉积物样品.应用模糊聚类的方法,结合文献资料,对甾醇的指标作用进行了探讨:利用聚类结果去除少量不合理数据,将甾醇划分为3类(A、b、C),其在海域中的分布各有特点;A类甾醇带有经处理过的污水的特征,表现出从厦门市最大生活污水排污口向四周扩散的过程;b类甾醇含陆源物质和未经处理的污水的特征,与养殖和其他排污口及九龙江输入有关;C类甾醇都是海洋浮游生物可产生的种类,分布较均匀.对站位的聚类分析表明:东北靠近高集海堤及东南近外海两处沉积物甾醇组成相近,污染相对较小;湾内靠西岸一带海域则主要受养殖的影响.Sterol compositions of surFace sediments were studies as organic matter source indicators.With analyzing techniques such as column chromatography, gas chromatography and GC/MS, more than 25 kinds of sterols were detected.The total sterol content in the sediments varied From 12.7 μg/g to 52 9 μg/g.Instead of discussing the sterol distribution pattern directly, a Fuzzy classiFication method was applied to determine how many distribution patterns there exited and which distribution pattern each sterol belonged to.The preliminary results show there were Four distribution patterns.Type A, including one of the sewage indicator epicorprostanol, had a strong relationship to the most important sewage output of the city.Type B, including some higher plant sterols (β sitosterol, stigmasterol) and some other sterols, constituted the main component part of the total sterols and had a bearing on aquaculture because many kinds of bait was made From higher plants.Type C, including some plankton sterol such as 24 Methyl cholesta 5,22 dien 3β ol, had a relatively even distribution to other types and we can interpret it with its marine source.Type D were sterols that had no signiFicant pattern in distribution, Further researches are needed.国家自然科学基
