    [[abstract]]我們的研究是以旋轉塗佈法來將BiFeO3沉積在白金基板上,並使用快速升溫爐(RTA)進行熱退火處理,最後經過X 光繞射儀(XRD)數據分析,我們會先以同樣BiFeO3 薄膜層數不同溫度來做初步觀察,BiFeO3 薄膜在經過X光繞射儀得出的數據來探討薄膜結晶狀態以找出BiFeO3 薄膜最佳結晶溫度,先以薄膜層數為10層而退火溫度則分別為500、550、600、650度,在觀察後得知在退火溫度550度以及600度時BiFeO3薄膜擁有相對較強晶相,因此選用550、600度去做不同的薄膜層數來做進一步分析與探討,之後以薄膜層數分別為4、6、14層,在此次數據中我們觀察到當BiFeO3 薄膜厚度越高晶面強度也隨之提高

    荔枝育種之目標為育成不同產期,高品質大果無子,豐產之品種,育種方法包括自然授粉實生選種及人工控制授粉雜交育種,實生苗種植行株距建議以3×0.5公尺為佳。現已蒐集30餘品種,以Peroxidase及Glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase 同功異構梅分析可區分成七大類。實生品系中已選5品系,於本省六地進行試作,本文並就育種方法及其效率增進之可行加以分析討論。龍眼育種以不同產期,大果無子、矮性品種為目標,育種方法同荔枝,目前已蒐集40餘品種,依其成熟期(7-11月)可區分成5大類,並已進行自然授粉實生品系選拔。 Litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.)breeding for various mature season, quality(large and seedless fruit), and yield were conducted through open and controled-pollination. The spacing of 3×0.5m were suggested to handle large population of seedlings. Thirty collected varieties could be classified into 7 groups sccording to isoayme analysis of peroixdase and glutamate wxaloacetate transaminase. Five clones selected was adv- anced to regional yield trail at 5 locations in Taiwan. The methods and efficiency of breeding was discussed. Longan (Dimocarpus longan Lour.) breeding for various mature season, large and seedless fruit and dwarfness were started via germplasm collection Forty varieties were maintuined and classified into 5 groups according to mature season (July to November). Selection of seedlings from open-and controled-pollinati on have been conducted and will be continued in breeding program

    對水禽類動物鴨、鵝.雞及火雞共計265場,6000支肛門拭子或血清分別以應用反轉錄聚合鋂鏈進行檢測病毒核酸,而血清則以免疫酵素分析法及AGP等方法進行禽流感抗體之監測,如為陽性反應之檢體病進行亞型之鑑定,陽性率過高之場別,擬進行現場採集檢體進行病毒分離及以應用反轉錄聚合鋂鏈進行檢測,以早期發現未曾在台灣發生者,或者在台灣已成為地方性疾病,但有爆發成流行之趨勢者。透過台灣區人工飼養鴕鳥協會及專業獸醫師,進行鴕鳥之死亡及飼養失敗病例之收集。並進行病理之解剖、病因之探討及病原分離與鑑定。並就環境、病理學、病原所得之資料進行分析,提出解決之建議方案。Sera samples will be collected seasonally from all over the country. The turkey farms showed positive reaction after serum detection will be test to viral isolation and sub-serotyping, this farm will going to sera monitoring. In this project, we will cooperate with Taiwan Domestic Ostrich Association and employ a professional veterinarian to propagate the important of monitoring disease. We will collect clinical case ofostrichs and analysis the aetiology to establish the disease database of ostrich in Taiwan
