Experiencing and Reflecting Participatory Research:A Study on the Development of Social Work in an Urban Community in Mainland China

近年来,我国社会工作已经进入职业化和专业化发展的关键时期,社会工作实务与研究的结合已经成为推进专业服务发展亟待解决的重要问题之一。参与式实务研究为社会工作者在开展社会工作专业服务的同时进行科学研究工作提供了保障。本文通过一个城市社区社会工作的参与式实务研究发现,社会工作者在城市社区开展社会工作专业服务过程中不能够按照传统社会工作三大方法开展专业服务,而需求将个案、小组和社区三大社会工作专业方法整合起来组合成项目,以克服城市社区目前在管理方式上呈现的偏向管理、变动性强和多头管理的困难。Recently,as Chinese social work development has entered into a critical period for meeting the demand for social work professionalization and specialization,it comes to be one of the major problems that how social work practice is combined with research.One of the answers is to use the method of participatory research.It may guide social workers' practice and at the same time,conduct social work research.The article takes a close look at the development of social work in an urban community in Mainland China.The results show,the traditional three social work intervening methods,such as casework,group work,and community work,have to be transformed into an integrative programs which may correspond to the demand for the weight of multiple management and instability from the local community

Concentration effects in solid-state CD spectra of chiral atropisomeric compounds

Atropisomerism is one of the basic concepts in stereochemistry. Chiral crystals of stereochemically labile atropisomers that originated from Mirror Symmetry Breaking (MSB) can only be characterized by solid-state chiroptical techniques. Herein, solid-state circular dichroism and UV-Vis spectra of six atropisomeric compounds (most of them were obtained from MSB) have been studied. Finding Strengths and Family Support: The Mentally Retarded Children Social Work Practice Based on Strengths Perspective

近年来,智障儿童家庭服务倡导从以个体为中心的支持转变到以家庭为中心的支持,服务注重家庭支持体系建设。对机构社会工作者运用优势视角开展家庭支持的服务案例进行质性分析发现:智障儿童及其家庭的优势是多面向的;优势是社会工作家庭服务的切入点,也是家庭支持体系建设的关键点;社会工作应整合各方的优势,为智障儿童及其家庭建立全面的支持;优势视角的本土运用要注意中国的制度和文化背景。In recent years,it is advocated that the home service for mentally retarded children shift from individual-based support to family-based support,attaching more attention to the building of family support system.From the qualitative analysis of cases that social workers adopt strengths perspective to carry out family support,it has been found that there are multi-aspects of strengths in both mentally retarded children and their families.The strengths are the breakthrough points for the home service of social work and the key to the building of family support system.Social work needs to integrate service and resources to build a comprehensive support network for them.The application of strengths perspective has to take into account Chinese systems and cultural background

临床护生对新颁布医疗机构生活垃圾管理的认知调查分析

目的了解临床护生对国卫办新颁布的《关于在医疗机构推进生活垃圾分类管理的通知》(以下简称《通知》)认知水平,提高临床医疗生活垃圾分类的管理。方法运用便利抽样的方法对11所医学院校的235位临床护生进行问卷调查,回收有效调查表228份,录入调查结果并进行统计分析。结果接受调查的临床护生对《通知》的认知处于中等水平,总分为6分,临床护生对《通知》的认知得分(3.65±0.24)分。临床护生对相关的培训有不同的需求。结论临床护生对《通知》了解程度不高,相关部门应加强培训,采用多途径提高护生对《通知》的认知程度

Pollution characteristics and potential ecological risk assessment of heavy metals in the surface sediments of Tong'an Bay,Fujian,China

对厦门同安湾表层沉积物7种重金属(Hg、Cd、Pb、AS、Cu、zn和Cr)、有机碳和硫化物含量进行了相关性分析和因子分析,并应用沉积物质量评价标准及潜在生态危害指数法对重金属的潜在生态风险进行了评价.结果表明:Cu、Pb、zn、Cd、Cr、Hg、AS含量范围和均值分别为6.49~46.20,16.95;6.68~46.90,23.93;45.4~162.0,87.4;0.028 9~0.402 0,0.147 6;8.50~33.20,15.95;0.013~0.117,0.047和1.5~6.8,4.8Mg/kg.除AS之外,各重金属含量之间有显著的相关性(相关系数为0.666~0.970),且与有机碳含量的相关系数较高(相关系数为0.674~0.980).重金属元素及有机碳与硫化物含量的相关系数较低.潜在生态风险评价显示:该海区沉积物中重金属生物毒性效应频繁发生的几率相对较小,生态危害程度也较低,尚属轻微生态危害.7种重金属潜在生物毒性风险大小依次为:Hg>Cd>Pb>AS>Cu>zn>Cr.Concentrations of heavy metals,organic carbon and sulfides in surface sediments of Tong'an Bay were examined using correlation analysis and factor analysis.The potential ecological risk of heavy metals in Tong'an Bay was also assessed based on sediment quality assessment guidelines and an index of potential ecological risk.The results indicated that concentration of Cu ranged from 6.49mg/kg to 46.20mg/kg(mean: 16.95mg/kg);Pb ranged from 6.68mg/kg to 46.90mg/kg(mean: 23.93mg/kg);Zn ranged from 45.4mg/kg to 162.0mg/kg(mean: 87.4mg/kg);Cd ranged from 0.028 9mg/kg to 0.402 0mg/kg(mean: 0.147 6mg/kg);Cr ranged from 8.50mg/kg to 33.20 mg/kg(mean: 15.95mg/kg);Hg ranged from 0.013mg/kg to 0.117mg/kg(mean: 0.047mg/kg) and As ranged from 1.5mg/kg to 6.8mg/kg(mean: 4.8mg/kg).High positive linear correlations occurred among concentrations of heavy metals(r=0.666 to 0.970) except for As.High positive correlations also occurred between heavy metals and organic carbon(r=0.674 to 0.980).Concentrations of these heavy metals posed a low potential ecological risk and had a low probability of being associated with adverse biological effects.The sequence in the degree of their potential ecological risks was:Hg>Cd>Pb>As>Cu>Zn>Cr.国家海洋局第三海洋研究所基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目(海三科2009062);福建省908专项资金资助项目(FJ908-02-02-02);集美大学科研基金资助项目(ZQ2007019

一种家庭用新型多姿态多运动形式手臂关节训练器械的设计

针对中国老龄化速度进一步加快，老年人由于缺乏有效的锻炼，肩、肘、腕关节经常会出现酸、疼、痛等现象，研制了一种家庭用新型多姿态多运动形式手臂关节训练器械。通过理论设计计算，并基于NX对无急回四杆机构进行了正向运动学分析比较，确定了3组杆长参数（分别对应2种姿态、3种不同运动形式、9种不同运动参数）作为设计方案；根据设计方案对手臂关节训练器械进行了力平衡、载荷变化分析；根据理论设计计算及NX虚拟样机动态仿真分析数据，试制并测试了训练器械物理样机的性能。结果表明，训练器械安全、可靠、舒适，人体肩、肘、腕和腰关节都能得到较好的训练
