W Anhui Univ, Dept Chem, Luan 237012, Peoples R China 电子邮件地址: [email protected] coordination polymers [Zn4(H2O)(ip)4(py)6]n1, {[Zn2(hip)2(py)4]2·(py)}n2, [Zn(tbip)(py)2]n3 and [Mn(tbip)(py)2]n4 (H2ip = isophthalic acid, H2hip = 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, H2tbip = 5-tert-butylisophthalic acid, py = pyridine), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized. The photoluminescent properties of 1–3 have also been investigated. For 1–3, as substituents change from H, OH to tert-butyl, the coordination numbers of Zn2+ ions decrease, and the dimensionalities of the structures of 1–3 decrease from 2D (4,4) net, 1D double stranded chain to 1D chain. For 3 and 4, as Mn2+ tends to have a higher coordination number as compared to Zn2+, the structure of 4 is a 2D (4,4) net while the structure of 3 is a 1D chain. The substituents on isophthalic acid influence the coordination environments of metal ions and the coordination modes of the carboxyls, and thus determine the structures of the coordination polymers.     Determination of Trace Metal Elements in Crude Oils by Microwave Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry Assisted with Organic Solvent

    李景喜( 1980 - ) ,男,山东临沂市人,研究实习员,从事分析化学研究。E-mail: jxli@fio.org. cn。[中文摘要]建立了二氯甲烷溶剂辅助微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定原油中V、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mo、Co、Pb等16种微量金属元素。研究表明,用CH2Cl2分散原油样品,以浓HNO3-H2O2为消解体系,采用CEM微波消解系统消解样品,各元素线性关系良好,相关系数≥0.9995;检出限可达ng/L;方法精密度较高,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)<5.0%;回收率为92%~110%。以w(Ni)/w(V)与w(Fe)/w(V)比值为变量参数对不同原油样品进行聚类分析,表明国内与国外不同地区原油样品中各金属元素含量差异较大。[英文文摘]A method for determination of V,Cr,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Mo Co,Pb,etc in different crude oils was established by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry assisted with organic solvent microwave digestion.The oil sample was digested by microwave using HNO3-H2O2 as oxidant after dispersing in organic solvent(CH2Cl2).The results showed that the detection limits of the method reached ng/L level for sixteen elements.The linear correlation of the method was preferable with the correlation coefficient of better than 0.9995.     利用自组装技术及氨基与羧基之间的酰胺化反应,成功地在单晶硅表面制备了3-氨基丙基-三乙氧基硅烷(APS)和硬脂酸(STA)的自组装双层膜。双层膜表面水接触角约98°,APS单层膜厚约0.5nm,STA单层膜厚约1.7nm。摩擦、磨损性能测试结果表明,STA-APS双层膜具有优异的摩擦特性,摩擦系数约0.06-0.08,在0.5N的载荷下,其抗磨寿命大于10000次;在1N的载荷下,其抗磨寿命也可达到6800多次,有望用作微型机械的润滑和防护材料

    中国新疆与俄罗斯西西伯利亚地区地理位置毗连,广泛开展双方的地区间经济合作,不仅有利于促进中俄共同繁荣与发展,而且有利于巩固本地区乃至中亚的安全与稳定。本文首先按照跨境区域合作的空间范围、一体化程度和合作方性质对目前国际上几种主要的区域合作模式进行了归纳总结。新疆和俄罗斯西西伯利亚地区均远离各自国家的经济和政治中心,属于较为落后的内陆地区,且在政治制度、经济体制和产业结构上具有较大的差异性,经济互补性强。基于此,双方的合作不宜采取以国家为合作主体、涉及主权让渡和较强排他性的一体化模式,而应采取灵活的、开放性的和以项目合作为主要内容的次区域合作方式。当前主要的次区域合作模式有以国家政府推动的"新加坡-印尼-马来西亚"增长三角和地方政府推动的"珠-港-澳"次区域合作、国际和地区组织推动的大湄公河、图们江次区域合作。其次,通过考察和分析,认为具有独特地域经济特点的新-西区域合作应以国家和地方政府、国际和地区组织共同推动,并充分考虑本地差异性较强的实际,采取跨境旅游休闲型经济特区、境外经济合作区、科技园区等多样化的发展方式,确立相应的合作领域与合作机制,促进新-西地区社会经济发展
