    本发明涉及一种糖肽特异性富集的磁性氧化石墨烯纳米银复合材料制备。根据氧化石墨烯和氨基四氧化三铁之间共价反应,制备磁性氧化石墨烯。磁性氧化石墨烯作为载体,聚乙烯亚胺作为还原剂和稳定剂,在其表面原位生成和固定纳米银颗粒。磁性氧化石墨烯纳米银复合材料作为亲水固定相用于糖肽特异性富集。在该方法中,磁性氧化石墨烯纳米银复合材料成功用于糖肽亲水富集。该发明在蛋白质组学有较好的应用前景和实用价值
