    养正消积胶囊辅助GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

    目的观察养正消积胶囊辅助GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将89例晚期NSCLC患者分为对照组44例及观察组45例。2组均采用GP方案;观察组并予养正消积胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次,口服。2组均21d为1个周期,连续治疗2个周期,随访1年。观察2组治疗前后Ki67、Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达及肿瘤标志物[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)]、中医症状评分、生活质量评分,比较2组客观缓解率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR)、无进展生存时间(PFS),监测不良反应。结果观察组ORR、DCR明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,观察组治疗后、随访1年VEGF、OPN、CEA、CA199水平明显降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗后上述指标明显降低(P<0.05),随访1年CEA水平明显降低(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后Ki67、Bcl-2蛋白表达明显降低,Bax蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,观察组Ki67、Bcl-2蛋白表达低于对照组(P<0.05),Bax蛋白表达高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后中医症状评分(神疲乏力、胃纳少馨、腰膝无力、夜尿频多、头晕目眩)、生活质量评分(躯体功能、认知功能、社会功能、情绪功能)明显改善(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,观察组上述评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组PFS明显长于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊辅助GP方案治疗晚期NSCLC可有效降低患者肿瘤标志物水平,改善生存质量,减少吉西他滨和顺铂的不良反应,提高疗效。福建省卫生厅中医药科研专项课题(wst201210

    [[abstract]]Implementation of High Scope Science and Technology Education in Disadvantaged and Rural High Schools: The ELOB Approach This research focuses on the education of new energy in high school using ELOB as the spirit of curriculum and teaching design. ELOB curriculum focuses on 3 Rs: rigorous, relevance, and relationship. Such program has been proved to raise the academic accomplishments of disadvantaged students in the U.S. and other countries. With the help of Outward Bound Taiwan, who has introduced ELOB to Taiwan via international conference, workshop and curriculum experiment, the participation of the Center for Educational Research and Evaluation at National Taiwan Normal University, who specialized in educational research, evaluation, and the education of disadvantaged students, the experts from High Scope Team, who develop high scope curriculum, and Jin-shan High school, we wish to introduce high scope curriculum to rural and disadvantaged high school students. The goal is to close the gap in science literacy between urban and rural areas as well as advantaged and disadvantaged students. Experiences from this research will be discussed and transferred to other rural and disadvantaged high schools.

    [[abstract]]In response to the needs of the nation and the expectations of the public, the government has announced to launch “12-Year Universal Education” in 2014. Up to now, the reform of high school entrance exams has been over-emphasized, but the planning of new curriculum, which is the key to the success of this new policy, has been overlooked. Since “12-Year Universal Education” is based on “Grades 1-9 Curriculum,” it is necessary to examine the problems caused by “curriculum integration” of the old policy. Also, the role and the function of vocational education should be reconsidered in terms of “curriculum integration,” in order for the individual career development of all students. After exploring the renowned philosopher John Dewey’s theory of “curriculum integration” and his insights into vocational education, this study will give some advice to both “Grades 1-9 Curriculum” and “12-Year Universal Education.”

    采用分步浸渍法制备了NiO/α-Al2O3、NiO—CuO/α-Al2O3和NiO-La2O3/α-Al2O3三种催化剂,运用程序升温表面反应(TPSR)技术考察了助剂CuO和La2O3对NiO/α-Al2O3甲烷催化部分氧化(CPOM)反应引发过程的影响。结果表明,无论是否经过预还原处理,NiO/α-Al2O3催化剂在CH4/O2混合气氛下进行程序升温表面反应(CH4/O2-TPSR)时,即使升高到910oC也不能引发CPOM反应。添加助剂CuO或La2O3后,NiO—CuO/α-Al2O3和NiO—La2O3/α-Al2O3催化剂在CH4/O2-TPSR过程中均可以引发CPOM反应。原因分别是CuO促进了CH4对NiO的还原以及抑制了O2对Ni^0的再氧化,La2O3减小了Ni晶粒粒径和还原时扩散阻力促进NiO的还原
