    摘要 本文主要讨论了通过群的同构分类的观点系统给出了低阶(31阶以下)群的特征标表。为了解决这一问题,本文引用一个主要定理(文献1),通过这个定理解决了24阶群的所有同构分类情况, 构造低阶群的特征标表工作是一个专业性很强的课题,很多参考书没有具体讨论。本文具体地分析了群的结构,第二章,我们证明一些有关群同构理论和特征标的理论。第三章,我们主要探讨低阶群的同构关系。第四章,我们利用低阶群的同构关系构造其相应的特征标表。 关键词:生成关系;同构;特征标Abstract In this thesis,we study the character tables of finite groups of lower orders (less than 31 orders ). We construct the character tables by isomrophisc classifications of finite groups. We use a primary theorem (literature 1) in order to solve all isomorphic sorts the 24 orders group.     Studies of the Mg-Al and Cation-Incorporated Hydrotalcites

    研究了掺杂阳离子水滑石的制备及阳离子对水滑石性质的影响.分别制备了掺杂Zn2+、Ni2+、Fe3+型的水滑石,考察了掺杂阳离子对水滑石晶相结构、层间距、层间阴离子含量、水滑石表面形态、水滑石碱性的影响,结果表明,由于阳离子的引入,导致水滑石层间距减小及层间阴离子结合量降低,且使水滑石培烧产物电负性提高,并最终降低其碱性.以上述水滑石培烧产物作为固体碱催化剂促进苯甲醛和丙醛缩合,合成α-甲基肉桂醛,关联了水滑石培烧产物碱性与反应活性的关系.Mg-Al and cation-incorporated(containing Zn2+?Ni2+?Fe3+) hydrotalcites were synthesized and characterized. A detailed comparative analysis of structure and composition was made. Different cations influenced strongly textural parameters of hydrotalcites and the basicity of the obtained Mg-Al oxides after calcinations. With the cation incorporation, the distance of the brucite and the mount of CO2-3 as the compensating anion changed. Meanwhile the CO2-TPD was used to determine the basicity of the samples. The results showed that the basicity of the calcined hydrotalcites reduced. Finally, the activated hydrotalcite catalysts may efficiently replace homogeneous catalysts in Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction of the benzaldehyde and propanal. And it was noteworthy that the calcined cation-type(containing Zn2+?Fe3+) hydrotalcites as catalysts did not show significant activity, in agreement with their low basicity.国家自然科学基金(20203014)资助项

    Development of a quantitative ELISA detection method for Coxsackievirus A group 16 strain(CA16) antigen

    目的:建立柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CA16)抗原的双抗体夹心ElISA定量检测方法,用于CA16灭活疫苗的研发和生产过程的抗原定量检测。方法:以CA16中和单抗T26H12为包被抗体、nA14b9为标酶抗体,构建定量检测CA16抗原的双抗体夹心ElISA方法,并对方法的特异性、灵敏度、精密度、准确性、线性和稳定性进行分析。结果:建立了双抗体夹心定量检测CA16抗原的ElISA方法。方法的线性相关系数r2=0.998,线性范围为8~128 ng/Ml,定量限度为8 ng/Ml;变异系数CV80%;与CA16以外的其他样本没有交叉反应。结论:构建的CA16抗原ElISA定量检测方法的各项性能符合定量检测需要,可用于CA16疫苗的研发和生产过程的抗原活性的定量检测。Objective:To develop an a quantitative enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Q-ELISA) to determine the concentration of Coxsackievirus A Group 16 Strain(CA16) antigen.This method was used to determine CA16 antigen content at each stage of CA16 vaccine developing and manufacturing process.Methods:A double antibody sandwich Q-ELISA was developed to determine concentration of CA16 antigen,which was based on the high-affinity neutralizing monoclonal antibodies T26H12 as capture antibodies,and NA14B9 as HRP-labeled antibody.The performance of reagent were evaluated.Results:The Q-ELISA for CA16 antigen content was successfully developed.The reagent had good performance.The quantitation scope was 8-128 ng/ml,the coefficient correlation was 0.998,the limit of detection was 8 ng/ml,the recovery was between 87% and 113.8%.The stability was up to 80% after reagent was heated for 6 days at 37℃.The variation coefficient was lower than 15%,and thereagent was no reaction with other sample except CA16 antigen.Conclusion:The Q-ELISA for CA16 antigen was developed with good specificity,accuracy,precision and stability.The method can be used to determine CA16 antigen content during development and production of CA16 vaccine

    本发明公开一种支化结构型聚氟磺酰亚胺阴离子锂盐及其合成方法与应用。此聚合物为具有星形与树形结构的聚阴离子锂盐聚合物,其分子结构如式(Ⅰ)所示,此结构的构建方法,是选择不同多酚类或多元醇类为底物,将含氟单体与底物在缚酸剂作用下缩合反应,再通过锂盐进行锂离子交换得到目标分子。与一维直链的含氟烷基磺酰亚胺结构聚合物相比,本发明的支化结构聚合物具有更好的电导率,并且与高电化学活性的正负极材料有良好的相容性,高锂离子迁移数(t+>0.9),以及高电化学窗口(>6V),并有良好的充放电性能与寿命

    Image Region Cloning Authentication Algorithm Based on Local Invariant Feature and Outlier Detection

    针对数字图像出现的区域克隆安全问题,提出基于局部不变特征及离群检测技术的数字图像区域克隆认证算法。该算法首先通过高斯差分算子检测图像尺度空间中具有局部不变特征的特征点;接着,基于欧氏距离相似性度量和最近邻距离比率匹配策略,通过局部不变特征匹配检测图像区域克隆;最后,通过离群检测验证匹配结果。实验表明,该算法不但对图像区域克隆具有很好的检测效果,而且能有效抵御各种后处理篡改攻击。此外,与现有算法相比,本算法具有较高的计算效率。In order to deal with the security problem of image region cloning,this paper proposed a image region cloning authentication algorithm based on local invariant feature and outlier detection.Firstly,this algorithm detects the point with local invariant feature in the scale space of image by DoG function.Secondly,this algorithm detects the image region cloning by means of local invariant feature match through the similarity measurement of euclidean distance and match policy of nearest neighbor distance ratio.Finally,the algorithm verifies the match results by means of outlier detection.The test results show the algorithm not only can detect the cloned region of image correctly,but also can prevent the different attacks of cloned image efficiently.Besides,the detection speed of cloned image is higher compared with other methods.福建省物联网云计算平台建设项目(2013H2002); 泉州市科技计划项目(2012Z83); 华侨大学教师科研启动基金(12Y0357)资
