    1980年代中期兴起的以Romer和Lucas等为代表的新经济增长理论,突破了新古典增长理论的研究局限,将知识视为经济系统的内生变量,强调了知识在经济增长中的作用,把知识增长(或技术进步)看作是长期经济增长的真正动因,同时把R&D的投入看作是知识增长的核心因素,而R&D的投入又是追求利润(垄断利润)最大化的厂商有目的的投资行为所导致的,从而把经济增长的因素内生化

    The Nonlinear Research of the Inflation of China's Impact on Economic Growth

    通货膨胀是影响经济增长的重要因素,以往的研究都是建立在线性或门槛回归模型基础上的。本文则采用面板平滑转换回归模型,对这二者之间的关系进行重新检验。通过检验发现通货膨胀对经济增长的线性假设明显被拒绝,平滑转换模型较好地刻画了这二者之间的关系。研究发现通货膨胀的门槛值为14.9%,随着这个值的逐渐降低,对经济增长的作用逐渐增大;高于14.9%时,随着通货膨胀的继续上升,对经济增长的作用逐渐减小,甚至为负,非对称性明显存在。对边际效应的分析表明,各省的通货膨胀对经济增长的系数明显不一样,异质性明显,通货膨胀在不发达省份对经济增长的效应大于发达省份。检验的结果还表明投资对经济增长的贡献最大,其次是对外贸易水平,政府消费和人口自然增长率对经济增长影响为负,且比较稳健。Inflation is an important factor affecting economic growth.Previous studies are built on the basis of linear or threshold regression model.In this paper,panel smooth transition regression model is used to re-test the relationship between them.Through the test we find that the assumption of linearity of inflation on economic growth is significantly rejected,and the smooth transition model better characterizes the relationship between them.The study finds that the threshold value of the inflation is 14.9%.As this value decreased gradually,its effects on economic growth increase gradually; when the threshold value is higher than 14.9%,as inflation continues to increase,its effects decrease gradually,even negative,asymmetry exists evidently.The analysis of marginal effect shows that the coefficient of inflation on economic growth is obviously not the same for each province with obvious heterogeneity,the effect of inflation on economic growth in underdeveloped provinces is greater than that in developed provinces.The test results show that the contribution of investment to economic growth is the greatest, followed by the level of foreign trade; government consumption and the natural population growth rate have negative impacts on economic growth,which is more robust

    Innovation Efficiency and Convergence Research on China's Provincial Industrial Enterprises

    本文运用基于dEA的MAlMQuIST指数方法测度了2002-2009年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)大中型企业的创新技术效率、技术进步指数及MAlMQuIST指数,发现省际大中型企业普遍存在创新技术无效率,技术效率指数年均下降0.2%,而技术进步指数与全要素生产率指数年均增长率分别为0.8%和0.6%。分地区的大中型企业创新全要素生产率的增长也主要是来自于技术进步指数增长;地区大中型企业MAlMQuIST指数东部最高,中部地区次之,西部地区最低;省际大中型企业生产率的收敛分析均表现出收敛和“俱乐部收敛“趋势.This paper estimated the innovation efficiency,technological progress index and Malmquist index of China's large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of 30 provinces with the data from 2002 to 2009.The result show that innovation and technical inefficiency was widespread,technical efficiency index decreased 0.2%average annual,technical progress index and TFP index respectively increased 0.8% and 0.6%average annual.The growth of innovation TFP was also mainly from the increasing technical progress index in different regions.Malmquist index of China's large and medium enterprises was highest in eastern regions and lowest in western regions.This paper empirically reveals that there has appeared a trend of both club convergence and convergence.教育部人文社会科学研究项目(11YJC630107); 安徽财经大学重点科研项目(ACKYQ1010ZD

    Management System of Instruments and Equipment Based on Server Terminal Monitoring

    针对高校实验室科研仪器存在的种类繁多、使用人员流动性大、仪器地点分散等情况,设计了一个采用C/S架构的仪器监控管理系统。系统终端采用ArM架构的嵌入式处理器,通过霍尔电流传感器检测其所监控的仪器的电流变化情况,将仪器状态、使用人的卡号以及非法操作的报警照片实时地通过网络发送给服务器,同时应用网络数据库技术设计了实验室监控仪器网上查询列表,实现了可在网页直接地查询当前各个房间的仪器使用情况、任何时间段的使用记录信息和所有时间段的报警记录照片以及实验室仪器的预约。This paper designs an equipment monitoring and control system which is using C / S structure for better management.The terminal system is based on the embedded processor with ARM architecture.The client monitors the electric current by Hall current sensor,then send the state of the instrument,the user's card number and the warning pictures to the server through the network in real time,and use the network database technology to design an online query list for the instruments which are monitored,can visually check the equipments usage in each room,the use record information in any time period and the warning pictures of all time online,can also make an appointment with instruments on the Internet.厦门大学基础创新科研基金本科生项目(CXB2013023);一种非接触、具备学习机制的远程仪器实时监控方法研

    针对学校等大型科研平台拥有的精密器材种类繁多、安置位置分散、操作流程特异、操作人员流动性大的现象,基于监测的思想设计了此仪器管理系统,旨在督促实验人员按稳妥的使用流程操作仪器,并为器材的更迭维修提供参考。系统分为终端、服务端两部分,终端通过检测电流来判断仪器状态,使用者使用需用有效IC卡辨别身份,终端相应给予声光提示,并且拍照留据。相应的状态情况可以通过网络传输到服务器,例如使用者有效卡号、报警照片等且客户端可以从服务端获取人员信息更新等资料。通过对本工程中心内部分仪器的监管测试表明,较好的提高了操作人员使用素质,提高了仪器管理水平。In college laboratory there are many different kinds of scientific instruments with the problems of high mobility of using personnel,being scattered and so on.This paper designs this management system based on the principle of monitoring,aiming to urge the user to operate the instrument according to proper procedures.The system is divided into client and server two parts.The terminal system discriminates instrument status by detecting current,users need effective IC card,the system corresponding to give sound and light tips,and photos to stay.The corresponding information is sent to the server,such as card number,photo,switch machine time,and the client can access to personnel information updates from the server.福建省科技重大专项(2012Y4011)新型荧光定量侧向流纸条自动化检测仪的研
