本文主要研究加入世界贸易组织后，外资银行监管领域所面临的问题困难及其解决措施。2001年底我国加入世界贸易组织，外资银行监管遭遇前所未有的挑战：（一）2006年后银行市场全面开放，外资银行将获得国民待遇，外资银行在中国金融市场加速发展，银行业竞争加剧，中国金融业的系统性风险及金融系统的不稳定性增大；（二）巴塞尔协议在全球范围内被广泛接受，按照巴塞尔协议及国际惯例要求来监管外资银行是对外资银行监管提出的新要求；而入世前我国的监管体制、水平、手段、方式都很落后，存在许多重大缺陷，且与国际监管惯例有许多差距甚至相背离，尽管入世后监管当局已经采取了诸多有效措施来解决这些问题，但目前监管中仍存在许多问题...This text mainly studies main problems that still existent at present and solutions to them in supervision of foreign banks along with China’s entry into the WTO.
