Proteomics and Expression of Immunity Related Genes Research in Fujian Oyster Under the Stress of Iron Salt and Vibrio Parahemolyticus

牡蛎隶属于软体动物门（Mollusca）、双壳纲（Bivalvia）珍珠贝目（Pterio）。牡蛎具有很高的食用价值，现已成为中国乃至世界养殖产量最大的经济贝类。然而牡蛎养殖业面临着种种威胁，其中包括了病原体的感染。 铁是脊椎动物血红蛋白的重要组成成分，对机体免疫机制也具有重要作用。但铁对无脊椎动物免疫系统的影响鲜有研究。本论文以福建牡蛎为实验物种，以牡蛎的血淋巴和鳃为实验材料，选择铁盐为胁迫方法和诸多分析技术研究铁盐对牡蛎血淋巴和鳃产生的的影响。 本文采用3mg/L的铁盐胁迫牡蛎96小时，之后用副溶血弧菌对牡蛎进行攻毒。经过计数，经过铁盐胁迫的牡蛎死亡率明显小于对照组。这种现象初步说明铁...Oyster belongs to Mollusca,Bivalvia,and Pterio.
