Uncertainty in vision based diameter measurement of mini milling cutter
建立了基于机器视觉的测量系统,实现了微型铣刀外径的在线测量,并对测量不确定度进行了分析。测量系统由背光源、夹头与旋转平台、旋转编码器、摄像机和相应的测量软件组成。系统运行时,铣刀匀速旋转,由旋转编码器触发相机对其进行采样拍照并完成测量。从照明光源平行性、摄像机的镜头畸变与CCd噪声、调焦效果、待测物体表面几何特性、算法设计5个方面分析了测量结果不确定度来源及其影响。实验表明,当系统采样率不足时,对于铣刀外径测量不确定度影响最大的是待测物体表面几何特性;在采样率足够大的情况下,外径测量不确定度主要由光源平行性确定。本文系统采样率为33frAME/CIrClE,系统测量不确定度为4μM,可满足生产要求。A machine vision system is proposed to measure the diameter of a mini milling cutter on line,and the measurement uncertainty is analyzed in this paper.The system consists of a back-light source,a rotate stage,a rotary encoder,a camera and corresponding software.While the milling cutter rotates,the camera is triggered by the rotary encoder and a series of images are captured.The sources of uncertainty and their effects are analyzed,including the parallelism of the light source,lens distortion,CCD noise,focusing situation,the geometric properties of tested objects and the algorithm design.According to results of experiments,the uncertainty mainly depends on the geometric property of the tested object when sampling rate is not enough,otherwise,it is mainly relative to the parallelism of the light source.In the experiment performed,the system uncertainty is 4 μm with a sampling rate of 33 frame/circle,both accuracy and efficiency meet the requirement of manufacturing.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(No.2011J01361
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE ESCAPED RADON GAS FROM THE HIGH TEMPERATURE TERMAL WELL
本文通过在漳州龙师1-#井开展的逸出气氡观测实验研究,认为逸出气氡作为新的地震前兆观测项目是可行的,可以进行平行样观测,同时可得到rn_气/rn_水比值,作为研究地下流体前兆的一个新的参数。并对应用电离法测量逸出气氡的连续自记观测技术进行了预研究试验。In this paper the authors propose that it is practical to apply the escaped Radon gas as a new observational item of seismic precursors by means of the experimental study on the escaped Radon gas From Longshi #1 well in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province.Authors have conducted the observation of parallel samples and obtained the ratio of Radon (gas) to Radon (water), which can be used as a new parameter to study the precursor of ground liquids.The authors also studied the continuous selF-recording technique by using the ionization method to measure the Radon gas

集体林权制度改革对四川岷山山系大熊猫栖息地的影响与对策
四川北部的岷山山系是中国野生大熊猫最主要的活动区域。调查表明,四川岷山山系12个县市有森林面积21 659.6 km2,其中集体林面积10 500 km2;大熊猫栖息地总面积851 824.0 hm2,建有22个保护区,共有528 888 hm2的大熊猫栖息地和400只野生大熊猫在保护区内得到了有效保护;集体林大熊猫栖息地面积达190 064.6 hm2,占大熊猫栖息地的22.31%。集体林权制度改革加大了对大熊猫及其栖息地保护的难度。本文提出了要尽快制定《大熊猫保护法》;协调好跨区域大熊猫栖息地的保护;制定相关政策,采取置换、赎买、移民搬迁等方式,保护大熊猫及其栖息地;要落实相关政策,实施生态补偿;要发动社会力量采取建立保护小区、协议保护等参与大熊猫的保护;林下开发利用要避开大熊猫发情和孕育期,达到既有效保护大熊猫,又使林农生产生活得到可持续发展
