    肾移植患者伏立康唑与他克莫司药物相互作用的病例分析

    目的探讨他克莫司(TAC)和伏立康唑(VRC)相互作用的机制,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法观察分析1例服用TAC的肾移植术后随访患者,在应用VRC治疗肺部真菌感染前后,TAC体内药物浓度的变化。结果联合用药前,TAC平均谷浓度C0为4.95ng·m L-1(4.3~6.0 ng·m L-1),平均C0/D为2.475 ng/(mg·m L)(2.15~3.0 ng/(mg·m L)),合用VRC后,C0为27.0ng·m L-1,C0/D为13.5 ng/(mg·m L),比未用VRC之前C0/D升高了445.5%。结论长期服用TAC的肾移植术后患者在应用VRC治疗肺部真菌感染时,应综合考虑患者遗传因素(CYP2C19和CYP3A5基因多态等)和非遗传因素,个体化给药。二者相互作用的机制是:VRC抑制肝脏CYP3A4/CYP3A5酶,使TAC的药物浓度显著升高;CYP2C19和CYP3A5基因多态在TAC与VRC相互作用中起了重要作用

    七种捕食性鱼类对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹捕食风险的评估

    分别以鲤、鳜、斑点叉尾、黄颡鱼、瓦氏黄颡鱼、大口鲇和乌鳢作为捕食者,以中华绒螯蟹幼蟹作为猎物,在室内水泥池(2.4 m3)进行捕食试验。以日捕获率和日摄食率为指标,评估这些鱼类对幼蟹的捕食作用和危害程度,为提高湖泊幼蟹放流效果、建立蟹—鱼复合的优质高效养殖模式提供科学依据。在幼蟹完全暴露的条件下,经过多次(至少9次)重复的试验(短期1d和长期7d),鳜对不同大小的硬壳和软壳(刚蜕壳的)幼蟹没有任何捕食作用;黄颡鱼对硬壳和软壳幼蟹也没有捕食作用,但还需做进一步观察;虽然鲤、瓦氏黄颡鱼对硬壳蟹的捕获率低,但对软壳的幼蟹有较大的危害性,对幼蟹的日摄食率分别为0.070%、0.012%;大口鲇、斑点叉尾、乌鳢对幼蟹具有较强的捕食能力,对幼蟹的日摄食率分别为0.122%、0.188%和0.284%。根据这些研究结果,可以建议:(1)在池塘和湖泊河蟹养殖中,完全可以将鳜作为套养或混养对象,以期提高养殖效益;(2)在河蟹放养的湖泊,需要抑制乌鳢和大口鲇种群,适当减少鲤和瓦氏黄颡鱼丰度,以期减少这些鱼类的捕食作用,提高幼蟹存活率;(3)在河蟹养殖池塘,不能放养乌鳢、大口鲇、斑点叉尾、瓦氏黄颡鱼和鲤

    碳纳米管作为低碳醇合成CoMo-基催化剂的高效促进剂

    用自行制备的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)作为促进剂,制备一类共沉淀型MWCNTs促进Co-Mo-K氧化物基催化剂.实验发现,该类催化剂对CO加氢生成低碳醇显示出高的转化活性和生成C2~9-醇(尤其辛醇)优良的选择性;在所制备的Co1Mo1K0.05-12%MWCNTs催化剂上,5.0 MPa、563 K、V(H2)/V(CO)/V(N2)=60/30/10、GHSV=8 000 mLSTP.h-1.g-cat.-1的反应条件下,C1~9-醇和DME的时空产率合计达308 mg.h-1.g-cat.-1,是相同反应条件下不含碳纳米管的对应物(Co1Mo1K0.05)上这个值(199 mg.h-1.g-cat.-1)的1.54倍;水煤气变换副反应明显地受到抑制;产物碳链偏离Schulz-Flory分布律;在总醇醚产物中,C2~9-醇+DME的质量百分数合计约占95%,展示其作为油品添加剂或代用合成燃料的潜在应用前景

    Ni修饰碳纳米管促进合成气高效制甲醇Cu基催化剂研究

    利用化学还原沉积法 ,制备一类Ni高度分散 /修饰的多壁碳纳米管基新型材料y %Ni/MWCNT(y %为质量百分数 ) ,并用其作为促进剂 ,制备共沉淀型y %Ni/MWCNT促进的合成气高效合成甲醇Cu ZnO Al2 O3 催化剂 ,Cu6Zn3 Al1 x %(y %Ni/MWCNT) (x %为质量百分数 ) .实验发现 ,Ni对MWCNT的预修饰能明显地提高单纯MWCNT促进的Cu ZnO Al2 O3 催化剂对合成气转化为甲醇的催化活性 .在 2 0MPa ,493K ,V(H2 )∶V(CO)∶V(CO2 )∶V(N2 ) =62∶3 0∶5∶3 ,GHSV =2 70 0mL(STP)·h-1·(g cat .) -1的反应条件下 ,所观测CO转化率达 3 4% ,相应甲醇时空产率为 44 2mg·h-1·(g cat .) -1,分别是非促进的基质催化剂Cu6Zn3 Al1[最佳操作温度 5 13K时为 3 2 0mg·h-1·(g cat.) -1]和单纯MWCNT促进的催化剂Cu6Zn3 Al1 12 5 %MWCNT [最佳操作温度 5 0 3K时为 3 78mg·h-1·(g cat.) -1]的 1 3 8和 1 17倍 .在反应温度≤ 5 0 3K时产物中甲醇的选择性≥ 98% ;当反应温度 >5 0 3K时有可观量CH4的生成 ,其选择性随催化剂中Ni含量及反应温度上升而增加 .为兼获较高的CO转化率及相应甲醇选择性 ,催化剂的组成以Cu6Zn3 Al1 12 5 % ( 8%Ni/MWCNT)为佳 ,反应温度以~ 493K为宜 .结合催化体系的表征 (XRD ,TPR ,TPD)等结果 ,讨论了y %Ni/

    CFD analysis of thermodynamic cycles in a pulse tube refrigerator

    The objectives of this paper are to study the thermodynamic cycles in an inertance tube pulse tube refrigerator (ITPTR) by means of CFD method The simulation results show that gas parcels working in different parts of ITPTR undergo different thermodynamic cycles The net effects of those thermodynamic cycles are pumping heat from the low temperature part to the high temperature part of the system The simulation results also show that under different frequencies of piston movement the gas parcels working in the same part of the system will undergo the same type of thermodynamic cycles The simulated thermal cycles are compared with those thermodynamic analysis results from a reference Comparisons show that both CFD simulations and theoretical analysis predict the same type of thermal cycles at the same location However only CFD simulation can give the quantitative results while the thermodynamic analysis is still remaining in quality (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd All rights reserve

    Kinetics study on decolorization of Reactive Red KN-3B by Citrobacter sp. CK3

    采用脱色菌CITrObACTEr SP. Ck3,以活性红kn-3b染料为处理对象,在厌氧批式反应条件下,系统考察了PH值,温度和染料浓度对脱色反应速度的影响;通过动力学模拟及反应过程中染料的uV-VIS扫描图分析,探讨了脱色反应机理。结果表明:CITrObACTEr SP. Ck3对活性红kn-3b的脱色反应的适宜PH为7~9;脱色反应速度在温度为32℃时达到最大。染料初浓度从57 Mg/l逐渐增大到458 Mg/l时脱色率逐渐降低。脱色过程中染料的偶氮键发生断裂,脱色反应符合二级反应动力学。The kinetic modeling and mechanism with which Citrobacter sp.CK3 removed the textile dye,C.I.Reactive Red 180,from aqueous solution was investigated using different parameters,such as initial dye concentration,pH and temperature.In anaerobic batch experiments,the decolorization efficiency decreased with increase in initial dye concentration.The high decolorization rate was observed at pH of 7~9 and temperature of 32℃.The decolorization followed a second order kinetic model.The UV-Vis spectra analysis revealed that the decolorization process was azo bond cleaved reaction.深圳市科技计划项目深港创新应用研发专题资助(08Lh-04);福建省科技计划项目资助(2009Y0048
