    一种实验用的甲壳类生物养殖装置,包括缸体,缸体由锥形底部和圆柱主体组成,锥形底部和圆柱主体之间用活动底板隔开,活动底板上设有多个过滤孔,所述活动底板上过圆心、沿竖直方向至少设有一块隔板,隔板上左右水平对称开有多排通孔,所述圆柱主体上部连接有进水管,进水管左右管壁上设有多个出水孔,圆柱主体下部外设有出水龙头。本实用新型提供的一种实验用的甲壳类生物养殖装置,通过在缸体内设置活动底板、隔板、进水管及出水龙头,一方面为甲壳类生物提供了一个良好的生活环境,另一方面由于该装置部分结构可拆卸,可同时为鱼类养殖实验所用,提高了实验装置的利用率和灵活性。</p

    传统集群网络(cluster area network,简称cLAN)的评测模型主要考虑了延迟、带宽、路由、拥塞、网络拓扑结构等因素.但这些因素是否足以描述实际应用程序在集群上的通信行为,或者对其在集群系统上的性能给出一个很好的预测呢?当对NAS Parallel Benchmark(2.4版本)在集群系统深腾1800(DeepComp 1800)上进行大量测试时发现,集群网络的通信性能可以被一种特殊的通信模式(LU模式)所严重影响.更深入的研究表明,这个影响LU模式的因素是独立于前面所述的如延迟、带宽、路由、拥塞、网络拓扑结构等因素的.因此有必要对集群网络的评测模型重新进行审视,并增加一个新的性能评测因子以反映这个新发现的现象.从研究结果来看,这个重新审视也将对集群系统上的并行算法设计以及实际大规模科学计算的应用程序性能的优化提供一些新的思路

    本文根据2012年11月发布的中国高性能计算机TOP100排行榜的数据,对国内高性能计算机的发展现状从总体性能、制造商、行业领域等方面进行了深入分析.我们发现,中国TOP100的平均Linpack性能与国际TOP500的平均Linpack性能的差距已经从原来的半年扩大到一年.在此基础上,根据十一届排行榜积累的性能数据和能够得到的其他公开历史数据,对未来几年中国大陆高性能计算机的发展趋势进行了分析预测.从预测可以看出,峰值为10 Petaflops的机器将在2012年到2013年间出现;累计Linpack性能将在2013年到2014年间达到100 Petaflops;峰值为100 Petaflops的机器将在2014年到2015年间出现;峰值达到Exaflops级的机器将在2017年到2018年间出现.国家863计划资助项目(2006AA01A105)In this paper, we first introduce the background of SAMSS China HPC TOP100 rank list. Then we give the total performance trend of China HPC TOP100 and TOP10 of 2012. Followed with this, the performance, manufacturer, and application area of 2012 China HPC TOP100 are analyzed in detail. We found out that the average Linpack performance gap between China TOP100 and TOP500 has increased from half year to one year around. Based on public available historical data and TOP100 supercomputers peak performance data from 1993 to 2012 in China mainland, we predict the future performance trend of China HPC TOP100. We found out that supercomputer with 10Petaflops peak performance will appear between 2012 and 2013, total Linpack performance of China HPC TOP100 rank list will be over 100Petaflops between 2013 and 2014, supercomputer with 100Petaflops peak performance will appear between 2014 and 2015 and supercomputer with Exaflops peak performance will appear between 2017 and 2018

    Mesoscale analysis of the suction stress characteristic curve for unsaturated granular materials

    There is still no theoretical framework accounting for linkage between seepage and deformation of unsaturated granular materials. Using a mesoscale liquid bridge model, we propose the first approach for deriving the suction stress characteristic curve (SSCC). Then, we verify the method by obtaining both the soil -water characteristic curve and SSCC for cubic and tetrahedral granular packing. The approach is further validated by generating the SSCCs of granular packings with different particle size distributions. On this basis, a new two -parameter model is suggested that satisfactorily predicts the SSCCs of various real granular materials. The nonlinear variation of strength versus suction is also properly described by a new formula for three kinds of soil. We believe that this SSCC model can help resolve solid -fluid coupling in seepage and deformation problems in unsaturated granular engineering.     performance analysis of npb benchmark on domestic tera-scale cluster systems

    对3个国产万亿次机群系统进行了NPB性能测试分析,重点研究大规模并行处理时(处理器数目达到上千个)的性能特点和趋势.分析了不同的处理器、互连网络等系统配置对NPB性能的影响,发现NPB的8个程序在3个万亿次机器上的性能特点和表现并不一致,表明国产高性能机群在设计上正在逐渐走出同质化的趋势,向多样化发展.进一步分析表明,目前NPB程序的可扩展性可以达到几百个处理器,但尚不能达到上千个处理器,NPB程序能发挥出的系统峰值的百分比仍然徘徊在10%左右,机群系统的并行可扩展性和应用程序对机器运算潜能的利用还需要进一步提高.对于处理器数目达到上千个的万亿次机群系统来说,对集合通信和细粒度通信能力的支持亟需提高
