Airflow simulation of IVF laboratory of reproductive center
生殖中心IVf实验室在试管婴儿培育中起到重要作用,对其室内空气流动数值模拟,为临床医生提供参考依据,本文利用n点风口动量模型,以简化描述利用计算流体动力学Cfd方法模拟室内空气流动时百叶、多孔板类送风口的入流边界条件,利用k-□紊流模型进行计算,数值模拟生殖中心IVf实验室空气流动。IVF laboratory of reproductive center plays an important role in cultivating of test tube baby.Indoor airflow of IVF laboratory is simulated to provide the reference basis for clinicians.N2-point momentum model is proposed to directly describe in let boundary conditions of indoor airflow simulation in computational fluid dynamics (CFD ) calculation.This paper have used the k- □ turbulence model for simulating indoor airflow of IVF laboratory
Prokaryotic community structures in biogas plants with swine manure
采集了中国不同地区的13个猪粪原料沼气工程系统的沼液,利用16S rrnA基因扩增子高通量测序技术研究了原核微生物群落组成及多样性。结果表明,fIrMICuTES是猪粪原料沼气工程系统中的主导微生物,其次为bACTErOIdETES、PrOTEObACTErIA和CHlOrOflEXI。在相似的温度条件下,铵态氮与磷酸盐的比例是影响猪粪原料沼气工程系统原核微生物群落结构及多样性的主要因素。较高的铵磷比会富集fIrMICuTES门的菌群,尤其是ClOSTrIdIuM SEnSu STrICTO属;而较低的铵磷比则有利于bACTErOIdETES和PrOTEObACTErIA。不同营养类型产甲烷菌对高浓度铵态氮耐受程度不同(氢营养型产甲烷菌>METHAnOSArCInA>METHAnOSAETA),影响着产甲烷菌群落组成。产甲烷菌和互营菌的群落组成是影响沼气发酵产气效率的重要生物因素,高比例的氢型产甲烷菌和丙酸互营菌更有利于提高产甲烷效率。Slurry samples from 13 industrial biogas plants using swine manure as raw substrate were collected from different regions in China.The prokaryotic community compositions were investigated using 16S rRNA amplicon high-throughput sequencing technique.The results showed that Firmicutes was the most abundant phylum in these biogas plants, followed by Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria and Chloroflexi.The ratio of ammonium to phosphate was the main factor affecting prokaryotic community structure and diversity for similar temperatures and substrates.A high ratio of ammonium to phosphate enriched Firmicutes, especially the genus Clostridium sensu stricto, while Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria preferred a low ratio.Ammonium influenced the compositions of methanogens since their tolerance degrees to ammonium were different(hydrogenotrophic methanoges > Methanosarcina > Methanosaeta).Community compositions of methanogens and syntrophs were the most important biotic factors affecting biogas production rate.Biogas production rate could be increased by increasing the abundances of hydrogenotrophic methanoges and syntrophic propionate-oxidizing bacteria.国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(2013CB733502); 国家自然科学基金项目(41301271;41271260)~

Options Available to the Leading Sports Industry Chain on the West Shore of the Straits
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过分析体育产业链上各关联产业之间的内在关联,并结合探讨体育主导产业的选择依据和选择基准,对海峡西岸体育产业链中的各环节进行分析比较,找出当前制约海峡西岸体育产业整体发展的"瓶颈"。结果表明:现阶段海峡西岸体育产业的发展应选择体育健身娱乐业和体育竞赛表演业作为海峡西岸的体育主导产业。To analyze and decide on the current sports industry chain on the west shore of the Straits in Fujian Province,this paper analyzes the interrelations of all the related industries on the sports industry chain and discusses the criteria for deciding on the leading industries.It further compares links of the industry chain and points out the bottleneck of overall development.The conclusion is that sports performance industry and sports fitness and entertainment industry should be decided on as guiding sports industries on the west shore of the Straits
光通信用10Gbit/s Transponder的设计

LiNbO3电光调制器的小信号功率测试法研究
阐述了小信号功率测试法测量LiNbO3电光调制器频率响应的原理,对传统的小信号功率测试法加以改进,在以网络分析仪(VNA)为主的常用扫频测试系统基础上建立起一套简单可靠的新型测试系统,实现了计算机控制自动测量。改进的测试方法考虑了测试系统中微波器件固有频响对测试结果的影响,并通过对器件进行校准加以消除。通过实验表明该方法的准确性
CeO_2修饰的Cu/AC催化丙三醇转化制乳酸的研究
采用等体积浸渍法制备CeO_2修饰的Cu/AC催化剂,利用N2物理吸附、X射线粉末衍射和H_2程序升温还原等表征手段对Cu基催化剂进行表征。结果表明,Cu基催化剂的主要活性组分为Cu纳米粒子;此外,CeO_2和Cu之间有着较强的相互作用。在N2气氛下,以KOH为碱性添加剂,考察了Cu基催化剂在丙三醇水相催化转化制乳酸反应中的催化性能。结果表明,以CeO_2修饰Cu/AC可显著提高催化剂的催化性能。同时考察了反应温度和反应时间对Cu-CeO_2/AC催化剂催化性能的影响。以Cu-CeO_2/AC-0.3为催化剂,在220℃下反应4h,丙三醇转化率为100%,乳酸选择性达85.7%
