    Microstructure and Structure of Sb-Se-based and Ge-Sb-Te-based Phase Change Optical Disc Recording Media

    按照配方熔炼制成Sb Se系和Ge Sb Te系合金 ,对其组织结构进行了观察测试。研究结果表明 ,制备的合金组织比较均匀 ,X射线衍射结果表明 ,Sb Se系合金 1#样品有Sb析出 ,2 #样品有Se析出 ,符合化学计量比的 3#样品全部形成Sb2 Se3共晶体。Ge Sb Te系合金 5#样品有Sb析出 ,而符合化学计量比的 4 #样品形成GeSb2 Te4 共晶体。Sb Se and Ge Sb Te series alloys were prepared by melting method according to the composition. Their microstructure and structure were investigated. The result showed that the microstructure of alloys was homogeneous. The X ray diffraction result showed that the Sb and the Se precipitated from the specimens 1 # and the specimens 2 # of Sb Se series alloy respectively, while the specimens 3 # in the stoichiometric compositions of Sb Se series alloys appeared the eutectic Sb 2Se 3 entirely. The Sb precipitated from the specimens 5 # of Ge Sb Te series alloys, while the specimens 4 # in the stoichiometric compositions of Ge Sb Te series alloys appeared the eutectic GeSb 2Te 4 entirely

    利用DSC对Sb Se系和Ge Sb Te系粉末热力学参数进行了研究 ,对于Sb Se系合金 ,仅在温度为 2 2 0℃左右时出现一个放热峰 ,而对于GeSb2 Te4 与GeSb4 Te4 合金 ,分别在 140℃及2 0 0℃左右各出现一个放热峰 ,加热速度不同放热峰出现温度略有差别By DSC,thermodynamic parameters of Sb Se based and Ge Sb Te based phase change optical disk recording media are studied.The results of DSC testing show that only one exothermal peak appears in the DSC curve for Sb Se based alloy.the corresponding temperature is about 220℃.However,two exothermal peaks appear in the DSC curve for alloys GeSb 2Te 4 and GeSb 4Te 4.The corresponding temperatures are 140℃ and 200℃ respectively,and there is a slight difference depending on the heating rate

    利用X射线衍射仪 ,分光光度计对Sb Se系和Ge Sb Te系相变光盘记录介质材料非晶态薄膜相变前后结构的变化 ,光学性能进行了系统的研究 ,X射线衍射分析表明 :SbSe非晶态薄膜退火后有Sb的析晶峰 ,SbSe2 有Se的析晶峰 ,符合化学计量比的Sb2 Se3 全部是Sb2 Se3 的共晶峰 .GeSb2 Te4 非晶态薄膜在热退火过仇逐首先形成fcc亚稳相 ,升高退火温度 ,Fcc相转变为稳定的hex相 ,GeSb4 Te4 非晶态薄膜退火后在发生上述变化的同时 ,还有Sb的析晶峰 .分光光度计测试表明 :Sb Se系非晶态的光稳定性很不理想 ,随着波长的改变 ,反射率变化太快 .对于Ge Sb Te系合金 ,在各种波段处 ,两种合金都有较大的反衬度 ,其非晶态的光稳定性也较理想 ,随着波长的改变 ,反射率变化不

    Measurement of Interfacial Porosity and Finite Element Analysis of Stress Distribution in Al_2O_3-Fiber-Reinforced Aluminium Alloy Composites

    利用挤压铸造法制备了 Al2 O3纤维增强 Al合金复合材料 ,对其界面孔隙率进行了测定 ,结合拉伸强度数据 ,讨论孔隙率对复合材料强度的影响 ;并通过有限元计算 ,分析了与拉伸轴平行、成 45°及与拉伸轴垂直的 3种纤维模型 ,得出纤维、基体、界面处应力分布。Al 2O 3 fiber reinforced aluminium alloy composites were prepared using squeeze cast method, and porosity of the composites was measured. The influence of the porosity on tensile strength of the composites is discussed. Three models of the composites (fiber being parallel, perpendicular and at an angle of 45° to tensile axis) are analyzed using finite element, and the stress distribution in fiber, matrix and at interface are discussed in detail.四川省应用基础研究重点项
