    Using of Wet Process to Remove of Heavy Metals from Waste Incineration Fly Ash

    以福建和湖北垃圾焚烧发电厂采集的飞灰为研究对象,比较了单独水洗、水洗结合酸洗等工艺对飞灰重金属的洗脱效果,考察了不同酸洗工艺条件下飞灰重金属浸出毒性的变化。结果表明:在水灰比为10时水洗效果最佳,水洗结合酸洗处理可有效降低飞灰重金属浸出毒性,部分飞灰经湿法脱除后可作为普通废物排放。Taking the fly ash samples obtained from Fujian and Hubei waste incineration plants as the research subjects,the effects of water washing and wash+acid washing for heavy metal extraction from fly ash were compared.The changes of leachimg toxicity of heavy metals from fly ash were investigated under different acid washing conditions.The results showed that the effect of water washing was best when the ratio of water to fly ash was 10 ∶ 1(L/kg).Water+acid washing process can effectively reduce the leachimg toxicity of heavy metals.Part of fly ash can be disposed as ordinary waste after treated by wetextraction process

    Performance of the fuel injector in supersonic combustor

    Enhancing the fuel-air mixing is critical for scramjet combustor performance. The performance of four different aerodynamic ramp injectors was reported in this paper. The experiments were conducted in a direct-connected scramjet test facility. The concentration profiles were obtained by gas sampling and chromatogram analysis. The pictures of the flow field were obtained by using laser scatter. It would be used to analyze the flow field generated by the aerodynamic ramp, then optimize the layout of the injectors.     慢性乙型肝炎患者外周单核细胞衍生的巨噬细胞的极化状态与HBV DNA的相关性及其动态变化

    目的为了研究慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者在核苷(酸)类(恩替卡韦(ETV)或替诺福韦(TDF))抗病毒治疗过程中外周单核细胞衍生的巨噬细胞 (MDMs) 的极化化状态的动态变化以及与HBV DNA、HBeAg的相关性。方法共纳入101例CHB患者和20名健康人的外周血标本。通过外周血单核细胞技术(PBMC)分离培养获得86例CHB患者和12例健康人的MDMs。采用流式细胞技术检测MDMs的特异性标志物(CD80,HLA-DR,CD163和CD206)的表达,从而评估MDMs的极化状态(即M1型/M2型极化状态)。通过qPCR检测15例CHB患者和8例健康对照中MDMs的炎症因子的mRNA水平表达。结果我们发现在CHB患者外周血中CD163+ CD206+MDMs(M2型MDMs)的比例较正常人群显著减少(P = 0.030)。同时,抑炎因子IL-10的mRNA水平表达也明显下降(P = 0.040)。随着核苷(酸)类似物抗病毒治疗的进展,CD163+ CD206+MDMs(M2型)的比例逐渐增加(P < 0.001),而CD80+HLA-DR+ MDMs(M1型)逐渐地降低(P = 0.005)。另外,M2型MDMs与HBeAg(P = 0.019),HBV DNA水平(P = 0.002),AST(P = 0.048)和ALT(P = 0.030)均呈负相关。ROC曲线分析表明M2型MDMs对CHB抗病毒治疗的病毒学应答率有一定的预测作用,可预测HBV DNA阴转率[ROC 95%CI为0.705(0.594,0.815)]和HBeAg的血清转化率[ROC 95%CI为0.740(0.634,0.847)]。结论CHB患者在核苷(酸)类抗病毒治疗过程中MDMs极化状态呈现规律动态变化,M2型MDMs与HBV DNA和HBeAg水平呈负相关,对CHB抗病毒治疗的病毒学应答率有一定预测作用

    Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification(LAMP) for Detection of Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris in Foods

    目的:利用环介导等温扩增技术建立食品中酸土环脂芽孢杆菌快速检测方法。方法:针对酸土环脂芽孢杆菌16S序列设计特异引物,再优选反应体系,用显色法检测实验结果。结果:该方法能够在63℃条件下1 H内检出食品中酸土环脂芽孢杆菌,所设计的引物有良好的特异性;灵敏度达6.7 Cfu/M l(弱阳性)。结论:该方法具有高效、特异性强和敏感性高等特点,可满足酸土环脂芽孢杆菌快速检测筛选的要求。Purpose: A loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) method was established for the detection of Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris in foods.Methods: After optimization of the reaction conditions of LAMP including the concentrations of primers, reaction time and amplification temperature, the LAMP method was developed, and its sensitivity and specificity were evaluated.Results: The method was capable of rapidly and specifically detecting A.acidoterrestris in foods within 1 hour at a constant temperature of 63 ℃.The sensitivity of the method was 6.7 CFU/m L and the specificity was 100%.Conclusions: The LAMP method is efficient, highly sensitive and specific, and suitable for the rapid detection of A.acidoterrestris in various food samples.福建省漳州市自然科学基金项目(ZZ2012J16
