    在惰性气氛中由取代反应合成出(η2-C(70)Pd(PPH3)2配合物,在光电化学电池中测定了(η2-C(70)Pd(PPH3)2在gAAS电极上形成的n+n型异质结光伏效应.结果表明,在I2/I3-电对介质中(η2-C(70)Pd(PPH3)2有较大的光伏效应值;当(η2-C(70)Pd(PPH3)2的薄膜厚度为1μM时光伏效应最大;(η2-C(70)Pd(PPH3)2在gAAS电极上的光电转换性能是优良的.(η2-C70) Pd (PPh3)2 complex was prepared by replacement reactlon in inert gas.The photovoltaic eFFect (PVE) For (η2-C70) Pd (PPh3)2 complex on GaAs electrode Formingn+n heterojunction in photoelectrochemical cell was investigated.The results show thatI2/I3 was the best redox couple in the photoelectrochemical cell.The photovoltaic propertyof (η2-C70)Pd (PPh3)2-GaAs electrode at 1 μm For thickness of (η2-C70)Pd (PPh3)2 was thebest.The photoelectric property of (η2-C70)Pd(PPh3)2 on GaAs electrode was excellent.国家自然科学基

    (eta(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(2) complex was prepared by replacement reaction in inert gas. The photovoltaic effect (PVE) for (eta(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(2) complex on GaAs electrode forming n+n heterojunction in photoelectrochemical cell was investigated. The results show that I-2/I-3(-) was the best redox couple in the photoelectrochemical cell. The photovoltaic property of (n(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(2)-GaAs electrode at 1 mu m for thickness of (n(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(2) was the best. The photoelectric property of (n(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(2) on GaAs electrode was excellent

     高军:1969年生,博士,高级工程师,主要从事化学电源及其相关材料的研究 Tel:0592-2186337 E-mail:[email protected][中文文摘]综述了近年来LiFePO4电池电解液体系在电解质盐与有机溶剂体系、有机电解液添加剂、聚合物电解质、离子液体等4个方面的研究进展,讨论了LiFePO4电池电解液的研究方向和应用前景,认为LiFePO4电池电解液的研究还有较大的发展空间,综合各类电解液体系的优势而组成新型电解液是未来发展的重要方向之一。[英文文摘]In this paper,the research progress of LiFePO4 battery electrolytes in recent years was summarized in the following four aspects,including: electrolyte salts and organic solvents;additives of organic electrolytes;polymer electrolytes;ionic liquid electrolytes.The research direction and application prospect of LiFePO4 battery electrolytes were discussed.It shows the research of LiFePO4 battery electrolytes still has more development space,and the new type electrolyte which is composed of all kinds of advantages of electrolyte is one of the most important direction.in the future development
