    物理模型試驗應用於順向坡板岩變形特性之研究

    本文主要探討臺灣板岩順向坡變形特性,藉由現場調查、地形分析與物理模型試驗說明板岩不同條件下之重力變形特性,並推估板岩變形過程與潛在崩壞機制。結果顯示,坡趾侵蝕透空與降雨入滲機制為板岩變形之關鍵,其將造成板岩材料強度弱化加速發生變形。此外,板岩變形初始發生於崖頂張力區,坡體將沿著高角度葉理滑移,並於侵蝕弱化帶附近形成剪切破壞或複合型破壞。而變形範圍內具有相當多葉理張開之現象,其將有助於地表水與地下水滲入,促使板岩變形區加速變形至崩壞。This paper focuses on characterizing the deformation of consequent slate slopes in Taiwan. Onsite surveys, terrain analysis, and a physical model test are used to describe the characteristics of gravity-driven deformation under various conditions and identify the process of slate deformation as well as potential failure mechanisms. Slate deformation is shown to begin in the tension zone at cliff tops, wherein the slope body slips along the highly inclined foliation, contributing to shear failure or composite failure near the eroded zone of weakness. The phenomenon of foliation opening is widespread within the area of deformation, enabling surface water and groundwater to seep in, thereby accelerating deformation and failure in the slate deformation zone

    Theoretical calculation and simulation of shallow dopants in InGaN single junction solar cell

    通过氢有效质量理论(HEMT)对In0.65gA0.35n(高In组分,Eg=1.31EV)太阳电池材料进行分析,计算出其浅能级施主和受主的重要性质参数电离能:ΔEd~10.8MEV,ΔEA~90MEV.在此基础上得到了室温条件下In0.65gA0.35n的浅能级施主和受主强电离时的杂质浓度范围:施主9.56x108~4.57x1016CM-3,受主9.56x108~7.84x1016CM-3;并估算了产生杂质能带的最低杂质浓度:施主~1x1018CM-3,受主~5.79x1020CM-3.然后借助AMPS-1d软件对含有部分电离的浅能级施主、受主In0.65gA0.35n单结太阳电池进行模拟,详细讨论了施主能级和受主能级对载流子的俘获对太阳电池效率的影响.本文结果为IngAn单结和多结太阳电池的掺杂(尤其是P型掺杂)和制备提供了理论参考和帮助。Hydrogenic effective-mass theory(HEMT) was adopted to study the photovoltaic property of In0.65Ga0.35N(Eg=1.31 eV).The ionization energy of shallow donors and acceptors in In0.65Ga0.35N was calculated to be ΔED ~10.8 meV and ΔEA~90 meV,respectively.Based on these values,the doping concentration necessary to obtain strong ionization of shallow dopants was estimated to be 9.56×108-4.57×1016 cm-3 for donors and 9.56×108-7.84×1016 cm-3 for acceptors.The lowest doping concentration required to form impurity bands was found to be ~1×1018 cm-3 for donors and ~5.79×1020 cm-3 for acceptors.Using AMPS-1D software,the property of single junction solar cell containing partially ionized shallow dopants,was simulated.The effects of recombination of shallow dopants on the efficiency of the solar cell were analyzed and discussed in detail.The results are useful for doping(especially for p-type doping) and fabrication of InGaN-based single junction and multijunction solar cells.国家高技术研究发展计划(2006AA03Z409);厦门市政府科学和技术部研究项目(2006AA03Z110);广西自然科学基金(0731012);广西大学有色金属和高等材料加工新技术教育部重点实验室开放基金(GXKFZ-04)资

    Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Analysis for LRRK2 rs34778348:G>A of Parkinson′s Disease

    基因的单核苷酸多态性(SInglE nuClEOTIdE POlyMOrPHISM,SnP)是导致帕金森病(PArkInSOn′S dISEASE)发生的遗传因素之一,但受不同种族和地域的影响.通过联合使用引物重叠PCr定点突变,限制性长度多态性分析(rESTrICTIOn frAgMEnT lEngTH POlyMOrPHISM,rflP)筛查了帕金森病的重要致病基因lEuCInE-rICH rEPEAT kInASE 2(lrrk2)的突变体:rS34778348:g>A(g2385r);用毛细管电泳(CAPIllAry ElECTrOPHOrESIS,CE)技术进行验证.在237个散发性帕金森病人和190个对照者中虽然未发现rS34778348:g>A的纯合子突变,但存在rS34778348:g>A的杂合子突变,并且统计分析显示病例组与对照组rS34778348:g>A的等位基因频率(P=0.010)和基因型频率(P=0.001)差异显著.显示筛查到rS34778348:g>A可能是中国散发帕金森病易感性的风险因子.该方法有助于促进帕金森病分子诊断的临床普及.Parkinson′s disease(PD)is a degenerative disorder of central nerve system(CNS),genetically attributed by known mutations of leucine-rich repeat kinase(LRRK2),alpha-synuclein(SNAC),PTEN-induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)etc.Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP),rs34778348:G>A(G2385R)in LRRK2 is the most common known cause of about 5%familiar and 3%sporadic PD in Europe.In this study,site-specific mutation primer overlapping PCR,restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP)and capillary electrophoresis(CE)were applied to systematically analyze the risk factor,rs34778348:G>A,from 237sporadic PD patients and 190normal Chinese.24heterozygous SNP carriers out of 237(10.1%)PD patients and 4heterozygous SNP carriers out of 190(2.1%)controls were significantly detected with pvalue of 0.001and 0.010of genotype and allele frequency,respectively.It implies that rs34778348:G>A in LRRK2is a potential risk factor of PD in Chinese population.Furthermore,we established the positive control of rs34778348:G>A and mutation diagnostic standard operation procedures(SOPs)to promote the commercialization of molecular diagnosis in PD.福建省科技计划项目(2012D062
