    The Optical Design and Simulation of Modular LED Freeform Reflector Dipped Headlight

    本文从汽车用前照灯国标gb25991—2010出发,在已知光源属性的前提下,利用rEfCAd设计了适用于高亮度白光lEd的自由曲面反射器,将多套反射系统组合成汽车前照灯,并通过TrACEPrO仿真模拟,分析各测试点、区域的照度值,其设计结果能较好地符合国标对近光的要求。该方法能更充分发挥lEd的优点,提高了光能利用率,且大大优化和节省了设计空间。In this paper,a kind of car Head lamp integrating freeform reflectors for bright white LED is presented.Complying with the National Standard GB25991—2010 and considering light source properties known,at first,the freeform reflector is designed with RefCAD,and then several reflector models are integrated into a car head lamp model.The illumination values of the test points and regions are simulated with Tracepro.The simulation results show that it meets the requirement of low beam-GB.This design takes the advantage of LED,increases the utilization of optical energy,and greatly optimizes and saves the design space.福建省重大科技项目资助(2006H0092

    Optimization of LED Array Mode

    作为新一代照明光源lEd照明技术已经有了长足的发展,但单颗lEd并不能满足正常的照明需求,想达到所要的照明效果通常采用多个lEd组合。lEd组合有各种形式,利用TrACEPrO对4种lEd平面阵列形式,即:3x3方形阵列、3-6同心圆阵列、阿基米德螺线阵列以及1-8圆形阵列进行了详细的光学分析。在满足照明要求的条件下,通过对比找到一种最优化的设计,发现1-8圆形阵列效果最好,所占面积最小,从而可以减少材料的浪费,进一步提高lEd照明的性价比,为lEd照明的普及提供设计上的借鉴。The lighting technique of LED has experienced substantial progress.However,a single LED cannot meet the demand for the normal lighting.LED combination is usually adopted to achieve the desired lighting effects.The forms of LED combination are varied.A detailed optical analysis on four forms of LED planar array is taken by using Tracepro,which are 3×3 square array,3-6 concentric array,Archimedean spiral array and 1-8 circular array.By the comparison,which find that 1-8 circular array is the best optimal design to reduce the waste of material and further improve the cost performance of LED lighting under the conditions of meeting the lighting requirements.A ref erence can be provided for the popularity of LED lighting.福建省重大科技项目(2006H0092

    Light Distribution Design of Automobile Freeform Headlamp Reflector

    随着现代汽车车灯设计的发展,传统的车灯配光镜由于其设计繁琐,光能利用率较低,且影响汽车美观等缺点,现已逐渐被自由曲面的车灯产品所替代。从汽车前照近光灯国标gb4599-2007出发,在已知光源属性的前提下,利用rEfCAd和lIgHTTOOlS设计了一款适用于H7卤素灯的自由曲面反射器,经过对各测试点、区域的照度值的分析,较好地符合了gb4599-2007对近光的要求。该方法能够大大缩短车灯设计周期,为未来大功率lEd用于车灯设计提供参考。With the development of the modern automotive headlight,the traditional lens headlamp is now gradually being eliminated,because the design is complicated,inefficiency and the impact of the automotive ap pearance.The freeform reflector becomes the predominant designation.Based on the GB4599-2007 regulation,on this premise of getting the light source properties,a freeform reflector for H7 halogen is designed using RefCAD and LightTools.After analysis of the illumination values for each test point and region,the results show that the illu mination distributions meet requirements of GB4599-2007 regulation for dipped headlight.The method can greatly shorten the headlight design cycle and provide a reference for powerful LED used in headlamp design.福建省重大科技项目(2006H0092

    New Current-mode Curvature-compensated CMOS Bandgap

    提出了一种新型的低压带隙基准源,与传统的带隙基准不同,该电路引入了第三个电流,以消除双极型晶体管射基电压的温度非线性项,从而实现曲率补偿。采用0.18μM CMOS工艺进行设计验证,HSPICE仿真结果表明,室温下的输出电压为623 MV,-55~+125℃范围内的温度系数为4.2 PPM/℃,1.0~2.1 V之间的电源调整率为0.9 MV/V。A new sub-1V curvature-compensated CMOS bandgap reference(BGR) circuit is presented.Different from the conventional bandgap reference,a third current is introduced to eliminate the temperature nonlinearity of VEB of parasitic p-n-p bipolar junction transistor in CMOS process.The proposed circuit was designed and simulated in a standard 0.18um CMOS process.The results show that the output reference voltage at 623 mV has a temperature coefficient of 4.2 ppm/℃ from-55 ℃ to +125 ℃,and a line regulation of 0.9 mV/V at 1~2.1 V is achieved.福建省重点科技项目资助(2006H0092
