The Classification of Intertidal Sediment by Remote Sensing
摘要为了实现潮间带底质类型的大面积和多时相自动识别,本文针对潮间带遥感分类方法普遍存在对图像要求较高且缺乏适用性等问题,采用海洋水色遥感的思路,以厦门岛附近海域潮间带为研究区域,在严格的现场表观光谱分析基础上,建立普适性分类模型进行分类。主要研究内容如下:(1)以厦门岛附近海域潮间带底质的实地现场表观光谱测量为依据,建立TM3-TM4二维散点图用以区分泥、砂、岩、砾各底质;以水体在该散点图中的模拟光谱呈弧状分布且与对角线交于两定点的特性,找到基准点将散点图与遥感图像联系起来。(2)通过实验室试验研究了含水量对于不同泥砂比例光谱的影响,得到当泥砂表面湿润时,随着含泥量的增加,光谱遥感反射率逐渐降...Abstract The widely accepted remote sensing method for classification of intertidal sediments usually requires high quality images, and a training area which is difficult to find. 【英文摘要】The accusation of "ten evils" was created in Kaihuang Statute. The article explores its origins. Its contents came from the “ten felony" in Beiqi Statute. In form, it came from Buddhism, because the name borrows from the “ten evils" of Buddhism. People often ignore this formal origin, yet it is important for us to master the essence of the accusation of "ten evils"
Eigen-material constants, mode and failure criterion for piezoelectric media
In this paper the normalized generalized stress and strain vectors in 9-D space are introduced. A method of constructing the eigen-compliance constants and material modes for the piezoelectric material is presented, which is applied to design a new failure criterion based upon the concept of strain energy modes. In this theory, normalized generalized stress and strain vectors can be additively decomposed into nine independent and non-interaction modal component (T) over bar ((i)) and (S) over bar ((i)) respectively, whose directions are called material modes, and the total strain energy is additively composed with nine independent modal energy components. Along each material mode, there is a modal energy given by (T) over bar ((i))(S) over bar ((i))/2 and it is assumed that the role of different modal energies is different in the failure event. It is postulated that the failure will occur when one of the modal energies or an appropriate linear combination of these energy modes reaches a critical value. PZT-4 piezoelectric ceramic is used as a numerical example to demonstrate the adequacy of the theory with experiment for the piezoelectric failure problem. The calculated result seems to be in good qualitative agreement with experimental data
Evaluation and Empirical Research on the Life-Cycle Home Buying Restriction Policy of Real Estate Based on VAR Model——A Case Study of Xiamen
通过构建VAR模型,运用脉冲响应、方差分解和JJ协整检验,从全寿命期的角度分析了房地产限购政策执行及取消、货币供应量、住房贷款利率、房地产开发投资率对厦门房地产市场的动态影响,并为限购重启提供建议与借鉴。结果显示:房屋限购在短期并不能有效抑制房价上涨,长期能较好地给厦门房地产市场降温;限购取消在短期并不能给房地产市场升温,但长期将导致房价报复性上涨;房地产市场普遍存在"适应性预期",厦门房价调控关键在于调节消费者和投资者的心理预期。This article builds VAR model and uses impulse response,variance decomposition and JJ co-integration test to analyze the dynamic influence of implementation and cancellation of home buying restriction policy,money supply,housing loan interest rate,real estate development investment rate on Xiamen real estate market from the point of view of life cycle,and provide suggestions and reference to restart home buying restriction policy. The results show that:home buying restriction cannot effectively curb rising housing prices in short term,but in long term can cool well the real estate market in Xiamen;cancellation of home buying restriction in short term cannot warm the real estate market,but in long term will lead to retaliatory price increases;real estate market commonly exists "Adaptive Expectations",so the key to Xiamen housing price control is to adjust the psychological expectations of consumers and investors.国家自然科学基金面上项目(71271180
涉公诽谤罪存废的历史传统与现实考量
170多年的中国法律近现代化,主要是一个"师法泰西"或"以俄为师"的过程。中国现行法律体系,由于偏重"采各国一般惯例"或"与国际接轨",对法制的民族文化、民族精神根基不甚注意,而与民族大众之间仍存在相当的心理疏离。这种移植法制必须进行本土化或民族化改良,如此才能植根于民族大众的心田,才能成为社会生活的实际法制。为推动这一改良,建设"中华民族优秀法律文化的传承体系",范忠信教授倡启"法制(治)中国化"学术工程,并约请周东平教授、陈会林副教授、范依畴博士分别从涉公诽谤罪滥用、官民互动解纷机制建构、亲属参与冤狱防阻机制等细小而具体的问题出发,阐发中国传统法律文化的具体智慧和经验,并就未来中国相关法制改良提出具体操作方案。这样一种基于"历史法学"方法,以当代中国现实法制紧迫弊端的矫正方案为宗旨的研究,是一种宝贵的尝试。本期特刊发这组笔谈,以期引起学界的关注和探讨
The Influences of substituent of ligand, Metal ion and Solvent on the Structure of Coordination Polymer
