    HF Radar detected water wave velocity over the Northern Jiangsu Shoal

    应用雷达波dOPPlEr正频移与负频移信号联解波速和径向流速方法,在2011年7月苏北浅滩高频地波雷达观测试验中实现潮间浅滩海面波浪传播速度的观测.基于频移与波速两级数据质量控制后统计的苏北浅滩平均波速平面分布图,可分辨出与潮间浅滩、水下岸坡和潮汐水道等浅滩地貌单元相关的波速分区格局.同步检验表明:雷达观测波速与现场观测水深的关系统计意义上遵循微幅波理论,径向流速较大条件下的波速观测质量较好,复杂地形所致双向波速不等现象导致波速观测质量降低,高频地波雷达是潮间浅滩动态遥感监测的潜在工具.High-frequency(HF) radar systems can provide wave velocity and radial current by identifying and tracking frequency shifts in the peaks of the Doppler spectra of the ocean backscatter corresponding to the advection of the Bragg wave.Data used in this study was collected by HF radar experiment for the Northern Jiangsu Shoal in July 2011.A distribution of monthly average wave velocity was generated with data that is quality controlled particularly.The intertidal flat, offshore shoal and tidal channel, associated with low speed area, high speed area and high speed belt respectively, could be distinguished by the HF radar mapped wave velocity distribution.After compared with datasets of field measurement and calculate results, it is revealed that(1) the relationship between water depth and monthly average wave velocity fits the theory of Airy Wave,(2) large radial currents may rise measurement accuracy of wave velocity, and 3) mismatch of approaching and leaving wave velocity related to complex topography may reduce measurement accuracy.海洋公益性行业科研专项经费(201005012;201005006); 国家自然科学基金(40876031); 国家高技术研究发展计划(2012AA091701); 江苏省科技计划项目基础研究计划(SBK201150144)资

    Copper and Nickel Removal from Electroplating Wastewater Using Two-Step Coagulation Method

    利用两步混凝法对某电镀废水中的Cu2+和nI 2+进行去除,并对混凝剂的类型、混凝剂和助凝剂投加量、废水PH等工艺参数进行了优化,该方法可作为该电镀废水的处理方法.结果显示,当溶液PH值为11.0、混凝剂聚合氯化铝铁的投加量为1.0g/l、助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺投加量为0.2g/l时,电镀废水具有最好的处理效果,处理后废水中Cu2+和nI 2+的质量浓度分别为0.13Mg/l和0.06Mg/l.同时,处理成本可降至1.9元/M3.A two-step coagulation method is used to remove Cu2+and Ni 2+from an electroplating wastewater.The experimental parameters including coagulant type,dosage of coagulant and coagulant aids,wastewater pH are optimized.The results show that when wastewater pH value,dosage of coagulant polyaluminum ferric chloride and dosage of coagulant aids polyacrylamide are 11.0,1.0g/L and 0.2g/L respectively,the electroplating wastewater has the best removal efficiency.Under the optimization experimental conditions,the Cu2+and Ni 2+concentrations are 0.13mg/L and 0.06mg/L respectively.Meanwhile,the treatment cost can be reduced to 1.9RMB/m3;therefore,the method is a feasible technique for treating the electroplating wastewater.国家自然科学基金面上项目(21077086);国家自然科学基金青年基金项目(51209123); 湖北省教育厅项目(B2013174

    利用2011年7月的高频地波雷达观测与现场同步常规观测资料和卫星风场资料,分析南黄海辐射沙脊群夏季表层余流特征.结果表明,南黄海辐射沙脊群近岸海域的表层余流向海辐散,外围海域的夏季表层余流向北.南黄海辐射沙脊群近岸海域表层余流的辐散格局主要受潮波与沙脊群水下地形的相互作用影响,外围海域夏季的北向表层余流格局主要受风场的控制.高频地波雷达观测的余流场为南黄海西部夏季浒苔迁移和平面分布的解释提供了佐证.Surface current field over radial sand ridge field in the south Yellow Sea was analyzed based on the data collected by using the shore-based high frequency radar and the Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler(ADCP)in July 2011 and the QSCAT wind data.In near-shore shallow water,the residual current was radially offshore;in far-shore deep water,the residual current was northward.In far-shore deep water,the current pattern was mainly influenced by the wind,while in near-shore shallow water the current pattern was due to the influence of the interaction of underlyingbathymetry and tide waves.The HF Radar survey is suitable for trends analysis of long-term current field.The result supports the hypothesis that the green algae enteromorpha prolifera came from Jiangsu coast and subsequently expanded to the southern Yellow Sea.国家重大科学研究计划(2013CB956502); 海洋公益性行业科研专项经费(201005012;201005006); 国家自然科学基金(40876031;41376044); 国家高技术研究发展计划(2012AA091701

    Assessment of the Pingtan Island land development suitability based on comprehensive ecological-economic-industrial analysis

    基于平潭岛生态、经济和产业资料, 利用地理信息系统(Geographical Information System,; GIS)、层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),; 建立了海岛生态-经济适宜性评价方法,对平潭岛生态-经济适宜性进行评价并进行适宜性分区,; 将平潭岛分为不适宜开发区域、限制性开发区域和适宜开发区域, 面积分别为61.87、107.48和112.19; km~2,分别占全岛面积的21.98%、38.17%和39.85%。而后通过层次聚类分析(Hierarchical Cluster; Analysis, HCA)和产业发展分析进行了产业适宜性分析, 将11个乡镇分成产业一类和产业二类两大类:; 其中产业一类主要包括芦洋乡、中楼乡和岚城乡, 主要分布于中部平原区域, 适宜发展种植业、农产品加工业;; 产业二类主要包括潭城镇、苏澳镇、澳前镇、流水镇、北厝镇、敖东镇、平原乡和白青乡, 主要分布于沿海丘陵区域,; 适宜发展渔业、旅游业。本研究评价结果可以为平潭岛综合开发利用规划提供参考。In this paper, we establish an effective method for evaluating the; development of zoning suitability on the Pingtan Island. The methods; used include a geographical information system (GIS), an analytic; hierarchy process (AHP), and cluster analysis (CA) based on natural,; economic, and industrial information. Our results show that the land; areas with suitable, restrictive, and inappropriate development total; 112.19, 107.48, and 61.87 km~2, respectively, which account for 39.85%,; 38.17%, and 21.98% of the island. We divided 11 towns into two; categories based on their proportions of appropriate, restrictive, and; inappropriate areas. Towns in the central plains region (Category 1); were suitable for farming and industries that process agricultural; products, whereas coastal towns (Category 2) were suitable for the; development of fisheries and tourism. We conclude that our proposed; development evaluation method comprising a comprehensive; ecological-economic-industrial analysis is appropriate for application; to Pingtan Island.国家自然科学基金; 国家海洋局第三海洋研究所基本科研业务专
