    七种捕食性鱼类对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹捕食风险的评估

    分别以鲤、鳜、斑点叉尾、黄颡鱼、瓦氏黄颡鱼、大口鲇和乌鳢作为捕食者,以中华绒螯蟹幼蟹作为猎物,在室内水泥池(2.4 m3)进行捕食试验。以日捕获率和日摄食率为指标,评估这些鱼类对幼蟹的捕食作用和危害程度,为提高湖泊幼蟹放流效果、建立蟹—鱼复合的优质高效养殖模式提供科学依据。在幼蟹完全暴露的条件下,经过多次(至少9次)重复的试验(短期1d和长期7d),鳜对不同大小的硬壳和软壳(刚蜕壳的)幼蟹没有任何捕食作用;黄颡鱼对硬壳和软壳幼蟹也没有捕食作用,但还需做进一步观察;虽然鲤、瓦氏黄颡鱼对硬壳蟹的捕获率低,但对软壳的幼蟹有较大的危害性,对幼蟹的日摄食率分别为0.070%、0.012%;大口鲇、斑点叉尾、乌鳢对幼蟹具有较强的捕食能力,对幼蟹的日摄食率分别为0.122%、0.188%和0.284%。根据这些研究结果,可以建议:(1)在池塘和湖泊河蟹养殖中,完全可以将鳜作为套养或混养对象,以期提高养殖效益;(2)在河蟹放养的湖泊,需要抑制乌鳢和大口鲇种群,适当减少鲤和瓦氏黄颡鱼丰度,以期减少这些鱼类的捕食作用,提高幼蟹存活率;(3)在河蟹养殖池塘,不能放养乌鳢、大口鲇、斑点叉尾、瓦氏黄颡鱼和鲤

    对虾白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)是危害养殖对虾的最主要病原,其致病能力强,传播范围广,给世界对虾养殖业造成了巨大的损失,然而至今仍无有效的防治方法。本论文开展了对虾免疫信号因子Rab蛋白在对虾免疫过程中的作用机理研究,同时探索WSSV病毒膜蛋白在感染过程中的作用,从病毒和宿主两方面入手,为建立有效的防治方法提供科学依据。通过3’RACE和5’RACE获得对虾Rab基因(命名为PjRab)的cDNA全长,其ORF为636bp,编码212个氨基酸。序列分析发现,PjRab具备Rab蛋白的基本特征,但在C-端与已知的Rab蛋白不同,可能是一种新的Rab蛋白,这是首次在海洋无脊椎动物体内克隆到该基因。对...White spot syndrome virus (WSSV) is one of the most devastating pathogens.     针刺大都穴治疗中风偏瘫疗效观察

    目的:观察针刺大都穴对中风偏瘫下肢的影响及临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分成两组:治疗组37例采用基础穴位配合大都穴治疗;对照组35例采用基础穴位结合神经肌肉电刺激仪治疗,治疗1个月后比较两组的临床疗效。结果:通过下肢Fugl-Meyer量表评分比较,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基础穴位配合大都穴治疗中风偏瘫在改善下肢运动功能方面疗效较好

    基于敌对的两机空战背景,利用不断更新的威胁态势作为飞行员的决策依据,采用影响图分析法描述空战飞行员的决策过程,建立了空战飞行员的决策模型.其特点是空战威胁态势的评估及决策方式易于根据飞行员的经验和偏好进行描述与调整.仿真结果表明,利用所建立的空战决策模型可以有效地导引战机格斗,决策过程符合空战格斗理念.Considering a scenario of air combat involving two opposing fighter aircrafts,a decision-making model for the pilot in air combat is established.The model is based on a situation of continually updated threat.An influence diagram analysis method is employed to describe the pilot decision-making process.Evaluation of air combat threat and the decision-making behavior are easy to describe and modify,if necessary,according to the experience and preference of the individual pilot.Simulation results show that the proposed model is effective to guide the fighter aircraft during air combat dogfight,and its decision-making process conforms to the concept of air combat dogfight.航空科学基金资助项目(02F15001

    福建漳江口红树林湿地自然保护区位于东经117024/07//~117030/00// ,北纬23053/45//~23056/00//的云霄县内,总面积2 360 hm2;是福建省唯一的一个红树林国家级保护区。本文介绍了保护区的生物多样性现状,保护区内现有生物物种688种,其中国家一级保护动物2种,国家二级保护动物19种,“三有”动物162种,中日协定保护候鸟77种,中澳协定保护候鸟41种,有全国最大面积的白骨壤林。并提出了符合保护区管理的生物多样性保护策略:落实生物多样性保护工程实施政策、尽快在保护区建立生态旅游区、加强保护区的科学研究和扩大国内外联系,搞好管护。The Natural Mangrove Reserve in Zhangjiang Estuary is locates in Yunxiao. The total area is about 2360 hm2 . It is the only one of National Natural Mangrove Reserve in Fujian. There are all together 688 species of plants and animals in the Reserve. Among them 2 species animal of national first-grade ,19 species animal of national second-grade and 162 species animal of 搕hree adsum?77 species reserve resident birds of China-Japan and 41 species reserve resident birds of China-Australia.     文章运用来自高收入国家和低收入国家1991-2005年间流入中国的fdI数据,实证考察了知识产权保护与中国fdI规模和fdI质量之间的关系。结果显示,中国加强知识产权保护对中国fdI的影响受到经济发展水平、开放政策、地理距离和基础设施状况等东道国特征的制约。不同行业的面板数据分析表明,知识产权保护强度对fdI的影响存在明显的行业差异:技术密集型行业fdI对知识产权保护的反应程度最敏感,其次是资本密集型行业,最小的是劳动密集型行业。这意味着加强知识产权保护可以吸引更多的技术密集型fdI,进而可以提高我国吸引fdI的质量

    生物陶瓷隔药灸治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留疗效观察

    目的:观察生物陶瓷隔药灸治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将79例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组选择生物陶瓷隔药灸疗法,将自拟活血温经方的药物研粉后外敷于关元、中极、双侧水道4个穴,以敷贴粘牢固定,再用加热过的生物陶瓷温灸球置于敷贴上温灸。对照组选择神经肌肉电刺激治疗。比较两组治疗后的残余尿量和临床疗效。结果:在改善残余尿量及临床疗效方面,治疗组均优于对照组。结论:生物陶瓷隔药灸治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留有较好疗效
