    不完全川崎病早期诊断的探讨

    目的探讨小儿不完全川崎病(Ikd)早期诊断的方法,以提高对该病的临床诊断水平,减少冠状动脉损害的发生。方法对2008年1月-2012年5月在厦门市第三医院儿科住院的21例Ikd患儿的临床表现及辅助检查进行回顾性分析。结果持续发热、川崎病面容、手足硬肿、肛周潮红或脱皮、卡巴红等症状及体征有助于Ikd的早期诊断。炎症指标(ESr及CrP)、WbC及bnP早期增高以及发病10 d内心脏彩超检查发现冠状动脉扩张是早期诊断Ikd可靠的辅助指标。21例Ikd患者中发生冠状动脉扩张10例,占47.6%,与典型kd比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由于Ikd病例中冠状动脉病变发生率较高,对持续发热5天以上的婴幼儿,当出现川崎病面容、手足硬肿、肛周潮红或脱皮及卡巴红等表现中的2~3项时要引起重视,尽早做相应的辅助检查及心脏冠状动脉检测,尽早明确诊断,给予早期治疗,以避免冠状动脉损害的发生

    [中文文摘]F-box蛋白是一类广泛存在于真核生物中,含有F-box结构域的蛋白家族,在泛素-蛋白酶体途径(ubiquitin-protcasomc pathway,UPP)中因特异识别底物蛋白而参与细胞周期调控、转录调控、细胞凋亡、细胞信号转导等生命活动。另外,F-box蛋白还通过其他作用方式参与了体内众多生化过程。本文综述了F-box蛋白的结构和作用途径,以及该蛋白参与的多种生理功能,展示了F-box蛋白家族在生命活动中具有广泛而重要的作用,并指出了F-box蛋白将为阐明疾病发生机制提供新的线索,可望成为疾病治疗中药物作用的靶向位点。[英文文摘]F-box proteins are an expanding family of eukaryotic proteins characterized by an"F-box"motif.They are in charge of substrate specificity in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway and therefore play a pivotal role in many physiological activities such as cell-cycle progression,transcriptional regulation,programmed cell death and cell signal transduction.In addition,F-box proteins participate in many other biochemical processes through different ways.In this review we focus on the structure and function of F-box proteins and reveal that this protein family has an important role in life.     一种开放海域沉积物污染的修复方法

    本发明涉及利用微生物进行水环境治理领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种开放海域或较深淡水水域、河口等沉积物污染的修复方法。将菌株经沸石负载并絮凝剂包覆,而后将包覆后菌剂投放至待处理水域,进而修复水域内沉积物石油及有机污染物。本发明方法主要针对水深在2?50米的海水/淡水水域,对沉积物的石油污染及其他有机污染有很好的修复效果,该方法系统完整且操作方法简单、沉积物修复效果显著、无二次污染且海上施工安全性较高,特别适合特殊功能性海域,如石油开采区、水产养殖区等,能够指导海洋沉积物污染修复工程的实施

    Graphene-Based Fibers: A Review

    Motivated by their unique structure and excellent properties, significant progress has been made in recent years in the development of graphene-based fibers (GBFs). Potential applications of GBFs can be found, for instance, in conducting wires, energy storage and conversion devices, actuators, field emitters, solid-phase microextraction, springs, and catalysis. In contrast to graphene-based aerogels (GBAs) and membranes (GBMs), GBFs demonstrate remarkable mechanical and electrical properties and can be bent, knotted, or woven into flexible electronic textiles. In this review, the state-of-the-art of GBFs is summarized, focusing on their synthesis, performance, and applications. Future directions of GBF research are also proposed

[英文文摘]Polystyrene was  polymerized through using the S,S′-bis(R,R′-dimethylacetic acid)trithiocarbonate  as reversible additionfragmentation  chain transfer(RAFT)agents.The synthesized polystyrene had various controlled  molecular weight and narrow molecular  weight distribution.A series of different amphiphilic triblock copolymers were respectively synthesized with the addition of ethyl acrylate,butyl acrylate,ethyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate.During the synthesis of triblock copolymers,the above obtained polystyrene was used as macromolecular RAFT agent.The derived poly(methy)acrylate block polystyrene block poly(methy) acrylate copolymers were characterized by GPC and 1 H-NMR

    The Effect of Cross-Linking Agent on the Preparation of the Thermally Expandable Microspheres

    以丙烯腈为主要单体,以氢氧化镁为无机分散剂,采用常压聚合法,制备了膨胀倍率达到20-30倍的可膨胀小球。系统研究了二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(dPgdA)、三缩丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPgdA)、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯(nPgdA)、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和二乙烯基苯(dVb)等5种交联单体对可膨胀小球制备的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜、热重分析、交联密度测定等手段研究了可膨胀小球的形貌、粒径、发泡剂的含量、交联密度、发泡倍率。确定dPgdA为最佳的交联剂种类,用量为1.7%。采用dPgdA作为交联剂的小球既具有较完好的球状形貌,又有较小的粒径,较高的发泡剂含量和较高的交联度,膨胀倍率可达30倍。The thermally expandable microspheres,using acrylonitrile as the main monomer and magnesium hydroxide as the inorganic dispersant,were prepared with atmospheric suspension polymerization.This study systematically researched the effect of cross-linking agent such as dipropylene glycol diacrylate(DPGDA),tripropylene glycol diacrylate(TPGDA),trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate(TMPTA), noe ponlyl glycol di acrylate(NPGDA)and divinylbenzene(DVB)on the preparation of the thermally expandable microspheres.By using scanning electron microscope,thermogravimetric analysis and determination of cross-linking density,the morphology,particle size,foaming agent content,cross-linking density and foaming ratio of thermally expandable microspheres were studied.As a result,DPGDA is found to be the most suitable cross-linking agent because the microspheres prepared with it have the perfect surface morphology,small particle size,high blowing agent content and high cross-linking degree and the dosage is 1.7%
