¥åŠåŸãç¶æããŠãããããªç°å¢äœãããã®åŸã®åŠæ ¡é©å¿ã«ãšã£ãŠéèŠãšãªãããšã瀺åããã.The purpose of the this study was to examine the relationship between medical student motivation to enter medical school and adjustment to the school.Participants were 120 medical school students.Five main factors were extracted from scale of motivation to enter medical school:"Aimlessness or Vague Idea of Career,""Consider Aptitude for Spesific Profession,""Heteronomous Motivation,""Possibility Seeking,""Specialty Seeking."In order to examine the relation between motivation to enter medical school and adjustment to the school,multiple regression analysis were performed,with motivation to enter medical school as the independent variable,and adjustment to the school as the dependent variable.The results showed that although motivation to enter medical school such as"Consider Aptitude for Specific Profession,""Specialty Seeking"were positively and "Aimlessness or Vague Idea of Career"was negatively related to adjustment to the school,"Heteronomous Motivation,""Possibility Seeking"were not related to adjustment to the school.It was suggested that academic and career counseling focus on student motivation to enter medical school such as"Aimlessness or Vague Idea of Career,""Specialty Seeking,"could lead to school adjustment
