    以冰鲜桡足类为饵料对鮸鱼幼鱼在不同水温时的摄食进行了研究.在水温10、15和20℃时,幼鱼消化道饵料系数和食物消化时间呈线性回归方程,曲线斜率为食物消化速度;消化时间各为16、19和12h;摄食率各为100%、100%和85%;消化道饵料系数均在45-60min之内达到最大值;饱食系数各为3.11%、7.84%和8.42%;提出鮸鱼幼鱼的日摄食量指数公式为:日摄食指数=饱食系数+(12×消化道饵料系数与消化时间曲线方程一次项系数),得到日摄食量指数各为5.92%、15.19%和22.29%.The paper reports the feeding of Miichthys miiuy(Basilewsky)larvae with the frozen copepods in different water temperature.The food conversion efficiency in alimentary tract and food digestion time formed a linear regression,the curve slope being the same as the food digestion rate.When the digestion time were 6h,19h and 12h,the feeding rate were 100%,100% and 85% respectively.All of the food conversion efficiencies reached maximum during 45min~1h,with satiation coefficient of 3.11%,7.84% and 8.42% respectively.The suggested equation of the daily feeding index for Miichthys miiuy larvae is: daily feeding index = satiation coefficient +(12×monomial coefficient in the regression equation),the result of the daily feeding indexes were 5.92%,15.19% and 22.29%,respectively.温州市社会发展科学研究项目基金资助(S2004B012

    A Comparison on the Nutritional Ingredients between Plecoglossus altivelis Stocked in Stream with Blocking Net and Those Cultured Artificially

    同批人工育成的香鱼(Plecoglossusaltivelis)苗,分别在溪流拦网放养和人工养殖两种状态下养成,其鱼肉的品质以及所体现的营养价值存在差异。在决定鱼肉营养价值的蛋白质品质和含量方面,通过对氨基酸作AAS、CS、EAAI等一系列的评分比较,发现溪流拦网放养香鱼的蛋白质品质优于人工养殖香鱼,而蛋白质的含量也是溪流拦网放养的香鱼高;脂肪方面,人工养殖香鱼的必需脂肪酸含量较高,因而品质也占优,但是高于溪流拦网放养香鱼的脂肪含量制约了其营养价值的发挥。There are differences in qualities as well as the nutritional values of the meat of Plecoglossus altivelis grown out from the same batch of fingerings propagated artificially,but cultured in stream with blocking net and artificial cultured condition.Based on a series of assessing comparisons of AAS,CS and EAAI on amino acids,the quality of protein of Plecoglossus altivelis stocked in stream with blocking net are better than those of artificially cultured ones.Meanwhile,the protein level in Plecoglossus altivelis stocked in stream with blocking net is also better than that of artificially cultured ones.Because of higher level of the necessary fatty acids,the fat quality of artificially cultured Plecoglossus altivelis is better than that of those stocked in stream with blocking net.However,the fat level of the artificially cultured Plecoglossus altivelis which is much higher than that of those stocked in stream with blocking net limits the play of the nutritional value of the fish.亚洲开发银行基金项目(TA2874-PRC);; 浙江省科技计划基金项目(重点001106132
