Setting it apart from the other 1,811 topological isomers (isobuckminsterfullerenes) is its exclusive conformity with the isolated-pentagon rule(3), which states that stable fullerenes have isolated pentagons. Although gas-phase existence of isobuckminsterfullerenes has long been suspected(4-7), synthetic efforts have yet to yield successful results. Here, we report the realization of two isobuckminsterfullerenes by means of chlorination of the respective C-2v-and C-s-symmetric C-60 cages. These chlorinated species, (C60Cl8)-C-#1,809(1) and (C60Cl12)-C-#1,804(2), were isolated in experimentally useful yields. Structural characterization by crystallography unambiguously established the unique pentagon-pentagon ring fusions. These distinct structural features are directly responsible for the regioselectivity observed in subsequent substitution of chlorines, and also render these unprecedented derivatives of C60 isomers important for resolving the long-standing puzzle of fullerene formation by the Stone-Wales transformation scheme(8-11).NNSF of China,20525103 ,20531050 ,20721001 , 20571062 ,20425312 973 Program 2007CB81530

Pearson correlation analysis,one-way ANOVA analysis and least significant difference (LSD) multiple comparison based on SPSS 24.0 were used to study the statistical characteristics of soil physical measured and chemical properties and influencing factors on Xiaoqin Island. The average soil gravel ratio and water content are 20.04% and 7.35%,respectively. The average values of ammonium nitrogen,available potassium,available phosphorus and organic matter are 23.67,212.77,16.15mg /kg and 28.4g/kg,respectively,which is cdassified as the fifth,first,third and third grade,respectively. However,most of soil belongs to the third grade. Organic matter correlated positively in high significants with water content,ammonium nitrogen and available phosphorus. The physical and chemical properties of soil are mainly affected by vegetation and aspect. This profound study on one of Miaodao Islands is aimed to provide knowlege for the ecological protection and development of the island

    Objective To observe the clinical effects of scraping on hypertensive ischemic stroke based on the theory of " Qi Circulation " . Methods Totally Sixty patients with hypertensive ischemic stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. All patients received conventional drugs and rehabilitation nursing, and patients in the observation group were treated with a 30-45 minutes of meridian scraping treatment based on "Qi Circulation " theory, once a week for 4 weeks. The changes of blood pressure, homocysteine (Hcy), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and blood lipid indexes including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C) before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Level of blood pressure, Hcy, TC, TG and LDL-C in 2 groups were decreased after intervention (P<0. 05), better improvement was reported in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Scraping based on the theory of "Qi Circulation" can effectively reduce blood pressure, Hcy, MMP-9, TC, TG, LDL-C levels in patients with prehypertensive ischemic stroke, and can be promoted and applied as a safe and effective adjuvant therapy. (目的 观察基于“一气周流”理论刮痧干预高血压缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法 将符合纳入标准的60例高血压缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组, 各30例。对照组给予常规药物及康复护理对症支持治疗; 观察组在对照组基础上基于“一气周流”理论, 选择相应经络刮痧, 每次45~60min, 每周1次, 两组疗程均4周。比较两组患者干预前后血压、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]变化情况。结果 两组患者血压、Hcy、TC、TG、LDL-C均较干预前降低, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05), 且观察组的下降幅度大于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论 基于“一气周流”理论刮痧可有效降低预高血压缺血性脑卒中患者血压、Hcy、MMP-9、TC、TG、LDL-C水平, 可作为临床安全、有效的辅助手段推广应用。

    一、课题来源与背景 该课题为甘肃省环境保护厅2012年度省环境保护科技计划项目“安西自然保护区生态补偿类比与标准研究”(GSEP-2012-13)。项目背景:近几年来,安西自然保护区内先后有数项国家重点建设工程进行施工或者投产运行,建设前期就工程穿越保护区生态补偿资金事宜,一直是建设者、施工方和保护区三家争议的话题。至目前,国家尚无一部关于自然保护区生态补偿的标准,保护区只能依据甘肃省草原行业生态补偿标准来进行协商补偿,造成补偿资金的争议和资金额度不足以恢复原有生态。项目以西气东输三线工程等已建和在建工程为例,对工程穿越安西自然保护区生态补偿进行定量研究,最终编制《甘肃安西极旱荒漠国家级..

    该项目研究了生物结皮的种类组成、宏观分布及其环境特征,沙漠生物结皮形成机制、对地表稳定性的作用、对种子植物多样性的影响、对降水渗入的影响,生物结皮的光合与生理特征、微结构发育特征,结皮的有关物种进行培养、进行室外内及野外试验。构建了适用于冷沙漠的生物结皮指数BSCI,及沙漠生物结皮空间分布特征;提出了适度干扰有利于荒漠种子植物多样性观点;对沙漠生物结皮年固氮量进行了估算;揭示了生物结皮微结构及其演替规律;提出了低营养细菌、荒漠藻类及荒漠藓类植物的适宜培养条件
