中国社会学研究的三个转向

社会学自1979年在我国恢复重建以来,延续了费孝通等老一辈学者经世济民的思想,紧贴社会现实展开研究理路,取得了一定的成就。然而,置身于中国社会转型的历史场景,社会学研究重批判轻建设,重验证轻理论的研究取向和研究队伍结构混乱的现状,既不利于学科的合法性获得,更不利于社会学的可持续发展。为此,我国的社会学研究应该抱持美好社会的学术理想,有意识促成三个转向:由批判到批判性建设的立场转向,由消极研究到积极干预的策略转向,由亦步亦趋到独立自主的话语转向。西藏民族学院2010年教学改革与研究项目“实践-反思型教学在《社会学》中的应用”;西藏自治区教育科学研究“十二五”规划课题“实践与反思:西藏大学生社会的认知能力培育”;负责人刘红

“Three Entry” Scheme for Practice in Cultivating Tibet Social Workers

社会建设的背景之下社会工作日益凸显专业优势,成为生机勃发的朝阳专业。同时,社会工作人才实务能力不足的瓶颈,始终制约着社会工作职业化进程。西藏社会工作人才面向西藏跨越式发展,根植于藏传佛教文化谱系,服务于西藏社会公平与正义,更需要紧密联系现实,拓展实务能力。笔者认为,要有意识促成西藏社工人才培养“三进“方案,社工进社区参与社区建设,社工进院舍参与专业服务,社工进民政参与福利政策制定,从而完成理论与实践相得益彰的西藏社会工作人才培养,并建构西藏社会工作人才培养模式。Social work are becoming hot and growing professional advantage in the background of social construction, however, being lack of practical ability, the professionalization process are restricted.Tibet Social Workers are facing the leapfrog development of Tibet, root in the lineage of Tibetan Buddhism culture, serving the social fairness and justice of Tibet, need more practical ability.In our opinion, it is important to develop"Three Entry"scheme in practice teaching.Social workers can participate in community construction, provide professional services in welfare homes, involve in policy formulation.Theory and practice training will promote each other because of"Three Entry"scheme, and contribute to construct the social work personnel training mode in Tibet

Modernity and China's Rural Family Happiness

现代性是兴起于欧洲大陆的一种社会生活和组织模式,藉由殖民扩张在全球生根发芽。以现代性扩散下的中国农村变化为背景,从幸福的意义出发,我们主张从宏观与微观结合的视角看待幸福的动态嬗变过程,注意到幸福的流变是人们心性的折射,更是中国农民对于社会变迁的认知和体验,从而构成探索社会学研究农村幸福观的一种路径。Modernity was raised in European continent,as a social life and organization model,which was rooted by colonial expansion of globalization.Based on changes of village in China and its background of modernity,from the meaning of happiness,dynamic evolution process of happiness should be attached via macro and micro perspective.Happiness transformation refers to change of people's nature,reflects China farmers' cognizance and experience through social change,thus constitutes a path to rural happiness research in sociology.西藏民族学院青年项目(10MYQ15

Culture-emic constructivism: Paradigms, Ethics and Methods of Disaster Studies

灾害社会调查是社会科学者进入灾区,根据研究设计搜集研究资料的过程,也是研究者参与灾害社会事实建构的过程。从被研究对象的视角即文化主位的姿态,整合建构主义的相对主义本体论和主观认识论,形成文化主位的建构主义范式。从研究方法而言,文化主位承接了源自灾民的思想感情和话语,建构主义则有助于发现灾害社会事实构造的过程及其背后的意义。从伦理操守而言,研究者恪守客观中立与人文关怀并重的规则,就是从受灾者的视角秉持同理共情,又坚守社会科学研究者的学术底线。Disaster social studies is the process of collection of data and reconstructing the disastrous events by researchers who enter the sites of disasters.Taking the perspective of the research objects, which is a stance of culture-emic constructivism, and integrating it with a constructionist relativist ontology and subjective epistemology, one will arrive at culture-emic constructivist paradigm.In terms of research methods, culture-emic means connecting with the thoughts and discourses of the people in disaster areas.Constructivism can assist in reconstructing the disaster social facts and the meanings behind them.As to ethics, researchers must abide by the basic ethical requirements of sociological research and maintain objectivity and neutrality without giving short shrift to humanistic empathy with the victims

一种钒酸盐荧光粉材料及其制备方法

Study on Relationship between the Molecular Folding and Activity of ALkaline Phosphatase From Sinonovacula Constricty in the Presence of Guanidine Hydrochloride

报道了缢蛏碱性磷酸酶（简称AlP）经不同浓度盐酸胍处理时酶的分子构象所发生的变化以及酶变化和失活的动力学过程。在胍中酶荧光发射峰强度下降，紫外差光谱在246nM和285nM处出现2个负峰，Cd谱中酶的α螺旋度下降，且随浓度增大，变化程度也加大。动力学研究表明，酶在0.5MOl/l、1.0MOl/l、2.0MOl/l3.0MOl/l、4.0MOl/l盐酸胍中的变性速度常数分别为3.21x10-（-4）S-（-1）、6.38x10-（-4）S-（-1）、2.17x10-（-3）S-（-1）、2.33x10-（-3）S-9-1）、5.17x10-（-3）S-（-1）；而酶在相应盐酸胍中的失活速度常数分别为2.33x10-（-4）S-（-1）、3.57x10-（-4）S-（-1）、5.86x10-（-4）S-（-1）、1.14x10-（-3）S-（-1）、3.45x10-（-3）S-（-1）；表现为失活与构象伸展变化基本平行。EFFect of guanidine hydrochloride (GuHcl) on the changes in molecular conFormation and activity, kinetics of denaturation and inactivation of alkaline phosphatase (ALP)From Sinonovacula constrica are reported in this essay.In the presence of guanidine, the Flu rescence emission peak of ALP decreased; On the other hand, two negative peaks merged at the wavelengths of 246 nm and 285 nm on the UV diFFerential spectra;and the αhelix degree in the circular dichroism spectra reduced.Denaturation rate constants of ALP in diFFerent concentrations of GuHCl (0.5 , 1.0 , 2.0 , 3.0, 4.0 mol/L) measured by Fluorescence were 3.21×10￣(-4), 6.38×10￣(-4) , 2.17×10￣(-3) , 2.33×10￣(-3) and 5.16×10￣(-3)s￣(-1) ,respectively.Meanwhile the respective inactivation rate constants were 2.33×10￣(-4) , 3.57 × 10￣(-4), 5.86×10￣(-4), 1.14×10￣(-3) and 3.45×10￣(-3)s￣(-1).Results indicate that the rates of conFormational changes of ALP in the presence of GuHCl are slightly Faster than those of inactivation, though they all Fall in the same order of magnitude.We propose to call such relationship the ″synchronous alteration type″ For rate changes in conFormation and inactivation of the same order during denaturation.国家自然科学基
