    集束孔掏槽爆破破岩机理研究

    掏槽爆破是竖井掘进爆破的常用手段,集束孔爆破用于掏槽爆破可有效提高掏槽效率。集束孔掏槽爆破过程涉及到结构在动力载荷下的从连续介质到非连续介质过程,数值计算过程复杂,如何快速估计某特定集束孔设计的爆破效果一直是科研界与工程界研究重点之一。本文基于应力波叠加方法提出了爆破区半径快速计算公式,同时基于连续–非连续单元法对5孔集束孔爆破设计展开了理论与数值分析。通过与实验结果对比,验证了计算公式的有效性,并讨论了集束孔掏槽爆破的破岩机理与规律。结果表明,当集束孔孔间距为4~5倍炮孔直径时,爆破效果最佳。本文相关成果可为爆破设计人员提供一定指导

    基于运行工况的三峡升船机齿轮齿条载荷与润滑状态分析

    三峡升船机齿轮齿条属低速重载开式硬齿面齿轮传动,一旦润滑不良极易产生齿面胶合等损伤,影响升船机运行的安全性和可靠性。根据三峡升船机的实际运行数据,采用油膜厚度准则系统分析了各种典型工况下齿轮齿条的润滑情况,推导了匀速工况时船厢误载水深与膜厚比之间的关系,计算了典型误载水深下润滑状态最危险啮合点的膜厚比;确定了船厢变速时齿轮齿条最差的润滑状态,分析了变速运行典型工况下的润滑状态与船厢水深的相关关系,进一步确定了较易产生胶合损伤的位置。结果表明,升船机匀速运行时,厢内水位处于最佳水位时,齿轮齿条的润滑状态最好;偏离最佳水位时,膜厚比随误载水深呈λ∝±Δh-0.13的幂函数形式下降;齿轮齿条处于最危险啮合点时,齿轮齿根与齿条齿顶相接触且在大误载水深下齿面间的润滑状态更为恶劣;升船机变速运动时,润滑状态较差的工况为船厢水深为3.6 m时的上行加速和下行减速;因齿条上齿面接触频率高、润滑状态较差,发生胶合损伤的风险更高

    Determination of the number of ψ(3686) events taken at BESIII

    The number of ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector during the 2021 run period is determined to be (2259.3±11.1)×106 by counting inclusive ψ(3686) hadronic events. The uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is negligible. Meanwhile, the numbers of ψ(3686) events collected during the 2009 and 2012 run periods are updated to be (107.7±0.6)×106 and (345.4±2.6)×106, respectively. Both numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard deviation. The total number of ψ(3686) events in the three data samples is (2712.4±14.3)×10^
