Effects of Silica on Phase Transformation of Alumina Gel and Its Application in Alumina Fibers

「注視点」から見る中国語における“V着”の成立条件

Numerous studies have focused on the nature and semantic characteristics of verbs regarding the conditions required to establish the "V zhe(着)" structure in Chinese. The aspect particle "zhe(着)" generally has good compatibility with stative verbs, such as "坐" (sit) and "躺" (lie),as well as durative verbs like "看" (watch) and "挂" (hang). Conversely, it has been pointed out that non-durative verbs like "坏" (break), "开始" (start), "牺牲" (sacrifice), "开" (open), "摔" (fall), "消失" (disappear) and " 死" (die) exhibit lower collocational compatibility with "zhe(着)". However, the acceptability increases if adverbs expressing continuity or persistence, or if highly descriptive state adjectives are added or when they are placed in parallel sentences. Despite these occasions, there remain examples of ungrammatical sentences.In this study, we draw upon the concept of "focal point" , which is a subclass of "perspective" , to examine the conditions under which non-durative verbs can co-occur with "zhe(着)". First, based on previous research, we redefine "focal point" and further classify it into "discontinuous focal point" and "continuous focal point". According to this framework, it is considered that the "V zhe(着)" structure is not established when the focal point in the sentence is "discontinuous focal point", whereas it is established when the focal point is "continuous focal point". Furthermore, by examining of the " V zhe(着)" structure from the perspective of "focal point", it is also noted that even with the same verb, the meaning expressed by the verb differs depending on whether the focal point in the sentence is "discontinuous focal point" or "continuous focal point".departmental bulletin pape
