    为验证定容管活塞式油气水多相流量计的计量精度及适用性,在XJ24-3平台和EP24-2平台上进行测试实验。受现场测试条件限制,将多相流量计串联入测试管汇。8口单井实验结果表明,多相流量计计量液量和含水率测试与传统测试分离器计量和手工取样测含水的结果误差约±5%;与平台上现有传统计量设备相比,能快速进行单井井口计量切换,且测试结果吻合度较好。该多相流量计现场环境友好,计量准确快速,可简化现场工艺流程,具有推广应用价值

    Probing the edge-related properties of atomically thin MoS2 at nanoscale

    层状二维材料具有独特的物理化学性质,使其在光电器件、传感、能源和催化等领域得到了高度关注和广泛应用。二维材料在制备过程中不可避免引入结构缺陷,虽然这些缺陷尺度仅为数纳米甚至单原子,但是会极大地改变材料的结构和电子性质,从而影响其应用。化学化工学院任斌教授课题组在层状二维材料缺陷表征方面取得进展。该工作表明了TERS在原位、高空间分辨表征缺陷位的结构和电子性质方面具有独特的优势,可以进一步推广到其他二维材料,从而有效地指导缺陷设计和材料应用。 该工作通过校内外课题组紧密合作,在任斌教授、谭平恒研究员(中科院半导体研究所)和王翔博士共同指导下完成。实验部分主要由黄腾翔博士(第一作者,已毕业化学系博士生)完成,电子能带结构与光谱理论计算由谭平恒研究员课题组从鑫博士生(共同第一作者)完成,吴思思、林楷强、姚旭、何玉韩、吴江滨、包一凡、黄声超等参与了实验与讨论。【Abstract】Defects can induce drastic changes of the electronic properties of two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides and influence their applications. It is still a great challenge to characterize small defects and correlate their structures with properties. Here, we show that tipenhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) can obtain distinctly different Raman features of edge defects in atomically thin MoS2, which allows us to probe their unique electronic properties and identify defect types (e.g., armchair and zigzag edges) in ambient. We observed an edgeinduced Raman peak (396 cm−1) activated by the double resonance Raman scattering (DRRS) process and revealed electron–phonon interaction in edges. We further visualize the edge-induced band bending region by using this DRRS peak and electronic transition region using the electron density-sensitive Raman peak at 406 cm−1.     本文在观察到中国银行业信贷膨胀背景下几个典型事实后,基于国内外巴塞尔协议与银行行为的研究成果,通过在C-C模型的基础上植入信贷风险和存贷比约束进行了两个方面的拓展。在这个新的理论框架下,我们不仅分析了资本松约束和资本紧约束下银行的最优行为,同时也研究了银行资本的决定因素。我们发现,外部融资成本的增加、惩罚力度的加大、存贷比要求的提高、贷款边际成本的上升以及垄断势力的强化,都将使得银行资本量趋于下降,但各个变量具体的作用机制存在很大不同。更重要的是,逆周期性的信贷损失和凸形的惩罚函数具有双重强化银行资本顺周期性特征,法定最低资本充足要求的提高,只有在满足特定条件下,才可能带来银行实际资本的增加。通过对银行信贷膨胀机理的深入解析,本文为有关政策抉择提供了某种理论依据。By observing some typical facts in the background of the credit expansion in China's banking sector,based on existing researches on the relationship between Basel Agreement and bank optimal behaviors,this paper extends the C-C model in two aspects introducing both loan-to-deposit ratio requirement and credit risk.In this new theoretical framework,we not only analyze bank optimal behaviors under the binding regulatory capital requirement(B-CR)and non-binding(NB-CR),but also examine the determinants of bank capital.We find the enhancement of five factors including external financing cost,punishment,deposit-to-loan ratio requirement,margin cost of lending,and monopolistic power will decrease the bank capital,but the functioning mechanism of each variable is quite different.More importantly,we prove that the count-cyclical credit risk and convex punishment function doubly strengthen the pro-cyclicality of the bank capital.Only when certain special conditions are satisfied can the increase in the minimum capital adequacy ratio lead to the increase in the real bank capital.国家社科重大项目“扩大国内需求的宏观经济政策研究”(批准号08&ZD034);教育部人文社科专项项目“资产替代的宏观经济效应与货币政策对策”(批准号07JD790007)的阶段性成

    频频爆发的银行危机暴露了以资本监管为核心的巴塞尔协议的内在缺陷,学术界就资本监管的微观效应和宏观效应展开了激烈的讨论。从文献研究的角度,通过回顾和分析理论界关于资本监管、银行风险承担和货币政策传导机制三者之间复杂关系的研究,可以看出,在微观意义上,关于资本监管对银行风险承担行为影响的研究忽视了对资本监管框架效应的分析;在宏观意义上,资本监管的强化给货币政策传导机制带来了新的渠道,即银行资本渠道和风险承担渠道。这两种新的传导机制在后金融危机时代,是研究宏观审慎监管框架下货币政策效应的核心命题。The Frequently banking crises expose the inherent defect of the capital requirement of Basel Accord,then the academia hotly debate on the micro and macro effect of the capital requirement.With footing on the banking system,this paper analysis the complicate relationship between capital requirements,risk taking and monetary policy transmission by reviewing the literatures.Firstly,in the micro way,the paper sums up five views about the impact of capital requirement on the risk taking behavior of bank,then present that capital framework effect hasn′t been neglected so far.Secondly,in the macro way,the strengthened capital requirement brings new channels of monetary policy transmission that is bank capital channel and risk taking channel.In the post-financial crisis,these new channels are the core topics of the reach on effect of monetary policy with the macro-prudential regulation framework.国家社科重大项目“扩大国内需求的宏观经济政策研究”(项目批准号:08&ZD034);教育部人文社科专项项目“资产替代的宏观经济效应与货币政策对策”(项目批准号:07JD790007)的阶段性成
