    研究表明:1)乒超联赛主场观众年龄、职业及文化程度等主要特征均呈现出多样化态势;2)乒超联赛主场观众看球的主要动机也呈现出多元化倾向;3)联赛激烈程度、球星作用是影响乒超联赛质量好坏的重要因素;4)新赛制的调整,增强了比赛对抗性,同时也较好地规范了整个乒超联赛市场,但是媒体宣传、赞助资金及经营空间仍是当前俱乐部经营过程中存在的主要困难和困惑。所以在此基础上提出:1)要通过多种媒体和多种沟通手段,着力培养乒超联赛主场观众;2)要以赛制改革为“切入点“,进一步完善乒超联赛赛制安排及其管理体制;3)要明晰产权,建立合理的收益分配制度,继续推动乒乓球职业俱乐部规范化建设。The study indicates that 1) the age,occupation and education background and other main features of Table Tennis Super League home court audience are in a diverse situation;2) The motivation of audience in the home court is also a diversity;3) The intensity and effect of stars is an important element influencing the quality of the League;4) The adjustment of new tournament makes matches more combative and regulates the market of Super League.However,media promotion,sponsors' funding and operation spaces are main problems existing in the operation of clubs.Therefore,countermeasures are put forward based on the situation above: 1) cultivating home court audience of the League through multiple measures of media and communication;2) staring with the tournament reform and perfect the arrangement and management of its tournament system;3) defining the property right and establishing a rational income distribution system to promote construction of the table tennis professional club standardization

    运用文献研读和过程社会学等方法,分别从近代体育在英国兴起的前提条件,外部环境,主观因素,内部动因,客观因素等为逻辑顺序依次展开论述,来探讨近代体育发轫于英国的各种影响要素。从而得出:跟欧洲大陆国家相比,英国宗教势力始终未占据主导地位;三大思想文化运动;已处于轰轰烈烈的重组之中的英国独特的三层式社会结构;“一切向上流社会看齐“移民社会所特有的贵族心理以及英国独特的地理位置和生活环境等,正是这些影响要素的不断优化和重组,从而装点了大英帝国日渐上升的国际地位,也强化了近代体育在大英帝国的兴起、发展和广泛传播。可以说本文为我们解读现代体育,尤其是西方体育和现代奥林匹克运动的起源和发展提供了宝贵的历史资料,同时也为揭示人类体育的本质意义提供了不可多得的历史素材。This paper analyzed various factors which made Britain be the origin of modern sports by the methods of literature review and sociology.The factors are external environment,subjective factor,internal motivation factor,and objective factor.The research indicated that,compared with European continent country,religion never got dominant position in Britain.Three ideological and cultural movements,unique reorganizing three tiers social structure,"all upward flow society emulates",aristocrat mentality in immigrant society,and British special geographical location and living condition are the main factors which shaped Britain's international position and enhanced origin,development and widespread of modern sports in Britain.This paper showed us a history of modern sports,especially western sports and modern Olympic Games,and provided important historical data to reveal essential meaning of human sports

    Numerical simulation of thermal behavior and multicomponent mass transfer in direct laser deposition of Co-base alloy on steel

    During direct laser deposition process, rapid melting-solidification and addition of multicomponent powder lead to complex transport phenomena in the melt pool. The thermal behavior and mass transport significantly affect the solidified microstructure and properties of fabricated layer. In this paper, an improved 3D numerical model is proposed to simulate the heat transfer, fluid flow, solidification and multicomponent mass transport in direct laser deposition of Co-base alloy on steel. The solidification characteristics, including temperature gradient (G), solidification growth rate (R) and cooing rate (G x R), can be obtained by transient thermal distribution to predict the morphology and scale of the solidification microstructure. Multicomponent transport equation based on a mixture-averaged approach is combined with other conservation equations. The calculated melt pool geometry and the composition profiles of iron (Fe), carbon (C), cobalt (Co) and chromium (Cr) are compared with the experimental results. The results show that in the initial stage of direct laser deposition, the rapidly mixture of substrate material and added material occur in the melt pool and conduct plays an important role in heat transfer due to the low Peclet number. As the melt pool is developed, the heat and mass transfer in the melt pool are dominated by strong Marangoni convection. An unmixed zone is observed near the bottom of melt pool where the convection is frictionally dissipated due to the presence of solidified dendrites. Since the G/R decreases and G x R increases from the bottom to the top of the solidified track, the morphology of the microstructure changes from planar front to columnar dendrites to equiaxed dendrites and the grain size decreases.     Multi-track laser cladding is now applied commercially in a range of industries such as automotive, mining and aerospace due to its diversified potential for material processing. The knowledge of temperature, velocity and composition distribution history is essential for a better understanding of the process and subsequent microstructure evolution and properties. Numerical simulation not only helps to understand the complex physical phenomena and underlying principles involved in this process, but it can also be used in the process prediction and system control. The double-track coaxial laser cladding with H13 tool steel powder injection is simulated using a comprehensive three-dimensional model, based on the mass, momentum, energy conservation and solute transport equation. Some important physical phenomena, such as heat transfer, phase changes, mass addition and fluid flow, are taken into account in the calculation. The physical properties for a mixture of solid and liquid phase are defined by treating it as a continuum media. The velocity of the laser beam during the transition between two tracks is considered. The evolution of temperature and composition of different monitoring locations is simulated
