Asidini marroquíes VI. Descripción de tres nuevas especies pertenecientes al género Alphasida Escalera, 1905 y de una subespecie nueva del género Asida Latreille, 1802 (Coleoptera, Tenebrionidae)

Four new taxa belonging to the Moroccan fauna are described in this paper, on the basis of specimens found in the collections of Coleoptera Tenebrionidae from the Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales (MNCN), Madrid and from the Muséum National d´Histoire Naturelle (MNHN), Paris. The original labels of identification of the MNCN, in three cases represent a nomen in litteris, and one an erroneous identification. The specimens preserved in the MNHN were unidentified. Three of the new taxa are new species of the genus Alphasida Escalera, 1905, subgenus Glabrasida Escalera, 1910: Alphasida (Glabrasida) cobosi n. sp., Alphasida (Glabrasida) dendriticosta n. sp. and Alphasida (Glabrasida) sefrouensis n. sp. The remaining taxon belongs to the genus Asida Latreille, 1802 and is related to Asida (Planasida) bereai Escalera, 1907, but differs from the nominal form and from the other known subspecies in several characters; it is described as Asida (Planasida) bereai espagnoli n. subsp.Se describen cuatro taxones nuevos, pertenecientes a la fauna de Marruecos, que han sido estudiados en las colecciones de Tenebriónidos del Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales de Madrid (MNCN) y del Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle (MNHN) de París. De los ejemplares examinados en el MNCN, tres de ellos portaban etiquetas de identificación correspondientes a un nomen in litteris y en una ocasión a una denominación errónea. Los ejemplares del MNHN estaban sin identificar. Entre los taxones descritos, tres son de categoría específica y forman parte del género Alphasida Escalera, 1905 y del subgénero Glabrasida Escalera, 1910. Se trata de Alphasida (Glabrasida) cobosi n. sp., Alphasida (Glabrasida) dendriticosta n. sp. y Alphasida (Glabrasida) sefrouensis n. sp. Black Hole masses for 14 gravitational lensed quasars

We estimate black hole masses (M$_{\rm BH}$) for 14 gravitationally lensed quasars using the Balmer lines along with estimates based on MgII and CIV emission lines for four and two of them, respectively. We compare with results obtained for other lensed quasars. We use spectroscopic data from the Large Binocular Telescope (LBT), Magellan and the Very Large Telescope (VLT) to measure the FWHM of the broad emission lines. Combined with the bolometric luminosity measured from the spectra energy distribution, we estimate M$_{\rm BH}$ including uncertainties from microlensing and variability. We obtain MBH using the single-epoch method from the H$\alpha$ and/or H$\beta$ broad emission lines for 14 lensed quasars, including the first estimates for QJ0158-4325, HE0512-3329 and WFI2026-4536. The masses are typical of non-lensed quasars of similar luminosity, and the implied Eddington ratios are typical. La construcción política de la desigualdad : pobreza y sexualidad en las políticas públicas de la provincia de Córdoba

El proyecto pretende analizar la definición de políticas públicas sobre pobreza y ambiente como instancias de visibilización de posiciones y discursividades en conflicto sobre la (des)igualdad. Asimismo pretende entender la formulación de políticas públicas como instancias en que los Estados institucionalizan una definición sobre la (des)igualdad que muchas veces, paradójicamente, resulta en la instauración de exclusiones y el fortalecimiento de regímenes de dominación. Entre las diversas hipótesis que guían el proyecto la más abarcativa sostiene que las decisiones, los modos y campos de intervención definidos en la política pública constituyen en sí mismos un espacio discursivo en el que se establecen definiciones y plasman matrices ideológicas respecto de la (des)igualdad. Pues a partir de ellos se visibilizan operaciones específicas de inclusión/exclusión, igualdad/desigualdad, prohibición/habilitación, etc.; se identifican y caracterizan sujetos; así como también un determinado orden normativo de relaciones y prácticas. No obstante encontrarse legalmente instituida la igualdad como principio subyacente a todo el ordenamiento de derechos, en la práctica las desigualdades se hacen patentes. Éstas son especialmente relevantes en tres áreas de políticas públicas: el trabajo, el hábitat y sexualidad. Consecuentemente, se propone 1. analizar el dispositivo de regulación tal como se materializa en las decisiones, leyes y políticas públicas del Estado Provincial; 2. Esclarecer las disputas y/o articulaciones de orientaciones y prácticas de distintos ámbitos institucionales –expresamente referimos al conjunto de actores que se activan y pujan frente al contenido y carácter de las decisiones públicas; 3. estudiar las prácticas de resistencia frente a las regulaciones instituidas.Fil: Ciuffolini, María Alejandra. The Eighteenth Data Release of the Sloan Digital Sky Surveys: Targeting and First Spectra from SDSS-V

The eighteenth data release of the Sloan Digital Sky Surveys (SDSS) is the first one for SDSS-V, the fifth generation of the survey. SDSS-V comprises three primary scientific programs, or "Mappers": Milky Way Mapper (MWM), Black Hole Mapper (BHM), and Local Volume Mapper (LVM). This data release contains extensive targeting information for the two multi-object spectroscopy programs (MWM and BHM), including input catalogs and selection functions for their numerous scientific objectives. We describe the production of the targeting databases and their calibration- and scientifically-focused components. DR18 also includes ~25,000 new SDSS spectra and supplemental information for X-ray sources identified by eROSITA in its eFEDS field. We present updates to some of the SDSS software pipelines and preview changes anticipated for DR19. We also describe three value-added catalogs (VACs) based on SDSS-IV data that have been published since DR17, and one VAC based on the SDSS-V data in the eFEDS field.Comment: Accepted to ApJ
