    The study narima ing pandum group training is based on the fact that inmates (WBP) with murder case in class I penitentiary of Semarang generally get depression. Therefore, the aim of this study is to prove empirically the effect of narima ing pandum (NIP) training on murder case inmates’ depression. In this study, the group was treated some materials including opening, opening their insight, managing their attitudes, let’s be grateful, patience, and narima, identifying their purpose of life. This study employed experimental method with pretest-posttest control group design. The participants involved were 12 murder case inmates (WBP) who were divided into experimental and control groups. The finding showed that the training of narima ing pandum group could reduce depression score more on the experimental group rather than the control one. The finding of this study can be utilized by the prison as an alternative solution to solve their inmates psychological problem and as a contribution on indigenous study in overcoming the effect of crime

    Pelatihan Ibrahim-Kun II Untuk Menurunkan Agresi Relasional Pada Siswa

    Relational aggression represents an effort to harm others more towards injuring and or attacking, non physically, but more verbal and closed. This research study examined the effectiveness of Ibrahim-Kun II training to reduce the aggression relasional .The study tested the hypothesis that Training "Ibrahim-Kun II is predicted effectively reduce relational aggression. This research selected 51 people from screening, but 13 decreased or maturation. Thus as entangle 38 student people which voluntary ready to follow the training, 42,10 % men responder and 57.9% woman responder, age range from 12-14 years, and believe in the Islam. The quantitative result has been found from 7 statistical analysis test, that found the hypothesis has been accepted. The qualitative analysis also found that the majority of the partisipants have been changed. Almost all participants become aware of the negative effects of relational aggression, thinking first before taunting, and become compassionate towards victims. Other partisipan is able to reduce the relational aggression behavior, and could give advise friends who do relational aggression. The research findings, limitations and recomendations are disussed

    Pelatihan Kebersyukuran untuk Meningkatkan Harga Diri pada Penyandang Disabilitas Fisik di BBRSBD Prof. DR. Soeharso Surakarta

    This study was aimed to examine the effect of gratitude training towards people with physical disabilities self-esteem. In this study the group was treated some materials including opening, recounting blessings, grateful reflection, grateful expression, grateful reappraisal, and closing. The participants involved were 21 persons with physical disability at BBRSBD Prof. Dr. Soeharso Surakarta. The design of this study was used experimental with pretest-posttest control group design. The experimental group and control group was created by using random assignment. Based on the results of quantitative analysis with statistical test non-parametric Mann-Whitney U, showed differences in increased self-esteem in the experimental group were given gratitude training (treatment) comparation with control group (no treatment). The results of Wilcoxon test showed there are significant difference between the scores of self-esteem in the experimental group before and after treatment. The results of qualitative analysis also support quantitative analysis, that gratitude in the participants of experiment increased after treatment. It was concluded that gratitude training proved effective in increasing self-esteem in people with physical disabilities
