FENOMENA KODOKUSHI PADA MASYARAKAT JEPANG

This graduation paper explores about kodokushi phenomenon in Japanese society, which is done by collecting information from various sources. The purposes of writing this graduating paper are give a general overview of kodokushi and identify the causes background of the case. This graduation paper is prepared by using literature and descriptive methods. The author collected data and materials relating to kodokushi from books, internet, and paper. The data and material obtained is then read, understood, and analyzed in order to describe the phenomenon kodokushi. From this graduation paper can be concluded, kodokushi is someone deaths who is not known by the people around him, both relatives and neighbors. Change in family structure, comunity residences, divorces and economic state can be the main cause of kodokushi phenomenon.
