The aim of research 1) To describe the supervision of planning education in junior high kedawung District of Sragen. 2) To describe the implementation of educational supervision implemented in the Junior District of kedawung Sragen. 3) To describe the evaluation of educational supervision in the Junior District of Sragen kedawung.
This study used qualitative methods. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data using credibility. Data were analyzed interactively and continues over time until complete, so the data is saturated.
Results of this study are: 1. Planning Supervision of Education in the District Junior kedawung Sragen. In educational supervision planning activities in junior high school principal in the district kedawung evaluating the implementation of supervision in the past year, plan implementation supervision, and to develop the necessary instruments in supervision. 2. Implementation Supervision Education in the District Junior kedawung Sragen. Educational supervision techniques and classical individual or group. To succeed in the implementation of educational supervision conducted by supervisors, the proper techniques are used to achieve the purpose of effective and efficient secar are individually and group. Steps taken in the educational supervision, among others: a. Pre Supervision meetings; b. Implementation Supervision (the implementation of supervision activities in secondary schools in the District kedawung using some of the following techniques: 1) Monitoring, 2) Interview; 3) Study of documents, 4) Questionnaire; 5); 3. Evaluation of Educational Supervision kedawung In SMP District of Sragen. In order to have meaning, the supervision of the overall activities of supervision, the need for an evaluation of the implementation can be done include: a. Post-observation meeting, b. Evaluation Meeting and c. Follow-up activities

Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Minat Kuliah Di Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta
Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang sedang berkembang dan mulai mendapat perhatian yang baik dari masyarakat. Banyak program-program yang diciptakan oleh kompetitor-kompetitor serta makin tumbuhnya lembaga pendidikan baru di Surakarta. Hal ini tentu akan meningkatkan persaingan untuk mendapatkan konsumen (mahasiswa) dan mengakibatkan dampak pada naik turunnya minat pendaftar di Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bauran pemasaran terhadap minat kuliah di Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para mahasiswa tahun 2011-2012 Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta yang berjumlah 200 mahasiswa, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk, harga dan personel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kuliah. Sedangkan variabel distribusi, promosi dan kondisi fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat kuliah. Variabel personel merupakan variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap minat kulia
Pengelolaan Kerajinan Tangan Lurik Untuk Meningkatkan Perekonomian Masyarakat Sekitar Di Pedan Klaten
This study aims to describe the management of lurik handicrafts to improve the economy of the surrounding community. In Tlingsing Village, Pedan District, Klaten Regency, a description of the driving factors, inhibiting factors and solutions applied by classical lurik business,as well as the disadvantages of having a lurik business on increasing The economy of the community around Tlingsing Pedan Klaten Village. The type of research used is qualitative research with an ethnographic design. The subject of this research is the Classical Lurik business which includes the owner, 2 employees and 3 communities around Tlingsing Village. The object of this research is the management of a lurik handicraft business to improve the economy of the surrounding community. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validation technique in this study is through triangulation. Data analysis technique include data reduction, data presentasion, drawing conclusions. The results of this study explain that the management of the Lurik Classic business consists of planning stages such as capital management, raw material, management, equipment management, human resource management, the production stage, namely the manufacturing process, and the marketing stage, namely the marketing strategy carried out. In the home-based business sector wich is centrally based on the owner, in reality it can develop like a textile company. As for its implementation, there are driving factors, inhibiting factors, as well as solutions that are implemented in the Lurik Classic business, namely the driving factors for Lurik Classic in running its business, namely the role of the Klaten Regional Government and the location that supports it, while the inhibiting factors are the price of raw materials that are less stable and market competition. Among lurik entrepreneurs, the solution implemented by Lurik Classic is to provide training to all of its employees and expand the marketing network. The impact of the Lurik Classic business is in the economic and social fields, namely helping to improve the economy of the surrounding community by providing jobs and increasing the per capita income of the surrounding community. Pengaruh Lingkungan Sekitar Dan Tingkat Pendidikan Orang Tua Terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan Kejenjang Perguruan Tinggi Pada Siswa Sma Di Desa Plosokerep
The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) the influence of the surrounding environment on the interest in continuing education to college in senior high school students in Plosokerep Village, 2) the influence of parental education on the interest in continuing education to college in high school students in Plosokerep Village, 3) the influence of environment and parental education on the intention”to continue their education to higher”education for high school students in Plosokerep Village. This type of research is quantitative research using a survey design. The population of this research is 100 students. The samples taken were 80 students. The data collection method used a questionnaire method, which was tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study obtained the regression equation Y = 11.412 + 0.578X1 + 0.182X2. Shows that interest in continuing college is influenced by the surrounding environment and parental education. The surrounding environment influences the interest in continuing education to higher education based on the t-test with a t-count value of 6.416 > t-table 0.6776 with a significance value of 0.000 0.6776 with a significance value of 0.047 Ftable 3.11 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the calculation of R2 obtained a value of 0.427 which means that 42.7% interest in continuing education to college is influenced by the surrounding environment and parents' education, while the rest “is influenced by other variables outside the study.
Analisis Marketing Jasa Pendidikan SD Muhammadiyah Plus Kota Salatiga
This Study is aimed to describe how the marketing educational service is applied in SD Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga based on the marketing mix theory (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process). This qualitative research is conducted in SD Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga. The data was collected by doing some interviews, observations, and documentation study. This research is using a flow model of analysis. The results if this study shows that (1) the school products are developed according to the potential benefits of academic, non academic, and religious achievements, through promotion in various media by involving students, exellent service from all elements of the school. (2) The tuition fees are different for each grade level, not widely published and calculated globally for 1 school year. (3) The location of the school is supported by a comfortable environment for the teaching and learning process, away from the city crowd but easily accessible. (4) Promotion is carried out directly or indirectly by using various media, forging partnerships with government and private institutions as a form of service marketing breakthroughs, to win the title of excellent school in Central Java. (5) The competent and outstanding human resources have the potential to improve school quality. (6) Physical evidence of the school is very representative, some places are strategic enough to be used as promotional media, as well as other physical facilities as a complement and support for learning. (7) the learning process is carried out with a fun and varied method and the use of social media as a means of information with the parents. The most prominent element in the marketing mix of educational services is the process.

PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS KARANGAN DENGAN MEDIA GAMBAR PADA SISWA KELAS TINGGI SD NEGERI BANYUANYAR 1 SURAKARTA
Ada 4 tujuan yang akan dideskripsikan dalam penelitian ini. (1) perencanaan pengelolaan pembelajaran menulis karangan dengan media gambar pada siswa kelas tinggi di SD Banyuanyar 1 Surakarta. (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis karangan dengan media gambar pada siswa kelas tinggi di SD Negeri Banyuanyar 1 Surakarta. (3) evaluasi pembelajaran menulis karangan dengan media gambar pada siswa kelas tinggi di SD Negeri Banyuanyar 1 Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) dalam proses perencanaan pembelajaran menulis karangan dengan media gambar dimulai dari workshop penyiapan perangkat pembelajaran berupa Silabus, Program Tahunan, Program Semester, RPP dengan media gambar. Hal ini dilakukan karena menulis karangan terdapat banyak aspek-aspek yang belum dapat dikuasai siswa kelas tinggi, selain itu juga banyaknya materi yang diajarkan di kelas. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis karangan dengan media gambar mengacu pada tujuan pembelajaran yang dicantumkan dalam RPP sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi, Kompetensi Dasar dan Indikator. Hal yang lain yang diperhatikan adalah materi, metode pembelajaran, media, dan lembar penilaian. (3) Evaluasi pengelolaan pembelajaran menulis karangan dengan media gambar. Kepala sekolah menyiapkan instrument supervise dan melaksanakan supervisi untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan guru dalam pembelajaran menulis karangan dengan media gambar di kelas dan melakukan pembinaan terhadap hasil supervisi.
This study aims to describe 3 things. (1) planning of learning management of writing essay with the media of image in high school students in SD Banyuanyar 1 Surakarta. (2) the execution of writing writing essay with high school students in SD Negeri Banyuanyar 1 Surakarta. (3) writing essays with the media images on high school students in SD Negeri Banyuanyar 1 Surakarta. This research uses qualitative research with ethnography approach. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by using several stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Testing the validity of data is done by using triangulation technique of source and technique. The results of the study concluded (1) in the process of learning planning writing essay with the media drawing starting from the workshop preparation of learning tools in the form of syllabus, Annual Program, Semester Program, RPP with media images. This is done because writing essays there are many aspects that can not be mastered by high class students, but also the amount of material taught in the classroom. (2) Implementation of writing writing essay with the picture media refers to the learning objectives listed in the RPP in accordance with the Competency Standards, Basic Competencies and Indicators. Other things to consider are materials, learning methods, media, and assessment sheets. (3) Evaluation of learning management writing writing essay with media images. The principal prepares the supervision instrument and conducts supervision to see the teacher's success rate in writing writing with the media in the classroom and supervising the results of the supervision

Visioner Leadership The Principal Of Junior High School 9 Surakarta In Quality Assurance Of Education During The Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to describe the role of the principal's visionary leadership. The research method uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique uses interactive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the principal's visionary leadership role was realized through 9 roles, namely as: direction setter, designer, change agent, coach, motivator, spokesperson, problem solver, work above standards, and as a model/examples. The most prominent role is as a determinant of direction, namely formulating the school's vision, mission, and goals, establishing policies and strategies and motivating and supporting the participation of all school members. The role as a designer and change agent is to design an independent Adiwiyata program. The role of spokesperson is to collaborate with external parties in order to improve school quality. The role of working above the standard is to prepare schools so that they are appropriate in organizing limited PTM in accordance with health protocols. The role as a model/standard example is manifested in the form of activities: providing examples of attitudes, behavior, and nobility of character
