    Physiotherapy Treatment In Cases Of Medial Part Of Left Femur Refracture E. C Metal Failure In The Orthopedic Hospital Prof. Dr. Soeharso Surakarta

    Background: Fracture is a break bone structural continuity. Metal failure is the breaking of a plate and screw fixation of bone that occurs refracture (broken back) in areas that have experienced a fracture, one of the causes of failure of metal is strong pressure that occurs in the fracture network while doing exercises. Refrakture the left medial femoral e, c metal failure is a break a bone continuity both times in the middle part of the left femur. Signs and symptoms of a fracture in the form of deformity, swelling, bruissing (ecchymosis), muscle spasms, pain, loss of function, abnormal mobility (crepitus), and neurovascular changes. Physiotherapy exercises in the case of the femur refracture can reduce pain, edema, and can increase the area of motion and muscle strength. Objective: To know the benefits of exercise therapy in the form of: a) useful in reducing static contraction and decrease edema so the pain will be reduced, b) active motion exercises beneficial in maintaining a broad range of motion, c) passive motion exercises beneficial in preventing the occurrence of limitation of motion and maintain extensive motion joints, d) active assisted movement can maintain joint function and muscle strength after a fracture, e) the exercise of force and hold-relax passive movement beneficial in improving range of motion, f) active resisted useful exercise to improve muscle strength, g) the exercise by using crutches useful in improving functional ability roads. Results: For pain with VAS: tenderness T1: 4.5 to T6: 2.5 and T1: 6.5 becomes T6: 4.5. To edema anthropometric measurements at measuring point of the patella: T1: 43 cm and T6: 41 cm, 10 cm and then down T1: 35 cm and T6: 32, then 20 cm down T1: 31 cm and T6: 31 cm, while for the measurement of ankle using 8 to obtain results T1: 50 cm and T6: 46 cm there is a decrease in edema. For muscle strength with MMT: flexor muscle T1: 3 - T6: 4 and extensor T1: -3 - T6: +3. Uutuk LGS: active knee T1: S 0- 40-80 into T6: S 0-25-95, passive knee T1: S 0-20-85 become T6: 0-5-100. Conclusion: Management of physiotherapy on condition refracture femure with exercise therapy used showed a decrease in pain, edema, increased LGS, and muscle strength

Aim of research: to know the implementation of physiotherapy in reducing pain, spasm, maintain range of motion, accelerating bone repair and maintain muscle quality in case of fracture Clavicula dektra using infra red rays and the modalities of exercise therapy (passive exercise, active exercise and hold relax). Results: after treatment for 6 times showed dektra shoulder pain assessment, nyer press T0: 4.3 to T6: 2.2, silent pain T0: 2.2 to T6: 0. The motion pain T0: 7.4 into a T6 : 4.6, increased range of motion is active when T0: S: 30o-0o-120o and F: 20o-0o-70o mennjadi T6: S: 70o-0o-132o, F: 50o-0o-130o. Conclusion: physiotherapy modalities infra red rays can reduce pain in the shoulder region in conditions Clavicula dektra fracture, exercise therapy in the form of passive exercise, active exercise and hold relax can maintain range of motion and maintain muscle strength at the fracture condition Clavicula dektra with mounting plate and screws

Objective: To determine TENS in relieving pain in tennis elbow condition? To know Exercise therapy in improving nuscle strength on condition of tennis elbow? Results: After 6 times therapy with TENS modalities and exercise therapy showed a reduction in pain. Silent pain before and after theraphy 1, tenderness T1 is 3, T6 is 2. Paint elbow flexion-extension T1 is 4, T6 is 3, pain dorsal flexion motion T1 is 4, T6 is 3, pain palmar flexion mountain T1 is 3, T6 is 3, paint supination T1 is 3, T6 is 2, paint pronation monition T1 is 4, T6 is 5. An increase muscle strength wrist flexion muscle strength T1 is 5, T6 is 5.     Latar belakang: Pada lansia terjadi penurunan fisiologis sistem muskuloskeletal, yaitu penurunan jumlah dan ukuran serabut otot, sehingga terjadi penurunan kekuatan otot ekstremitas bawah, ketahanan, koordinasi serta terbatasnya range of motion (ROM) yang menyebabkan gangguan keseimbangan sehingga menyebabkan jatuh pada lansia. Latihan keseimbangan dapat dijadikan alternatif bagi lansia. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan keseimbangan terhadap penurunan risiko jatuh pada lansia. Metode penelitian: dengan pendekatan quasi eksperiment dan desain penelitian pre and post test with control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita lansia anggota posyandu Lansia di Ngadisono Kadipiro Surakarta yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi selama 3 minggu. Total sampel sebanyak 30 responden dengan rincian pada kelompok perlakuan 15 responden, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol terdapat 15 responden. Hasil penelitian dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test dan Independen Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian: uji statistic kelompok perlakuan menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test didapatkan hasil p= 0,001, berarti ada pengaruh latihan keseimbangan terhadap penurunan risiko jatuh pada lansia. Independent Sample T-Test didapatkan hasil p= 0,001, berarti ada perbedaan pengaruh antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol setelah diberikan latihan keseimbangan terhadap penurunan risiko jatuh pada lansia

    Pengaruh Pemberian Kinesio Taping dan Es Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Sprain Ankle pada Pemain Futsal

    Background: Injuries that often happen in the futsal field is ankle sprain, since the player of futsal often use movements that involve legs. Several modalities that can be applied are Kinesio taping and ice to assist in the reduction of pain in a variety of conditions such as ankle sprain. Research Objective: This research was done to determine the benefits of kinesio taping and ice on the sprain ankle reduction of futsal players. Research Method: This research is a Quasi Experimental of one group pre and post test method without control design. This research applied one group of research subjects, without using control group to determine the effect of kinesio taping and ice application on the sprain ankle. The measurements of pain was done by using VAS, whereas to determine the effect of the application of Kinesio taping and ice on ankle sprain was done by using data analysis of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: The results obtained from the statistic test of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, show the value of (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) is 0,039 which is less than the critical limit of 0.05 (sig 0.039 <0.05), therefore, H1 is accepted, that there is a significant difference between the groups pre-test and post-test. With the body posture, head posture decline in cervical lordosis of the lower cervical vertebrae and create a curve in the upper posterior thoracic vertebrae to maintain the balance, this is known as forward head posture. The neck posture will change the center of gravity (COG) that would disrupt the balance. The balance is defined as the body's ability to maintain the body's center of mass to the plane of the pivot. The balance is a complex integration of sensory and musculoskeletal systems are regulated in the brain in response to internal and external changes in the body. Purpose: Knowing the relationship between forward head posture with dynamic balance. Methods: The study was observational with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, is sampling based on certain criteria, with a total sample of 50 respondents. Results were analyzed by using the Pearson product moment correlation test.. Results: Analysis of data by using the Pearson product moment correlation test that shows the results p = 0.001 (p <0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.     Latar belakang: olahraga adalah merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi manusia, dianggap kebutuhan karena manusia adalah makhluk yang bergerak. Gerak yang ada pada tubuh manusia merupakan kuantinum dari tingkatan mikro sampai tingkatan makro yaitu tingkatan molukuler,sel,jaringan sistem organ dan individu. Kekuatan otot adalah kekuatan maksimum otot yang ditunjang oleh umur,jenis kelamin,jenis serabut otot,ukuran crossectional otot dan tipe kontraksi otot yang merupakan kekuatan untuk menahn beban maksimal disekitar aksis penggerak sendi siku untuk gerakan fleksi. Kekuatan otot dapat ditingkatkan dengan melakukan suatu latihan, latihan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan latihan weight training dengan latihan ini dapat terjadi penambahan jumlah sarkomer dan serabut otot dengan terbentuknya serabut-serabut otot yang baru kekuatan otot akan meningkat untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kekuatan otot Bicep brachii banyak teknik latihan yang dapat diberikan salah satunya adalah teknik isotonik pada latihan isotonik ada beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan diantaranya adalah metode De Lorme dan metode Oxford. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pemberian latihan beban dengan metode De Lorme dan metode Oxford terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot Biceps brachii. Metode penelitian: dengan penelitian two groups pre test-post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah olahragawan beladiri cempaka putih. Total sample 40 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian: uji wilcoxon test menunjukkan hasil p= 0,0000 < 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh pemberian latihan beban dengan metode De Lorme dan metode Oxford terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot Biceps Brachii. Kesimpulan: pemberian latihan beban dengan metode De Lorme dan metode Oxford mampu meningkatkan kekuatan otot Biceps brachii

    Background: Osteoarthritis is a disorder characterized by progressive joint failure in which all structures of the joint have undergone pathologic change. Characterized by the breakdown of cartilage hyaline and growth of osteophytes at the joint. Clinical symptoms found in touch with phase inflammatory synoviaal, pain, joint stiffness, muscle weaknessss quadriceps and limitations range of motion. Signs and symptoms can be fixed with the modalities with Transcutaneus Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), Infra Red (IR), and Therapeutic Exercise. Aims of research: To study about physiotherapy management in reducing pain, increase muscle strength of the flexor and extensor knee dextra, and increase functional activity in the case of Osteoarthritis genu dextra using modalities Transcutaneus Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), Infra Red (IR) and Therapeutic Exercise (Resisted Active Exercise ) Results: After therapy for about six times the obtained results of the assesment of motion pain T0: 5,8 a T6: 4,6, there is no increase in the muscle strength of the flexor and extensor T0: 4 a T6: 4. Conclusion: Transcutaneus Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Infra Red (IR) can reduce pain in knee dextra in caused by Osteoarthritis genu dextra.     Latar Belakang Masalah:Osteoarthritismerupakan penyakit sendidegeneratif pada kartilago sendi dengan perubahan reaktif pada batas-batas sendi,seperti pembentukan osteofit, perubahan tulang subkondral, perubahansumsum tulang, reaksi fibrous pada sinovium, dan penebalan kapsul sendi. Faktor risikonya adalah usia, berat badan, pekerjaan, trauma dan aktvitas. Osteoarthritis di tandai nyeri, nyeri bertambah saat melakukan aktivitas selain itu timbul krepitas serta kaku pada pagi hari. Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres hangat rebusan jahe terhadap nyeri pada penderita osteoarthritis lutut di Panti Wreda Dharma Bhakti Surakarta. Metode Penelitian :Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental dengan desain penelitian pre and post with control group design, yaitu sampel pada kelompok perlakuan diberikan kompres hangat rebusan jahe pada pagi hari dalam ruangan istirahat selama 7 hari dan kelompok kontrol diamati tingkat nyeri selama 7 hari tanpa pemberian kompres hangat rebusan jahe. Pengukuran tingkat nyeri dengan VAS (Visual Analogue Scale).Tehnik analisa data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon dan Uji Mann Whitney. Hasil Penelitian :Ada pengaruh kompres hangat rebusan jahe terhadap nyeri pada penderita osteoarthritis lutut d panti wreda dharma bhakti surakarta dengan mean pada kelompok perlakuan 7,4125 dan kelompok kontrol 7,7500. Setelah di uji statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p-value=0,012 pada kelompok perlakuan dan didapatkan nilai p-value=1,000 pada kelompok kontrol. Uji beda pengaruh menggunakan Mann Whitney didapatkan p-value=0,000. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh kompres hangat rebusan jahe terhadap nyeri pada penderita osteoarthritis lutut di Panti Wreda Dharma Bhakti Surakarta.     Pengaruh Tummy Time Exercise Terhadap Kemampuan Lama Mengangkat Kepala Pada Posisi Tengkurap Bayi Usia 3-4 Bulan

    Latar belakang: Salah satu upaya tercapainya potensi genetik pertumbuhan dan perkembangan motorik bayi adalah dengan pemberian stimulasi. Upaya stimulasi yang dimaksud dapat berupa tummy time exercise. Tummy time exercise yaitu latihan penumpuan berat badan dengan memposisikan bayi pada perut atau tengkurap. Manfaat dari tummy time exercise meningkatkan kontrol kepala dan menguatkan otot leher, bahu, lengan dan punggung. Chartered Physiotherapist in Paediatrics merekomendasikan tummy time karena mencegah terjadinya delay atau penundaan bayi mendapatkan keterampilan-keterampilan gerakan. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui pengaruh tummy time exercise terhadap kemampuan lama mengangkat kepala pada posisi tengkurap bayi usia 3– 4 bulan. Metode penelitian: dengan pendekatan quasi experiment dan desain penelitian pre and post test with control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bayi mengikuti pijat bayi di Rumah Bersalin An-Nuur dan Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura. Total sampel 12 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan rincian pada kelompok perlakuan 6 responden, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol terdapat 6 responden. Hasil penelitian dianalisa dengan menggunakan Wilcoxon Test dan Mann-Whitney Test. Hasil penelitian: uji Wilcoxon Test menunjukkan hasil p = 0,026 < 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh tummy time exercise terhadap kemampuan lama mengangkat kepala pada posisi tengkurap bayi usia 3-4 bulan. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney Test menunjukkan hasil p = 0,002 < 0,05 yang berarti ada perbedaan kemampuan lama mengangkat kepala pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan: tummy time exercise dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan lama mengangkat kepala pada bayi usia 3-4 bulan
