    This research aims to analyze the performance of Islamic banking with integrated Maqasid Al-Shariah Based Performance Measure (IMSPM) and find out its effect on the value of the company as measured by the variable Economic Value Added (EVA).This type of research is expplanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data analysis uses regression analysis of panel data with Eviews 9 software.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the highest average IK overall was for self purpose, followed by faith, wealth, ancestry and intelligence.And the ranking of 9 Sharia Commercial Banks based on IMSPM performance is: 1). Bank Aceh Syariah, 2).Bank BTPN Syariah, 3). Bank BNI Syariah, 4). Bank Mandiri Syariah, 5).Bank BRI Syariah, 6). Bank Muamalat Indonesia, 7). Bank Mega Syariah, 8).Bank Bukopin Syariah, 9). The results of testing of the model showed that the Common Effect Model (CEM) was selected as the estimation model.Common Effect Model (CEM) parameter estimation is done using the corrected standard errors (PCSE) panel approach estimator.And based on the results of the hypothesis test it is known that IMSPM has a significant positive effect on the value of the company as measured by EVA.     This study aims to analyze the influence of: 1) innovation strategy on marketing performance. 2) market orientation on marketing performance. 3) entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. The sample in this research consists of 53 batik artisans in Pilang Masaran Sragen, selected using a saturation or census sampling technique. This study falls under the category of quantitative causal research. The data analysis technique employs Partial Least Square using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on the research findings, it is revealed that: 1) innovation strategy has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. 2) market orientation has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. 3) entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. The results of this study provide valuable guidance for batik artisans in Pilang Masaran Sragen. The findings that innovation strategy, market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant influence on marketing performance can serve as a foundation for designing more effective marketing strategies

    This study aims to investigate the effect of ownership structure on building financial performance with leverage as a mediating variable. This study uses secondary data collected from published annual financial reports and company annual reports for the one year 2022 period. This study focuses on sharia-based manufacturing companies. According to the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), the stock index for all Islamic stocks listed on the main board and development board of the Indonesia Stock Exchange there are 240 companies that are classified as non-financial with sharia shares and have the description "Fixed". The census technique was applied in this study because all 121 companies make up the sample size. Census technique is a system in which all elements of the population participate in research. The data uses panel data, namely data generated from a combination of cross sections and time series. The data collected includes: Ownership structure, namely foreign ownership, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, leverage, financial performance. The method used is SPSS Software with several methods, namely classical assumptions and multiple linear regression are used to deal with econometric problems of unobserved heterogeneity or endogenous problems, thus increasing the robustness of the results. Meanwhile, the Sobelt Test is used to analyze leverage as a mediation between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the foreign ownership factor has a significant negative effect on leverage. Managerial ownership has no significant effect on leverage. Institutional ownership has no significant effect on leverage. Leverage has a significant negative effect on financial performance. Leverage mediates significantly between foreign ownership variables on financial performance. Leverage does not mediate significantly between managerial ownership variables on financial performance. Leverage does not mediate significantly between institutional ownership variables on financial performance

    This study aims to determine the effect of the level of financing distribution, operational efficiency, and capital adequacy on profitability with financing risk as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2016-2020. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method used is purposive sampling by obtaining as many as 8 Islamic Commercial Banks that meet the criteria as samples. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 09 software. The results of the study stated that simultaneously FDR, BOPO, CAR and NPF together had a significant effect on ROA. Partially FDR has no effect on ROA, while BOPO and CAR have a negative effect on ROA. The NPF was unable to moderate the effect of FDR and BOPO on ROA

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the intention to buy housing at PT. Graha Jati Puspa Wira in Griya Tursina 1 and 2 housing. The author uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Collecting data on a quantitative approach using a questionnaire research instrument, data analysis is statistical with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been determined. The population in this study are all housing consumers of PT. Graha Jati Puspa Wira who is interested in purchasing an unlimited number of Griya Tursina 1 and 2 housing. The number of samples taken from this study is not known with certainty using the Rao Purba formula and the results obtained are 96.4 people. To facilitate calculations, the authors set the sample to be 100 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, which uses several considerations in selecting members of the population that are considered appropriate to provide the information needed by researchers. The results of this study are the 7P marketing mix of product (product), price (price), place (place), promotion (promotion), people (people), physical facilities (physical evidence) and process (process) simultaneously and significantly influence interest buy at Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2. Based on the t test, the product (product) has a positive and significant effect on buying interest on Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2, price (price) does not have a positive and significant effect on buying interest on Housing Griya Tursina 1 and 2, place has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2, promotion has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Griya Tursina 1 and 2 Housing, people (people) does not have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Griya Tursina 1 and 2 housing, physical facilities (physical evidence) do not have a positive and significant effect n towards buying interest in Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2, the process (process) has no positive and significant effect on buying interest in Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2. Based on the results of the analysis above, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.564 or 56.4 %. Determination or contribution of the 7P marketing mix product (product), price (price), place (place), promotion (promotion), people (people), physical facilities (physical evidence) and process (process) on buying interest in Griya Tursina 1 Housing and 2 of 56.4%. The remaining contribution of other variables is only 33.6%, such as service quality, store atmosphere product variants and others

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Cyberloafing on productivity with performance as a mediating variable (a case study at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta).     This research is motivated by the importance of determining the size of the Board of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners and Committees of the Board of Commissioners as well as Corporate Social Responsibility which in principle states that companies need to pay attention to the interests of stakeholders for the sake of company value. This study aims to examine the effect of the Board of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners and Committees of the Board of Commissioners and Corporate Social Responsibility as moderating variables on firm value in banking industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is Moderated Regression Analysis. Based on the analysis of hypothesis testing using MRA analysis with the help of SPSS version 20, it is known that the size of the Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee and Risk Monitoring Committee has a significant effect on firm value in banking industry companies. The size of the Independent Commissioner and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee has no significant effect on firm value in banking industry companies. Corporate Social Responsibility as a whole moderates the relationship between the size of the Board of Commissioners and the Committees of the Board of Commissioners on Company Value.     This study aims to analyze the effect of e-learning service quality on student satisfaction. This explanatory research used 96 samples of UMS management program students. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that the quality of e-learning services is a second-order construct consisting of three factors, namely, e-learning systems, educators and administrative services. The e-learning system is the most important dimension of the quality of e-learning services, followed by educators and administrative services. In addition, the overall quality of e-learning services is positively related to student satisfaction

    The objective of this research are to know the direct effect of profitability, non debt tax shield, liquidity and leverage to capital structure. Besides that, this study aims to know the indirect effect of profitability, non debt tax shield and liquidity where leverage as an intervening variable to capital structure. This study based on Trade-Off Theory, Pecking Order Theory and Agency Theory. Sample of this research are companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index during the period 2017-2019. The data collection used purposive sampling method and sample is used as many as 17 companies. The data analysis technique used software Eviews version 09. Based on the results of data analysis, the inferences are: (1) Profitability, non debt tax shield and liquidity have negatif and not significant effect on leverage. , (2) Non debt tax shield and liquidity have positive and significant effect on capital structure, (3) Profitability has negatif and not significant effect on capital structure, (4) Leverage has a positive and not significant effect on capital structure, (5) Leverage can’t mediate the effect of relationship between profitability, non debt tax shield and liquidity on capital structure

This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2018-2020 period. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method by obtaining 10 companies that meet the criteria as samples. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews09. The results of the study state that Profitability, Leverage, and Company Size partially affect Earnings Management. However, Profitability, Leverage, and Company Size partially have no effect on Financial Distress
