    This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and compensation on Turnover Intention with intervening variables job satisfaction. The sample in this study were employees of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Solo, amounting to 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was convenience sampling, namely sampling according to the availability of elements and the ease of obtaining them. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability and regression test and correlation analysis with intervening variables, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing with t test, F test, and determination coefficient (R²). From the hypothesis test, it is found that Career and Compensation Development has an influence on performance, and performance also has an influence on Turnover Intentio

    Research diversity on technology adoption makes this interesting, not least in the media industry in the era of global information society which displays intense competition in quantity and quality. The tight competition in the media industry allows fluctuations that affect the growth of the media industry. Another fact about the media industry is the interest in reading and the availability of abundant information that allows many choices of information as needed. Research Methods: This study used a SEM analysis tool involving 200 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. They represent the characteristics of the millennial generation through the selection of random samples by distributing questionnaires. Research Results: the model built in this study reinforces TAM's theory of technology adoption, represented by the significance of expediency and ease of use of variables toward attitudes, ease of use variables toward expediency and expediency variables toward adoption intentions and attitudes variables toward adoption intentions. Conclusion: ease of use, expediency and attitude are the supporting factors for the successful adoption of e-paper. The success factors of this adoption need to be explored further to strengthen the success of adoption in other fields

    The development of the banking industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly and every bank is competing with each other to reach customers. Various efforts have been made to be at the forefront and customer loyalty is an important aspect to maintain the continuity of the banking business. Many factors influence customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of Competency, Image and Accessibility on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Syariah Surakarta Branch. The research method used is quantitative with Accidental Random Sampling sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that: 1) Competency, Image and Accessibility have an influence on customer satisfaction, 2) Customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty. 3) customer satisfaction can mediate between competency, image and accessibility to customer loyalty

    This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic rewards, extrinsic rewards and employee training on employee performance mediated by work motivation (Telkom Akses Solo Case Study).     The aims of this research to analyze the factors which influence the training participants effectiveness at the Central Training for Work Training Development (BBPLK) Serang. The population in this research were all graduates of training participants in BBPLK Serang who had worked and those receiving training graduates. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking a total of 158 respondents. Data collection method using field study in form of personal questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression.
